Chapter 9: Double Trouble

Jungkook walks back and forth in the waiting room. He can't stay still, knowing that Taehyung might be in danger.

"Jungkook, calm down, will yah? He just faint-"

"You expect me to calm down when 1 hour ago he's okay and he just faint like that?!" He exclaim, making poor Jimin flinch and tighten his grip on his beloved Yoongi because Jungkook is scary. Yoongi shake his head and sigh, dialing Jin's number for the fifth time.

Silence envelope the group, Jungkook continue pacing back and forth. After the elder collapse, Jungkook called Jin but he was directed to his voicemail so he choose to call Jimin. Panicking, he slap Taehyung's face multiple times to make sure he's awake. (And Jungkook regret it once he saw the red marks on his hyung's beautiful face.) After 15 minutes, Jimin arrive and they bring him to the hospital, Yoongi escorting the poor Taegeuk who's in verge of crying right now.

"Mommy?"

Jimin and Yoongi's head snap to their side where Taegeuk is currently sitting, he's wearing his daddy's hoodie, making her small and adorable. What makes the couple drop their jaw to the ground is when Jungkook kneels in front of Taegeuk and whisper, "Daddy's going to be alright, baby." and peck the child's forehead.

The yoonmin couple was about to comment about the "Mommy stuff" when Jin and Namjoon arrived, looking like they just woke up.

"The fuck hyung? I've been calling you for 5th time and don't tell me you just woke up when its 8 in the evening-"

"No, we pick up Taegeuk this afternoon since Taehyung forgotten to do it. And we're doing other bed exercise when you messaged me." Namjoon said, running his hand through his hair."So, what happen?"

"I-I don't know, we're tucking Taegeuk in her bed when suddenly he groans and he's like in pain and he just collapse and, and-" Jungkook breaks down, sobbing in Jin's arms. Jin hugs his brother in law (Jungkook is Namjoon's step brother), whispering soothing words to the younger.

Taehyung's doctor emerge from the emergency room, making his way to where they're standing.

"Excuse me, Kim Taehyung's.." The doctor trail off.. Jungkook was about to answer 'friend' when Taegeuk beats him to it and scream "Wife!", making the doctor stare at Jungkook for a while before shrugging it off.

"Well, Kim Taehyung's wife, I'm Dr. Lee. I'm the Kim's family doctor." Dr. Lee hold out his hand and Jungkook take it and slightly bow his head, "Er, I'm Jungkook."

"So, Mrs. Kim," Jungkook blush at the new but lovely way of addressing him (he deny the fact that he just simply like it). "your husband might be thinking too much lately. You don't push him too hard to remember everything, yes?"

Jungkook nods, the doctor continue,"There's nothing to worry about, let him rest well, try not to force him or let him over-think. He'll remember sooner or later. The headaches occur mostly because he's trying to remember what he can't remember. So I advice you if you want him to remember, take it slow and let him cope with everything."

Jin pats Jungkook's shoulder, before speaking, "Is he awake? Can we see him now?"

The doctor nods his head and smile at them, he then congratulate Jungkook for 'marrying' Kim Taehyung and he can literally feel his face heat up.

Jungkook rushes inside the room, Taegeuk following after him. There, on the small bed, Taehyung, lays peacefully, staring at the white ceiling.

"Daddy!" Taegeuk climbs the bed, sitting on top of Taehyung's tummy. The said guy chuckles and peck her daughter's cheeks. His eyes wanders and landed on Jungkook who awkwardly stand across the bed, his head hanging low.

"Jungkook?"

​sniff.

"Mommy?"

Jungkook runs to Taehyung's side, tears streaming down his face as he hug him tightly. "OMG, TAEHYUNGHYUNG I'M SORRY! PLEASE FORGIVE ME, I WON'T BE STUPID AGAIN. I KNOW YOU DIDN'T REMEMBER THIS BUT I PROMISE YOU I'LL NEVER LEAVE YOU AGAIN PLEASE. AND- AND I'M SORRY IF I DIDN'T LISTEN TO YOU AND JUST LEAVE YOU AND IT'S BECAUSE OF ME WHY YOU CAN'T REMEMBER AND I LOVE YOU. I STILL LOVE YOU AND I'M GOING CRAZY, I-"

Taehyung crashes his lips on the younger's trembling one and softly nibbles on it. Jungkook, still completely shock, just close his eyes. He's not expecting a kiss. Instead, he thought Taehyung will ask him to just leave him alone or just tell him he don't want to see Jungkook ever again.

"Excuse me, but please don't make out in front of your daughter."

Taehyung laughs at Jin when he pulls away, Jungkook on the other hand, buries his head on the elder's chest. He's happy even though he didn't receive an answer, he's sure that kiss means something.

Taehyung stares at the ceiling. Jungkook and the others went home, except for Namjoon. He insist on staying because Jungkook don't want to leave his hyung. So back to present. He sighs, closing his eyes before smiling once again.

Jungkook is back.

He softly chuckles. He's an idiot for letting Jungkook leave him three years ago. And he'll make sure it won't happen again. Especially right now, now that he remembers everything. Nope, he's not letting him just leave again and make his own life miserable because only God knows how much he missed the younger. How much he missed those voice. How much he wants to kiss him again and again. And no one knows how happy he felt when he woke up, Taegeuk and Jungkook on his side, Jungkook telling him how much he missed the elder.

Truth to be told, Taehyung never utter a word about him remembering his past. Why? Because-

"Yah, why are you still awake?"

"Can't sleep."

Namjoon sit on the couch across Taehyung's bed. "Jungkook?"

"Well, yeah. I mean- Nothing. Never mind." Taehyung avoid Namjoon's gaze and look outside the window. Namjoon just shrug and lean backwards. "Tell me."

"Are you free tomorrow afternoon?"

"I guess, why?"

"Hyung, can you please go shopping with me? please?"

Namjoon roll his eyes, "Ask Jungkook."

"It's for Jungkook."

"Why? Then ask Jin, I'm sure he'll like i-"

"Hyung, you're not going to help your future brother-in-law?"

OMG I UPDATED YASS. So I'm alone and bored and my net finally learns to love me (lol whut) so yeah, i can finally update yay! I KNOW IT'S SHORT, I KEEP ON GETTING DISTRACTED SO YEAH. Anyway, 1 chapter left ;; Maybe I should put a smut chapter or something huehuehue. Anyway, recently, Jungkook discover dubsmash and now, his boyfriend is using it (Taehyung's "You got no Jams." is the best).
