"Hey Angle, are you coming over to my house today?" Ava asked. "Yah, I mean if you don't mind!" Replied Angle. They both burst into laughter, they have been best friends ever since Ava noticed Angle being picked on for being openly gay in first grade. Ava marched straight up to the group of kids and told them off. She knew some 'dirty' words from her parents accidentally hurting themselves all the time (they were clumsy). Everyone thought that Ava and Angle were together and the whole him being gay thing was just a cover up story. But that all changed one night in a haunted house, but you will learn about that later...

*At Ava's house*

"So do you like anyone new or is it still Noah?" Asked Ava. "Nah, I'm over Noah, I really like the new kid Jake. Well I think thats his name, I've never talked to him." Responded Angle. "OMG!!! Do you have any classes with him?" Ava squealed, this was the only time she ever became "girly". "Yes, I have three of them with him!" Angle squealed back. "Then why haven't you talked to him yet?!" Ava asked, clearly confused. "Well I have tried but every time I do I get all scared and nervous." Angle replied, looking down slightly embarrassed. "Oh well... pretend I am him and say what you would say to him, to me as a practice run." Ava said after a moment of thought. "Ok... Hey, because your new I thought I should introduce myself. My name is Angle, whats yours?" Angle acted (they where both amazing actors). "Hi, my name is Jake. Nice to meet you Angle." Ava played along. "Cool, you wanna hang out with me and my amazing friend Ava at lunch today?" Angle asked whime rubbing the back of his neck. "Sure, I'd love to. Thanks man." Ava said while trying to hold back a laugh. "Cool, I'll come and find you at lunch and we can go abd find Ava to sit at our normal table." Angle said, while also trying to hild back a laugh. "That was amazing! Now all you have to do is say exactly that to Jake and then you two can become friends!" Exclaimed Ava. "Your right! Im going to try that tomorrow!" Said Angle with a massive grin. "Wow, look at the time! You should get home before its too late, I'll see you tomorrow at lunch with Jake!" Ava said with a small smirk. "Oh my gosh you are right! I'll see you tomorrow!" Angle said while running to get all of his things together and then running out the door.
