Happy Endings For Both Shyra (With Imran) And Samir (With Mina)

Two Years Later.

"Mom, did you see my jacket?" Ayra asks her mother as she searches for it in her room.

"Ayra, I told you that I washed it yesterday and it could be in the laundry room," Shyra says while shaking her head because this has been almost the fourth time that Ayra has asked for her clothes.

"Are you alright?" Imran asks his pregnant wife while walking inside the kitchen with his briefcase in his hand.

They discovered that Shyra was pregnant almost two months ago and were very excited especially Ayra who couldn't wait to be a big sister.

She even started collecting baby toys every time they shopped for baby stuff.

"I am fine alhamdulilah. And how are you doing?" Shyra asks him. "Thank you for never giving up on me and for accepting the decision I made about the company," she added hugging him.

"I am fine too alhamdulilah. And you are always welcome. How can I give up when I knew that you would be in my future In shaa Allah," he tells her kissing her forehead making her smile and remembering the day she told him about the decision that she needed to make for the company.

Flashback From Two Years Ago.

After the party, Shyra took Imran to the study to talk about the company she inherited from her parents.

"This has been in my mind ever since that day, you picked me up from Samir's office. It's about my company and I have concluded to maybe merge it with yours...But if it isn't good for you then it won't happen..."

"Shyra, calm down. I was thinking the same thing but instead of one CEO, there will be two. Me and you," Imran says to her. "You will be the silent CEO and I will be known because I know how much you dislike being in the media," he added making her smile.

"Thank you for understanding."

"You are most welcome, now come on, let's go back before Ayra comes inside and tells me that I am stealing you away from her," Imran says making Shyra laugh.

"Show me the rules that she made you sign..."

"No.."

"Yes, show me..."

They continued until Ayra knocked on the door telling them they were needed back in the living room.

End Of Flashback.

It has been two years since everything happened. It took almost a year and a half to merge the two companies. Shyra will attend the important meetings and will make the decisions that will be needed but she will not be in the public eye as she always wanted.

After the two companies emerged into one, it was time for them to get married. They didn't want a huge celebration so they decided to get married by only inviting their close friends plus Imran's parents who had also shifted to the town.

They didn't want to be away from them and the only choice for them was to move next door.

"Thank you for not giving up on me. And for being the healer of my everything," Shyra tells her husband with a smile on her face.

"You don't need to thank me everytime, Shyra. If I were to do it, I will do it again and again. I love you."

As Imran was about to lean to kiss his wife, Ayra walked in.

"Sorry I didnt see anything, I will definitely knock next time, okay dad?" Ayra says teasing her parents.

"Arent you getting late for school and the bus will be here in about five minutes," her father says to her making Shyra look at the clock that was beside her.

"I packed your lunch, Ayra, and remember to always..."

"Drink my water and finish my food. Yes, Mom I always remember because you always tell me every morning," Ayra says completing her mother's statement. "I will leave you two love birds alone because I need to get my bag from my room," she added hugging her father and kissing her mother's cheek.

As soon as Ayra left for school after getting her bag from her room and when she said goodbye to her parents. Shyra started packing Imran's but he stopped her.

"Don't tell me you don't want lunch today?" Shyra asks her husband.

"Don't you remember that we need to go and meet Samir as he wanted to tell us something important?" He asks her with a smile on his face knowing that she has forgotten.

"Oh no!. I forgot, thank you for reminding me..."

"Hey, it's okay. Now I will pick you up at around 12:30, is that okay for you?" Imran asks his wife.

"Yes, that will be perfect. Where will be meeting him?" Shyra asks hoping that Imran won't laugh at her for forgetting things.

"At the restaurant. He said something about introducing us to someone but I dont know. In shaa Allah it will be good news," Imran says hugging his wife. "Now, you need to eat breakfast. And no, chocolate isn't food," he added when he saw Shyra trying to answer him.

Imran then led Shyra to the dining table and then went back to get the breakfast she had prepared for her family.

After they had breakfast, Imran hugged his wife and left the office. Shyra went to the home office to get some work done and to see how the Charity Organization she and Imran founded together helped young women and children who had been assaulted by people they trusted and knew.

Alhamdulilah everything is going well and it's all thanks to the people who never gave up on me. And this miracle that I am carrying has made me realize that Imran is the healer that I need for my heart and soul. I am grateful to have a husband like him, who would do anything for me. And a daughter who saved me and brought me back when I was sinking.

After work, Shyra made a snack for herself and worked on a project that she always loved and that is writing. With the help of Aunt Hayat and Ayra, she opened a blog.

