(Author's Note: Before reading this, if you couldn't tell from the title alone, there are going to be some minor changes to the story. For example, taking out the Nathan and Seth vs Dark Bowser fight, might save that for later, my OC Emma is going to be here, she's kind of like my own version of Tails. I took out Tidal, Shade, and Mika, you'll learn why later on, but I did add in a surprising Mobian OC. And the 4 Mobian girls are going to have three extra members, one of them bares an exact resemblance to Nathan, it's not Nathan Black, but I can't say anything more than that, you will see it in this chapter however, so without further ado, enjoy the chapter and let me know what you all think. Narrator: Previously, on The Hedgehog, Plumber, Saiyan, and Dragon Unite. After the defeat of Omen, our first hero Nathan is taking a peaceful stroll through Green Hill, until his moment of peace was interrupted by Nazo and Mephiles, two enemies who he thought to be long dead. After witnessing Mephiles transformation, Nathan went into his Chaos form and prepared to fight, then, shortly after, we cut to Freedom Planet, home of our 2nd hero Sash Lilac, who was walking through the forest with her two friends. Until a strange portal appeared in the sky, the girls were on guard in case something happens, only to be confused when a strange Hedgehog looking like Nathan fly out of it. He names himself Nathan Black and quickly gets ready to disperse the girls. Finally, we cut to the home of the Time Patrollers, defender of time itself and making sure history plays the way it should. Our 3rd hero, Dash, is seen facing off against a former Supreme Kai of Time inside the time nest, however, before he could move in and attack, he was interrupted by Cumber suddenly appearing and attacking him. During this, Cumber had destroyed a random time scroll, creating a vortex that started pulling things in. Seeing this as a way to stop them both, Dash quickly drags them into the vortex, taking them into the void and into the unknown. What's next? Let's find out with our 4th and final hero...

We get images of Seth, Nathan, Lilac, and Dash with a serious expression on their faces, as we then see the title card, along with the Arc 1 Card fly in, as we see the group flying on the warp star.

The Hedgehog, Plumber, Saiyan, and Dragon Unite!

Arc 1: Race For The Chaos Emeralds

Seth and Nathan are seen standing back-to-back, their arms crossed over their chests, with Dash and Lilac next to them. We then see Peach and Mario looking at each other, before looking at the heroes in concern. The four heroes then started running across an open field.

Seth throws a punch towards Spade, who instantly blocks it, Nathan is seen clashing with an orange Hedgehog who looks exactly like him, Dash is seen firing a Kamehameha at a robot, with Lilac performing Cyclone on a few Goombas before posing. The four of them met up with each other and gave a group high five.

Shinjitsu wa [Doko ni aru?]

We then start to see a bunch of dark silhouettes with glowing red eyes, indicating the enemies they'll face in the future, as the four of them, along with their friends, all took a battle stance and started gritting their teeth in anger.

The Dark Star appears before going inside Bowser, giving him an ominous purple aura, as the Supreme Kai of time opens her eyes, then we see the future allies of the heroes.

Both Seth and Nathan raised their hands in the air, summoning the Star Spirits and the Chaos rings, as they look at the screen in rage. Seth is seen holding a phone, showcasing a bunch of his powerups, as it shines while he holds it out, as we get silhouettes of him in his powerups. 

Mou osoreru koto wa nai sa fumidashita chihei no saki

Seth fires a stream of Fire from his hands, creating a massive explosion that can be seen from a distance. The heroes, along with their friends, are seen standing on the edge of a cliff, each of taking in the stars from above, as Nathan, Seth, Dash, and Lilac all look at each other and gave off a smile.

Ikou towa no JOY TO THE WORLD!

Finally, the Heroes, along with their friends, are seen standing in front of Peach's castle with bright smiles on their faces, as the camera pans up to the sky, showing the title card once more as the screen fades away.

-End Opening-

Chapter 1: A Tournament's Interruption. 4 Heroes Unite!

-Location: Yoshi Garden-

We see a sign pointing to the right in an open field, as a kid Toad runs by the sign like he's in a hurry before stopping and looking ahead. He sees a bunch of different colored Yoshi's hanging around the area, some of them were running around, one was napping, one ate some fruit, and one picked apart a flower.

Kid Toad: Look, mommy! Yoshis!

A little Yoshi with a mohawk, for some reason, walks into the kid's view as it looked around. The kid Toad looked at it with sparkly eyes.

Kid Toad: Look at the little Yoshi kid. He's so cute!

Toadette: He sure is!

Kid Toad: I want to ride a Yoshi!

He suddenly run towards the little Yoshi, eager to ride it, only to end up tripping on something and goes in the air right above the little Yoshi. The little Yoshi looked up and saw this, before he turns and runs away, allowing the kid Toad to crash on the ground. Toadette quickly runs up to her son and checks on him.

Toadette: Are you alright, sweetie?

Toad: Yeah, but what tripped me?

The two of them looked down to see a small cyan creature, wearing a blue outfit, on the ground, passed out. Toadette crouched down and pressed her fingers near the creature's neck, and sighs in relief when she feels a pulse.

Toad: Who is this, mommy?

Toadette: I don't know, but it doesn't appear to be injured or anything.

Before the two of them could ponder on this any further, the area started to get darker, causing them to look up to see dark clouds forming in the sky. Suddenly, a beam of light shoots from the clouds, hitting the ground and causing all the Yoshi's to run away. The light died down to reveal a bunch of robot parts, before the parts start floating in the air and started piecing itself together. Once it was done, it revealed a blue robot, with black on the sharp spines, wrist, and ankle, with red on its chest.

