I've been bugging my friend for this since last night.

And I already ate my breakfast. I wake up earlier because I do my morning run, then eat after. Then check my email. You're part of that routine now.

Not really. But I try to maintain a healthy body because I need it for training. I can't very well be lethargic and unfit when I have a captain who pushes us hard.