A writing blog, that has quotes and sayings about love, life, and many things that no one wants to talk about.

Shyra was hesitant about the blog but the people around her always cheering for her. She took a step and opened it.

Meanwhile, Samir was in his office finishing work and giving assignments to his men.

"Finish that and then come back. And also..."

"Asalam Aleikum. I am sorry I didn't know you had a meeting. I could come back later," someone said as they walked inside the office.

"Waleikum salaam. Its okay. We aren't in a meeting," Samir says to the person and then turns to his employee. "Everything you need is in that folder. You can start now," he added dismissing the guy.

After the guy leaves, Samir turns to the person and smiles.

"You do know that you don't need to apologize to me every time you come into my office, Mina," Samir tells her and then looks at the shopping bags in her hands. "What did you buy?" he added asking.

" I know that but I don't want your employees to think badly of your fiancee and I just had to show you the gift that I bought for your friend Shyra and also for her baby. I didn't know if the baby was a boy or a girl so I picked a neutral color. And this is Shyra's gift, what do you think, will she like them?" Mina asks opening one of the bags and showing Samir what she has bought for Shyra and her unborn baby.

"There are beautiful ma shaa Allah. And Shyra would love them. You do know that you don't need to impress her, right?" Samir asks his fiancee with a smile on his face.

"I know but she is your childhood best friend and her approval of me means a lot. Plus, I have met the others and I did the same. Samir, if it's too much, I will just return them..."

"Mina, all I meant is that she will love you as much as I do. And you don't need to do anything extravagance because Shyra isn't someone who is snobby," Samir tells her. "And I'm sure that she will love the gifts that you bought for her," he added making his fiancee Mina smile.

Alhamdulillah I found someone like you, Mina. Shyra was right when she told me that someone who understands me would come and I knew it, the moment I met Mina. My clumsy and stubborn fiancee.

"I was thinking of making our Nikkah just family and friends only, what do you think?" Mina asks him putting the gifts back into the bags.

"I was thinking the same thing. And the reception could be just dinner for the family and friends," Samir says making Mina smile.

"But what about your parents?" Mina asks worriedly. She knew that his parents might have planned something for their only son.

"Mina, it is our wedding and not theirs. Plus, I know that they will understand and they know that I dislike big weddings. It's a waste of money. In shaa Allah, I will talk to them for both of us. But now, we need to go to the restaurant and meet Imran and Shyra," Samir says to her.

"And what about Ayra?"

"Ayra is in school. Don't worry, you will meet her too."

Samir gathered his things and they both walked out of the office building with smiles on their faces.

Ya Allah, I hope she likes me. I know that she has been an important part of Samir's life. I am thankful every day that I met and fell in love with him.

Samir and Mina were the first ones to arrive at the restaurant. They were shown the private room that Samir had booked for this special occasion.

"Would like something to drink?" The waiter asks them.

"Water with ice, please," Mina tells him.

"I will have the same. Thank you."

The waiter nodded and walked out of the room leaving them to talk.

"I am nervous. What if she doesn't like me?..."

"Mina, I can assure you that she will like you. Plus, she has no reason not to like you," Samir says interrupting her.

After a few minutes, the door opened revealing Shyra and Imran.

"Asalam Aleikum, I hope we arent late?" Imran greets them.

"Waleikum salaam. Not at all," Samir says getting up to shake his hand.

Shyra couldn't help but notice Mina and a grin formed on her face.

"Asalam Aleikum. I am Shyra and you are?"

"Waleikum salaam. I am Mina and I am the Grinch's fiancee," Mina says pointing at Samir who looks at her.

"You also call him the grinch?" Shyra asks with a huge smile on her face.

"Yes, I do because he is always serious and when I met him, he made me pay for his shirt..."

"Samir, why would you do that?" Shyra asks him.

"She threw hot coffee on it and I was running late for..."

"Thats no an excuse, Samir. You dont do that to a lady," Shyra says interrupting him. And then she turned to Mina. "Please tell me you didn't pay for it?" She added asking her.

Imran watched everything in slience because he knew that if he interrupted Shyra, it would be bad for them.

"She didnt pay for it..."

"I threw water at him and told him that it was clean," Mina says bursting with laughter.

This time Shyra joined her making Samir and Imran smile.

Alhamdulilah, this is exactly what I wanted to happen. I am glad that Shyra liked Mina.

Samir and Imran looked at each other and smiled knowing that everything would be okay. And as for Mina, she loved Shyra and her energy.

Mina's nervousness quickly went away after talking to Shyra. She understood why Samir wanted them to meet and how important Shyra was to him.