The robot picked itself up, before taking a look at its surroundings. It then noticed Toadette, Toad, and the creature Toadette had in her arms. The robot looked at them for a few seconds, before powering up a massive green aura and rushes towards them, giving a massive yell as he gets closer and closer. Toadette quickly gets in front of both her son and the creature, before someone jumps down, cups their hands, and thrusts them forward.

-Unknown Forest-

???: *thinks* Ugh, my head hurts. Actually, scratch that, EVERYTHING hurts. What the hell happened to me? Last thing I remembered, was hanging out in the city, but now? Nothing. Maybe it would be better if someone turned on the lights... or I open my eyes, that works too, I guess.

We see a black and green Hedgehog, he was wearing a jacket, fingerless gloves, blue pants, and dark green, light green, and white shoes. He opened his eyes and noticed that it was raining, and that he was in the middle of a forest. With a small grunt, he hops back onto his feet and looks around.

???: A forest? How did I end up all the way out here? Now that I think about it, where even IS here? This doesn't feel like Mobius, but it almost feels like it. Oh, well. Might as well look around, right?

He then gives off a shrug and walks in a random direction, not really knowing where to go, but he knows that he doesn't have much of a choice. Some direction is better than none, right? As he was walking, he felt like he stepped on something, causing him to stop and looked down to see what he stepped on.

???: Huh?

When he looked down, he saw a heart-shaped necklace that was opened, he bends down and picks it up. He looks inside and sees a picture inside it, he was shocked to see himself in the picture, but was confused to see two other next to him, both were female, and the three of them looked happy. For some reason, he felt nostalgic looking at the picture. He then noticed there were some words on the necklace and reads it.

"For the bravest Hedgehog we know, this is to remind you that the bond we share is powerful, Jason. Please, take care of it."

"-Mizu and Yuna."

Jason: I see... I remember now.

He clenched the necklace tightly in his hands, a look of anger and determination is seen on his face, before suddenly hearing a noise to his left and looks to see a female Hedgehog walking towards him, a mini tornado surrounding her hand as she looks at Jason.

???: I knew you would end up here as well, Jason The Hedgehog. The others might not agree with me coming to find you, but I realize the potential of your power. It could be useful for Master, so please, come quietly.

Jason: *growls* Yeah, let me just join the group who not only turned my two friends against me, but also brought me to wherever HERE is, nothing can also go wrong there, right?! Face it, I rather die than become someone useless! *points at her* JUST LIKE THE SLAVE WHO SERVES HER MASTER!

This pissed the girl off, as she covered her body in a spiral of wind that glowed green, before she rushes towards Jason. Said Hedgehog got into a fighting stance and narrowed his eyes, his body emitting green electricity as both of them threw a punch that collided with each other.

-Two Weeks Later-

We see three odd creatures waiting in a park, ignoring all of the stares that are being directed at them. One of them, being a blue hedgehog with purple tips and yellow eyes, looks at the other blue hedgehog.

Jase: Nathan, are you sure this is the same dimension HE went to?

Nathan: Yeah, this is definitely where that bastard is, Jase. Problem is, I don't know where in this world he could be. Not to mention that we have no idea where Skylar or Blade is in this place, I hope they're alright.

Another hedgehog, a female, places her hand on his shoulder, making him turn around to see that she gave him a grin and a double peace sign.

Emma: Don't worry, Nathan. Those two can take care of themselves, you know? Have more faith in them.

Nathan: *sighs* Yeah, I guess you're right, thanks Em. Just worried, since the five of us are... you know.

This got the two of them to quiet down, remembering what happened back in Mobius, and what happened to the others back home. Jase then notices a strange poster and walks over to it, ripping it from the lamp post and reads it.

-Poster-

Come one, come all, to the annual Mushroom Kingdom Tournament!

All Challengers are welcomed to show everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom what they can do under our set of rules. The winner of the tournament will be handsomely rewarded with the grand prize of

Jase: Hey, guys, check this out!

Both Nathan and Emma walked over to Jase and took a look at the poster, both of them intrigued by the prize for winning, as Nathan gives off a small whistle at the number of coins you can get.

Nathan: That's a lot of zeroes and looks like we got our first Emerald.

Emma: Coins? Guess that's the currency in this world. Don't know about you guys, but I think we should join. We'll need these coins to at least stay comfy until we find the others, the Chaos Emeralds, and HIM.

Jase: Sounds like a smart plan.

Nathan: A tournament, huh? Along with what you said Em, apart from the thrill, this could also tell us more about what we've gotten ourselves into.

Emma: That depends on the strength of our foes there, Nathan. We have absolutely no idea what these people here are about. 

Jase: Honestly, I might participate as well, hearing about it has got me all fired up. Imagine if were to be placed against each other.

Nathan: Then I say you better quit now, Jase. We both know I'm the top burning speed king here.

Jase: Ha! In your dreams, Nathan!

Nathan: What about you, Em? You going to join?

Emma: I don't know, I mean, I barely did anything 2 years ago.

Nathan: Oh, come on! You did a lot of things! Besides, I'm sure you'll make it far if you believe in yourself.

Emma: Well, since you put it like that... I might consider joining.

Nathan: Sweet! Well, with that decided, let's find a place to relax for a few. *looks down at the poster* The tournament is 5 days away; we can use that time to train and prepare for it.

Both: Right.

With that, the three Mobians soon walked away from the area, hoping to find a place to settle down and train for the next few days for the tournament. However, what any of them failed to realize, was that there were being watched by someone above them. Someone.... familiar.

???: So, you're here too, Nathan The Hedgehog? Oh, how I wish I could go down there and snap your neck in half! But... I must be patient, in due time, I'll finally have my revenge on you for humiliating me years ago. Just you wait, brat! The past will play out....

The figure suddenly transforms, his body covered in a black and blue aura, as he grips his head with his right hand, and points at our heroes with his left hand.

