I reached under my pillow and brought out my phone, it was 6 o'clock and u had 1000 different notifications. They were all from Lucas.

"Babe good morning. I love u. Hehe🤗." Some of the texts read. "R u gay for me?"  I texted. " duh babe. So I can crush Penelope s heart. Bc I hate her and u want to ruin life. " he replied. "I fucked Penelope last night so ur plan is not working." I texted lucas.

" nah ur lying and I have suspension so I can't see u at school😔 " he texted. This was great Lucas wasn't going to school. Thank God. I just replied with a sad emoji 😔. "Also I'm not be bf. I'm just using u to make Penelope sad." He texted .

"Cool" I tried to act like I didn't care. "Ikr." He replied . I was staring at my phone silently. At least u knew his plan now. Penelope had just woken up , she looked at me confused.

I thought about whether I should show her my conversation with Lucas. She deserved to know so i did. "Wow . He's such a dickhead." She said . "Ik at least we don't see him at school." I said.