Apex Seelkadoom: LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN!!! Hehehe. Hahahaha! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

-5 days later-

After what seemed like forever, 5 days have passed, and now it is the day, the day of the tournament. Nathan and Jase are seen waiting outside the tournament arena, since Emma went off ahead to see if there were things they would have to do first before entering. As they were waiting, Nathan looks around to see all the Toads walking around.

Nathan: Not gonna lie, this place is kinda relaxing.

Jase: Yeah, let's just hope that this tournament thing is legit, last thing we need to do is walk into a trap.

After he finished, Emma soon came back.

Emma: Apparently, there's a test to see your skills and abilities first before you can register.

Nathan: Well, that doesn't sound too difficult. I'm sure we can breeze through.

Emma: Maybe, but we also have to register under a certain group and have a group name in order for us to enter.

Nathan: Oh? We'll just go with Team Nathan then.

Jase: *scoffs* Sure, dude, let's OBVIOUSLY go with your name. Team Jase sounds way cooler.

The two of them then started butting heads with each other, both of them growling a little.

Nathan: *annoyed* You got a problem, buddy?!

Jase: *annoyed* Yeah, it's plastered right all over your face!

Lightning sparked between their eyes, as it looked like they were ready to throw down, only for Emma to have a smile on her face while cracking her knuckles, making the boys flinch, before she whacks them over the head. Their heads smoking from the hit, as Emma looks down at them annoyed, then walks away.

Emma: *while walking away* We'll name it Team Emma!

She then comes back, grabs them by the legs, and proceeds to drag them to inside the tournament arena. However, as she proceeds to drag her friends, she failed to realize a group of 5 standing on the sidelines, two of them were looking at Nathan, while the other 3 were just casually observing them. One of them looks at the others and noticed something was immediately off.

???: Where the hell is Aizu?

???2: No clue, said she felt a familiar energy in a forest 3 weeks ago, but we haven't seen her since.

???3: *monotone* She likes doing things her way, doesn't she?

???: No matter, you 4, go figure out where the hell she is and get her. I'll handle this mission, myself.

???4: Are you sure, they look pretty tough.

???: Ha! That's funny.

After walking for a while, and also registering themselves in a group, the three of them casually waited in their spot, as a Lakitu slowly floats down above the arena.

Sam the Lakitu: We welcome the Mushroom Kingdom to the 25th royal Tournament! Allow us to soon Present the Tournaments attendees of this year. Quite frankly, we really do have an interesting set of fighters this time. Thankfully, after the attack two weeks ago, along with what happened in Mushroom Forest, we were able to proceed with this wonderful Tournament. Now, please excuse us as we randomize the brackets to see which fighter will fight who!

The mention of the attack immediately got the attention of the three Hedgehogs, as they all look tensed and looks at each other.

Emma: This confirms it, guys. HE'S here, in this world. Don't know about the forest situation though.

Jase: Maybe it was Blade and the others, either way this settles it, after this tournament, we'll go to where the attack happened and see if we can get any information, then we'll check out the forest.

Nathan: Good call, Ja-guh?!

He immediately felt like someone was staring into his soul, causing him to look around, seeing if anyone was looking at him, only to see one very angry purple dragon girl glaring at him with intense rage in her eyes. He flinched at the glare and looks away, both confused and scared on why she was glaring at him. He then looks over to see someone, who casually walked up into the other spot next to them.

Nathan: Who's that guy? Is he alone?

Emma: Seems to be, I mean, most of the people here came in groups of three or two. Actually, that person with the brown monkey tail over there is alone too.

Nathan: Brown... Monkey... Tail?

He looks over to see where she was pointing at and sees someone wearing black and dark blue gi standing in another section. The kid had spikey hair and, like Emma pointed out, he had a brown tail flowing behind his back. The sight of the tail caused Nathan's eyes to widen, as he knew who that person was.

Nathan: *thinks* No way, that guy, he's a Saiyan! But that's definitely not my Saiyan counterpart, his hair was spikey, but it wasn't like that. Not to mention, while the outfit is almost identical, the colors are entirely different, I remember Son having a Blue and Black Gi, not Purple and Black. And Son never had that "TP" symbol on him, wonder what that's about? 

As Nathan continued to wonder about the sight of the Saiyan, we cut back to Sash Lilac, who's shaking in pure anger at the sight of seeing Nathan here. Carol and Milla, who noticed what she was looking at, also looked shocked to see him here.

Carol: No way, it's him! What's he doing here?!

Lilac: Whatever it is, it can't be good.

Milla: *scared* Lilac, I'm scared, what if he attacks us again?

Lilac: Don't worry, I won't let that bastard harm you girls again, I swear it.

Carol: *places her hands on their shoulders* Look, we can worry about him later. For now, let's just play along for now.

Both of them nodded, though it did little to Lilac's anger and Milla's fear, and Carol knew it. Meanwhile, we cut back to our familiar looking Saiyan, Dash, who's looking around at the crowd and looks down in the arena. He lets out a sigh and looks at his broken wrist communicator, the device that allows him to communicate with Chronoa and Trunks, but now it was broken beyond repair.

Dash: Well, this situation sucks. Not only am I stuck in, whatever timeline this is, but now I can't even contact the others to get back, hell, I don't think I can leave either. *looks around and spots, Nathan and Lilac, along with their crew* They don't look like they're a part of this timeline either, wonder how they got here.

The boy from earlier, looks at the other fighters and wondered where they came from, definitely not from any kingdoms he knows of. However, before he could think on it more, he hears someone calling out to him.

???: Seth!

Seth turns around and looks to see a girl with white hair, blue eyes, wearing a blue jacket, and black pants walking towards him. This girl was someone very important to him, Hiroshina Tatsunori.

Seth: Oh, hey, Hiroshina.

Hiroshina: *pouts* What kind of reaction is that? I came all the way here to support you, and this is what I get?

Seth: *rolls his eyes* Yeah, yeah, my bad. Where's Mario and Luigi?

Hiroshina: They stayed at the castle, for reasons I don't know. But Peach is here, along with Daisy. *looks around* Wow, we got some new people here, huh?

Seth: Yeah, and I've never seen at least half of these people before. Still, this tournament isn't going to be an easy one.

Hiroshina: You got this, honey! You'll blow these bastards away!

Seth: *embarrassed* Hiroshina, please...

Her sudden outburst got the attention of all the other fighters, with some looking angry, while others appeared curious as to why she started yelling. Nathan, who was one of the people who happened to hear Hiroshina, looked back at his friends with a small grin.

Nathan: Looks like someone's excited for this.

Emma: *giggles* Yeah, I agree.

Jase: Anyone else getting an eerie vibe from her? Like, one wrong move, and we're dead?

Emma: I feel it too, something tells me, we shouldn't take her lightly if one of us faces off against her.

Nathan: *pats their shoulders* Let's not worry about that now. Let's focus on getting the Emerald, then finding the others.

Both: Right!

Before any of them could continue, Jim the Lakitu came back again, getting everyone's attention.

Jim The Lakitu: The tournament goes by little brackets leading into the finals, they will be gone through chronologically, so that the first bracket will initialize the tournament on its first day! We hereby present to you all the registered fighters!

Above the arena, a giant screen appears, revealing who's going to be fighting who in this tournament.

Seth vs Emma

Hiroshina vs Wario

Dash vs Lilac

Carol vs Jase

Jim The Lakitu: What a surprise! Our years-long champion Seth gets to participate in the first match of the Tournament. Let's see which fighter is capable enough to get into the finals and gather the award which will be 20,000 coins and a rare red gem with a fabulous idle sound to it! All utilities and items may be allowed for use within the matches! Buckle up! The matches will be initiated soon!

Emma: *shocked* What?! I'm up first?! And against the former champion?! You gotta be kidding me!

Nathan: Hey, relax, Em. They may be far weaker than you think! *looks back at the brackets* Besides, who knows, my opponent might be tougher.

Jase: Meanwhile, my first opponent is Carol?

Hiroshina: *annoyed* Ugh, I'm up against him? This sucks!

Dash: Lilac? *looks around and spots her* That must be her, I wonder how strong she is. Guess I'll find out when it's my turn.

Seth: *chuckles* Be sure to watch out for his farts.

Hiroshina: Shut up.

Lilac, Carol, and Milla all paled when they saw who Milla was facing. Milla clung to Carol, shaking in fear, while Lilac clenches her fists, she looks back at Milla and places a hand on her shoulder.

Lilac: Don't worry, Milla. If things get too crazy, I'll step in and protect you.

Milla: Ok, Lilac, but I'm still not sure about this. I'll probably disappoint you.

Lilac: Oh, come on, do you really think we would? Even deciding to participate is so brave enough, besides, I'm sure you'll teach that guy a lesson!

Jim The Lakitu: Enter the stage please, contestants Seth and Emma!

Seth gave a nod to Hiroshina, before hopping into the stage, while Emma calmly walked there, adjusting her gloves while taking a deep breath. Nathan and Jase both looked at their friend with concern, while Hiroshina looked at her boyfriend with a smug smile, having a good feeling that he'll beat her with no doubt.

Jim The Lakitu: And thus, the first match of the 25th Tournament of the Mushroom Kingdom shall commence! Ready? Set. Go!!!!

Upon hearing the signal to start, Emma gathered up energy in her hand and launched a Chaos Spear at Seth. Said Plumber jumped to avoid it, then rushed forward and landed a few solid punches and kicks to the female Hedgehog. Emma tried to get some distance, but Seth grabbed her by the front of her shirt, spined around, then slammed her to the ground. Nathan and Jase both flinched at the damage their friend was taking, both prayed she would pull through.

Emma: *wipes her mouth* Okay, then. Let's try something else!

She pulled out two crystals and threw them at him, confusing the Plumber, until his eyes widened when he saw that they started to glow, before they started to shock him. He glared at her, before pulling out his hammer and rushed in, deflecting every attack she shot at him. When she saw that none of it was working, she revved herself up and zoomed all around Seth, trying to catch him off guard.

Jase: She's trying to out speed him instead, huh?

This continued on for a few minutes, as Seth started to get annoyed by her moving around him like this. Thinking she had him, Emma placed both her hands together and prepared a sledgehammer, until Seth dodges the attack and started spinning with him hammer, hitting her with multiple strikes before knocking her into the air. Seth then jumped in the air, coated his right hand in fire, then stares at Emma.

Seth: Game over!

He then gives her a strong burning punch to her stomach, making her cough up a bit of saliva, as she was sent flying out of the stage and into the ground, the impact making a crater form under her. Nathan and Jase both looked on in shock at what happened.

Nathan: Em...

Jase: Damn it, she got completely overwhelmed at the end.

Lilac: Wow... This guy...

Dash: Guess there are strong fighters here, after all.

Jase: *looks at Nathan* Looks like this guy can use fire, like us.

Nathan: Yeah, let's focus on that later, the Emerald has the highest priority for now.

Jim The Lakitu: Aaaaaaand ring out!!!!! Our almost all-time champion won the first fight of this Tournament, to no surprise!!!

Seth stared down at Emma, who's struggling to get up while holding her stomach in pain. She gave a few small coughs, before groaning.

Emma: Ugh... I lost? So quickly?

Nathan: Hey Em, you did great! I've never seen you fight like this before! You really improved!

Emma: Nathan...

Nathan gives her a big grin, making her smile, though, there was a noticeable red tint on her face, she shook it off before walking back to him and Jase.

Jase: This Seth guy or whatever his name is, his strength is not to be fooled around with.

Nathan: You can say that again.

Hiroshina gave a happy laugh, then clapped her hands furiously, before hugging Seth tightly when he returned, making him blush but smile at her attitude. 

Jim The Lakitu: With the first fight being settled, we hereby announce the following fight! Enter the stage: Nathan and Milla Basset!!

Lilac: *slight hesitation* Come on, Milla. You got this!

Milla gave Lilac a shaky nod, before hopping into the stage, while Nathan cracked his fingers. Jase noticed how scared Milla looked and turn to face his friend.

Jase: Hey, don't overdo it, Nathan. We don't wanna turn more people into our enemies, especially within this new unfamiliar world.

Nathan: Right, I'll try and hold back.

He then instantly appeared on the stage, just as Milla appeared, though she still appeared to be a bit scared. Both Lilac and Carol looked down at the stage, both of them worried for their friend.

Carol: Lilac, I couldn't see him move. Did he teleport?

Lilac: No, I nearly missed it, but he ran into the stage. Gosh, I hope this won't play out bad for her.

Nathan then started to adjust his gloves, his mind distracted on a few things, until Milla brought him back to reality.

Milla: O-Okay! Listen! I'm not going to go easy on you! Nor will I lose to you, again! I'll win this, and most importantly, I want to show my friends just how much I improved during my last months of practice! B-But if I hurt you too much, be sure to tell me, okay?

Nathan: *blinks in confusion* Wha?

Milla: *embarrassed* Okay, never mind.

Emma: *looks at Jase* Is it weird that I have a bad feeling about this?

Jase: Nope, cause I have it too.

Jim The Lakitu: Ready? Set! Go!!!!

Upon hearing the signal to start, Milla, with the power of her cubes, rushed towards Nathan. Her action surprised Lilac and Carol, though Jase, Dash, and Seth didn't look impressed. As she got close enough to him, Nathan suddenly swiped his arm and landed a hit, unfortunately he put too much power into it, as he suddenly sent Milla flying out of the stage and hit the stadium wall. His eyes went wide at his mistake.

Nathan: Oh, crap!

Jase: Nathan! What the hell, man?!

Nathan: It was an accident!

Emma: Oh boy...

Hiroshina: Poor girl, that had to have hurt.

Seth: Let's just hope she's okay.

Dash: That creature.... He tried to hold back, but unfortunately, he didn't hold back enough.

Lilac: Milla!

A couple of Medic-Koopas entered the stage and went over to Milla, leaving everyone to stare in shock at the sudden victory Nathan gained, though he had a guilty look on his face.

Jim The Lakitu: *speechless* Knock- and ring out!!! Wow... That's a one-shot if I've ever seen one...

Milla slid off the wall and onto the ground, as Lilac and Carol landed next to her.

Lilac: Milla, it's going to be okay.

Sanitary Koopa: We'll patch her up miss, please calm down.

Milla: *crying* I-It... H-Hurts so much... Ugh...

Hearing her in pain broke Lilac's heart, before it suddenly gave fuel to the burning anger she suddenly feels. She turns around, a purple fiery aura surrounding her, as she glares at Nathan.

Lilac: Nobody... Hurts... MILLA!!!!

She crouched down, then boosted off towards Nathan at high speeds, as, on instinct, Nathan covered his hands with blue flames. Shocked to see her suddenly take off, Carol tries to call out to Lilac and get her to stop.

Carol: LILAC, DON'T DO IT!

Her voice went unheard, as Lilac got closer to Nathan, however, before a brawl could start between the two, Jase suddenly appeared on the stage and quickly got between them. This caused Lilac to stop in her tracks, as a powerful gust of wind spreads out through the stage. Jase calmly raised his hands.

Jase: Heyyyyyy, wow, let's cool down here and settle things like adults, shall we? Look, I'm really sorry that my friend, Nathan over here, went so overboard with your friend over there. He's a nice guy, I promise, he didn't mean to do that to her but solving it with fists will get us nowhere.

Nathan: He's right, I really did try and hold back. I promise, that wasn't on purpose.

Jase: See? So, let's calm down here, yeah?

Lilac: You are aware that I should move past you and make him pay for what he did to Milla, right?! Ugh, anyway... You're right, I should calm down, because I'll beat the living crap out of you after all of this is done.

Jase: Geez, talk about a temper...

Emma: *sighs in relief* That was a close one.

Dash: That speed.... It was insane... Looks like I'll have to keep my guard up around her.

Jim The Lakitu: *sternly* Please leave the stage and calm down immediately, otherwise disqualification will be considered.

Nathan looked at Jim, before looking back at Lilac, who's still giving him a glare. He then gives off a small sigh, before turning away.

Nathan: You heard him.

With that, both Nathan and Jase sped back into the area with Emma, as Jase looks at Nathan with a serious look.

Jase: Nathan, her speed. That's nothing to joke with, I'm serious. Let's just hope that things cool down from here on out.

Nathan: Surprising someone who is off guard is easy. Still, you're right, for a moment, I barely noticed her charging straight at me.

Carol walked up to Lilac, who's still glaring in Nathan's direction.

Carol: Lilac, I know what that guy did was completely unnecessary, but please, we don't wanna turn these people here into our enemies. And besides, Milla will probably recover soon enough.

Lilac: Listen, I'm sorry... I'll deal with him after this is all over though, that's for sure.

With that, the two of them went back to their proper area, though Lilac still looked a little mad.

Jim The Lakitu: With, hopefully, everything having cooled down. I'm happy to announce the next and final fight of the first bracket! Step onto the stage, Seth and Nathan!!!

Hiroshina: *places hand on Seth's shoulder* Try not to get hurt, okay? This guy might prove to be a bit tough for you.

Seth: Don't worry, I got this.

With that, he hops into the stage, leaving Hiroshina worried for him, and silently prayed that he'll be alright. Dash looks at both Seth and Nathan, curious and eager to see how their fight will turn out.

Dash: This battle will surely tell me how strong these two really are.

Emma gave Nathan a hug, catching him a bit off-guard, before letting go and gave him a determined look.

Emma: Good luck... Nathan...

Jase: Unlike the previous one, don't hold back. 

Nathan: Right.

Seth then lands on the stage, creating a small crater from his landing, as Nathan suddenly appeared in the stage. He looks at Seth and gives him a smirk.

Nathan: Won't lie, after seeing what you did to my friend, I'm curious to see what you got.

Seth: Hmph, trust me, I'm not going to go easy on you.

Lilac: Hey, you! Dude in red and black! Beat the crap out of that asshole for me!

Nathan: *sweatdrops* Wow...

Seth: *sweatdrops* Tell me about it...

Jase: This could actually be interesting.

Emma: All I can say for sure is that Nathan shouldn't try to tank any of his hits. He'll need to gain his advantage with speed and outfight him that way.

Back on the stage, the two fighters continued to stare each other down, until something strange happens to Nathan. He suddenly sees himself on the ground, bleeding out, as he opens his eyes and sees Seth standing in front of him, protecting him. Though, he noticed that Seth looked completely different than before.

As quickly as it appeared, it soon went away, and Nathan was brought back to reality. Though what happened did shook him a bit, as he had no idea what that meant, or what it was.

Nathan: W-What? No, I should focus for now.

With that in mind, Seth suddenly charges at Nathan full speed, as said Hedgehog calmly walked over. Seth tried to land multiple punches, but Nathan proved to be too quick for him, as he dodges each punch with ease. He then appeared behind Seth and gave him a strong kick to his back, sending him away. Seth hit the stage a few times, before sliding to stop, as he grits his teeth and growls, preparing to charge ahead again. This time though, Nathan decided to zoom past Seth, catching him off guard at the sudden burst of speed, as Nathan unleashed a flurry of combos, sending Seth high into the air, before dropping him down to the stage, where he gave the Plumber a strong punch to his face, sending him flying again. Seth slides to a stop again, before looking up and glaring at Nathan.

Seth: *growls* Alright, time for me to step it up with this!

As he charged forward again, he pulled out his hammer once more, then swung at Nathan. Nathan managed to block the first few strikes, but Seth then managed to land a few hits in, he managed to send Nathan back a bit with one hit, but as he tried again, Nathan manages to counter his hits with burst of flames appearing from his hands and feet, before smacking the hammer out of his hands. Nathan then landed more punches and kicks, before briefly tossing him in the air, grabbed his head and dragged him across the stage. With a grunt, he gave a strong burning kick, sending him away, realizing that he's a bit outmatched, Seth pulls out a Fire Flower.

Nathan: *thinks* What the.... Can't let him use that! *out loud* Burning Boom!

He kicks the air once, sending a fiery slash attack that destroyed the flower, shocking Seth, before he felt more of the same attacks hit him. Wanting to end this battle, Nathan powered up and charged towards Seth, landing a kick before striking at a very fast pace, before slamming him onto the stage. Seth, for a moment, lost consciousness, before Nathan kicked him into the air, where he then delivered a very powerful kick that sent Seth back onto the stage, creating a huge smoke from the impact, as Nathan appeared away from it. 

This left everyone, besides Jase and Emma, speechless, as none of them expected Nathan to display this level of power before.

Hiroshina: SETH!

Dash: This guy... 

Lilac: H-He's that strong...?

Emma: Woah, I never seen Nathan do that attack before.

Jase: Nice one, Nathan!

Jim The Lakitu: Th-This is the first time... Seth... just went down like that... j-just... wh-who...

Nathan, thinking the battle was over, walked and prepared to head back to his friends, until...

Nathan: *senses something* What the?

It became quiet for a moment, until the smoke was cleared away by a huge burst of energy. The source came from Seth, who now dawned a yellow cape, as his aura created huge bursts of wind,

Nathan took a slight step back, his body shaking, as he felt Seth's power rise higher and higher, showing no sign of stopping, as Jase, Emma, Dash, and Lilac all looked on in shock at the display of power being shown, as Hiroshina gave a smug grin and shouts.

Hiroshina: GET HIM, HONEY!

With that, Seth gave a small growl before rushing in, blitzing Nathan, catching our hero off-guard, as Seth blitzs him multiple times, giving our hero no time to react. He then kicked the Hedgehog away, sending him flying across the stage, as he then kept kicking and punching him into the ground, which made him bounce after every hit, before he teleported behind him, and gave a strong punch, sending Nathan high into the air, with him following soon after. He flew by him, then proceeds to punch and kick him a few times, before flying higher and stops on his head, which sent him crashing back into the ground, as Seth lands back down, creating a small crater from his landing, a glow is seen from the smoke, as it was blown away by Nathan being covered by an aura of blue flames. He then bursts towards Seth and aims both a punch and kick, which Seth blocked, as he released his aura, as everyone looked on in shock and awe, Hiroshina held a fist up.

Hiroshina: GO! GO! GO!

The two of them then flew high into the air, where their battle continued, the two of them starts blitzing around in the air, as everyone below sees a red and blue blur clashing multiple times.

The two of them locked hands, trying to overpower the other but they seemed even in strength, before breaking away, as Nathan did a few flips and fired a fireball at Seth, who dodged and flew towards him with his fist reeled back, as Nathan did the same, both of them landing a punch on each other and crashed back down into the arena. Jase looked at the fight with wide eyes, as he couldn't believe what he was seeing.

Jase: That guy.... Holding his own against Nathan like that?

Emma: *holding a tablet* J-Jase... This guy's speed and strength... Not only is it doubled compared to earlier.... B-But it's nearly close to matching Nathan in his SUPER form!

Jase: What?!

Back in the arena, the two fighters are seen panting heavily, clearly a bit worn out, but Seth charges forward, as just as he was about to reach Nathan, said Hedgehog grits his teeth, closes his eyes, and then...

Nathan: Chaos.... CONTROL!

The world around them froze, along with the colors being inverted, as Nathan jumped, spun around in the air, and gave Seth two kicks that sent him flying, as time resumed. Seth recovered and flew behind Nathan and kicked him into the ground, he rolled for a bit and upon seeing the Plumber flying towards him with a kick, used Chaos Control again, engulfed his right fist in flames and punched him back, time quickly resuming. Seth skidded across the ground, before unleashing a yell, flaring his aura, as Nathan released his own roar, doing the same, as everyong had to cross the arms from the harsh winds the two are producing. With a glare, the two started to zoom across the arena, creating mini craters from their clashes, as Nathan kicked him away before throwing another fireball that connected, but Seth ignored it and flew straight at him. However, he didn't expect Nathan to suddenly appear beside him, and quickly blocked a kick, a massive beam following after that soon created an explosion.

Jim The Lakitu: O-Our greatest hero never had a foe this skilled before, he's even more skilled than the great evil Koopa, King Bowser, himself!

Everyone around the world is seen watching the sight, in the city, a figure resembling a Panda is seen looking at the screen, followed by a human girl with golden eyes and grey hair, as the girl quickly powered up and flew towards the tournament, then followed by another creature with a spear strapped to her back above the arena looking at the fight below. Seth wipes the blood from his lips, as Nathan powered a large amount of energy in his hands.

Nathan: CHAOS......... SPEAR!

He fires a large yellow orb of energy straight at Seth, who raised both his arms, catches the attack, then, with a yell, throws the attack into the air where it exploded. The two of them are seen trying to catch their breath, as Dash clenches his fists, his Saiyan blood boiling, as he grins down at them.

Dash: Man.... Just watching this gets me thrilled to finally fight too!

Both Emma and Jase looked shocked at the fight, though Jase's face did become a little derpy, as Lilac and Carol started shaking in fear. As he caught his breath, Nathan chuckled a bit, confusing Seth as to why he was laughing.

Nathan: Sorry, it's just, this is one of the best matches I've had in a while. Heck, even sparring with Jase and Blade hasn't gotten me this excited as this fight did. You're not bad.

Seth: Heh, same to you, never met anyone as fast as you. Now, let's continue!

Nathan: Yeah!

However, before the two of them can continue, Jim suddenly yelled out loud in shock.

Jim The Lakitu: This is impossible!!! The winning award has been stolen! What happened to our security?!

Nathan: What?

He turned to where the Emerald was placed, only for his eyes to go wide in shock, as there, with the emerald in hand, is a Hedgehog that looks a lot like him, except his fur is orange, he has this weird flame jacket and his shoes are different, not to mention, his right eye appeared to be yellow instead of blue. The Hedgehog, seeing the attention is now on him, grins.

???: Oh yeah, that's right!

Nathan: No way! 

Emma: *shocked* Another Mobian?! H-He looks just like Nathan 2 years ago!

Jase: B-But how did he get here?!

The Hedgehog jumped high into the air, engulfed himself in flames matching his fur, and lands in the arena, starring at Nathan with his arms crossed.

???: About time you finally noticed me, Blue!

Everyone in the audience started running and screaming, as Lilac stepped back in shock, before realizing something.

Lilac: Carol! Milla is still inside and recovering!

Carol: W-What do we do?! This guy doesn't look friendly!

Lilac: We may have to step in and take him down, even if it means working with that jerk.

Dash narrowed his eyes at the orange Hedgehog, sensing his energy and immediately getting a dark feeling. The Hedgehog's aura vanished as he looked around, disappointed.

???: What's with this mid-ass tournament anyway? Come on, the Emerald was basically free.

Nathan: Y-You.... Who are you.... How did you even get here?!

Kuroe: Me? Call me Kuroe, as for how I got here... Hmmm, maybe god wanted to see me beat you and everyone here into the ground, heh.

Nathan: *annoyed* Hand over that Emerald, you coward.

Kuroe: *pissed* Better watch yo tone Blue, I'll hand you something over alright.... Gimme a sec...

He pretends to look around searching for something, before raising a hand and giving Nathan the bird, which pissed our hero off.

Nathan: Listen. you're outnumbered in this; you'll regret setting foot in here. 

Kuroe: *rolls eyes* It's quality over quantity bozo. Besides I- Huh?!

From behind, Seth charges forward, despite not knowing what was going on, he knew the Orange Hedgehog was bad news.

Seth: That's eno-!

Before he can finish, Kuroe appeared and grabbed him by the face, leaving the Plumber shock by his speed.

Kuroe: Easy buddy!

He then zoomed out the arena and hit the stadium walls, where Seth lost his cape powerup, as Seth started to brutally slam him into the ground multiple times, each slam creating a crater, as Kuroe looked pissed off.

Kuroe: How dare you interrupt me, you little motherfucker?!

He didn't bother giving him a chance to respond, before kicking his head into the ground, grinning like a madman.

Nathan: STOP IT!

Hiroshina quickly held him in place, which shocked Kuroe at first, before he smirked, then, to her shock, he disappeared, making her wonder where he went. But before she could figure it out, he reappeared behind her and slammed his fists into her head, creating an audible crack that made her scream as her eyes vanished. Just as she swayed, he appeared and kicked her in the stomach, sending her flying, as Seth started to get up, which made him groan in annoyance before kicking him back into the ground.

Nathan: There! An opening!

He quickly rushed in to save Seth, but Kuroe appeared in front of him, making his eyes go wide, before he's kicked, as despite standing still, Kuroe is attacking him at high speeds.

Kuroe: Hey, come on now, Blue, what's with the surprised look?!

He then kicked him away and laughed, before turning to see Jase rushing at him with his fist reeled back. Kuroe laughed once more, before grabbing his fist and started slamming him on the arena before tossing him up, then kicks him away. He's then hit with a blast that had no effect, as he lazily looked at the attacker.

Kuroe: Really now? Emma?

Emma removes her arm cannon and rushes in, aiming for a punch, but Kuroe merely kicked her in the face, making her roll across the ground, as he then felt someone land in the arena, making him look and see the human girl from before, as Dash's eyes widened at who it was.

Dash: Sayori?!

Kuroe: Oh, we got another bitch to try her luck, huh?

Sayori narrowed her eyes, before she rushes in and threw a punch that he didn't bother to dodge or block, which shocked both her and Dash, but before she can react, he quickly punches her in the stomach, making her cough up blood, before quickly kicking her away, making her crash against Emma who was getting up. He then looked over and sees Yoshi running towards him and attempted to strike, but Kuroe backhanded him away, as Yoshi skidded across the ground and threw one of his eggs at him, but Kuroe merely kicked the egg back against him, sending him flying. He merely sighed, but before he could say anything, Dash stomped his feet into the ground and punches him in the back, breaking the ground a bit, as he stumbled and turned to the Saiyan with a smirk.

Kuroe: Hey, that wasn't half bad.... I'll give you one more try.

Pissed, Dash tried to hit him multiple times, but he blocked each hit, shrugged, and kicked him away, but then hits him with a spin dash, which sent him farther. He adjusted his gloves, before seeing a blue blur zooming around him, as the world then slowed down, allowing him to see Jase running towards him, he gives a laugh and proceeds to kick him multiple times, each one breaking the ground, then kicks him away, making him crash near the edge of the arena. Before he could do anything else.

He glances over and sees Nathan in his Super form, as he roars loudly, a pillar of light echoing from where he stands, as Kuroe places his shades over his eyes.

(Pretend the clothes and quills matches his looks)

Kuroe: Hmph, not so hot.... Okay, LET'S GO!

Nathan rushes in and aims both a punch and kick that he easily dodges, but as he turned, he grunts at feeling Nathan land a punch to his face. He smirks before, surprisingly, teleports behind and punches the Super Hedgehog into the ground, but Nathan retalites but kicking him in the face, as both Hedgehogs catches each other's punches and slams their foreheads together, as Kuroe chuckles darkly. Having enough, Nathan knees him in the stomach, making him cough, before he's blasted in the face. Nathan catches his breath, but then his eyes widened.

Super Nathan: W-What the?!

His attacks barely fazed Kuroe, as said Hedgehog slammed his fist into his stomach, making him cough up saliva while also powering down from his Super state, as he grabbed our hero by the neck and glared at him.

Kuroe: Don't tell me that's all you got, Blue?!

(Stop song here)

He then sees Lilac and Carol jumping into the arena, he gave them both a bored look and threw Nathan at them, causing them all to tumble on the ground. He glances at all the fighters and teleported above the stadium and held the Emerald out with a grin.

Kuroe: Man that was lame as hell! Would have loved to stick around, but work's calling! See ya around, shitheads!

"CHAOS CONTROL!"

Out of nowhere, the Emerald in his hand vanished, catching Kuroe off guard as he turns and sees two familar Hedgehogs that made him growl.

Kuroe: Blade.... Skylar....

Annoyed that he lost the Emerald, he knew he didn't have time for this, so he quickly teleported away. As Skylar prepared to give chase, but Blade held his hand out.

Blade: Don't! We need to get Nathan and everyone here medical help, they've been beaten badly.

Skylar: Right....

"May we help?"

They see a woman with blonde hair while wearing a pink dress looking at them, they looked at each other before giving the woman a nod, as together, along with a few toads, quickly took each of the fighters to a large castle to get them treated. On the way, both Skylar and Blade couldn't help but wonder.....

Nathan, Dash, and Lilac are also seen running across the field with him, though Dash is seen flying.

Giving it my all as I am
Wandering through the dark
Could I find the answer
And wake up new

Skylar, Emma, and Sayori are all seen talking with each other, followed by Blade and Spade standing back to back, with Carol and Milla next to them, as a bright light flashes.

Everything surrounding me
Leaving me with nothing left to say
Imagine it, grasping it
It feels so far away

We then cut to Seth clashing fists with Bowser, as he blocks a punch from the Koopa King, as Dash kicks away a attack, before turning Super Saiyan and rushing in.

Do I throw it all away?
If it means that I can cross the line

Lilac grabs Kuroe's hands, as Nathan rushes in with his fists in flames, but he's stopped by a female Hedgehog who coated her hands in ice, as the two created a misty explosion.

The group of four are now back to running across the open field, each of them tired, but determined, as they gave each other a grin before speeding up.

All of them are seen sitting down, looking up at the sky, as the camera pans to the castle, before zooming upwards, as the screen fades to black.

A group of six girls are seen waiting at a table, each of them being summoned by a higher up, in a technical sense, but none of them knew why they were summoned to begin with.

Before they can get up, another being entered, which made them stand to attention, as the being looked at them all.
