Kind of an authors note.

I was talking this over with my dad and said that maybe to put and end to their tragedy they need to break the cycle and in order to do that they can't be together (for this one life).

This means that the events in VLD are exactly the same, but I don't feel writing that sooooo... heh, however I will be doing a little explaining, so bear with.

•The reason Keith wears his fingerless/biker gloves is to hide the tattoo of the promise ring.

•Lance and Keith do enter a relationship during the main timeline of the show, but we never get to see it.

•The boys realise that in order to be together they have to break the cycle. They do this because before they realised who each other were Lance did try to put the moves on Allura (we can blame this on the fact that he is a bisexual mess).

•They kept their relationship a secret from everyone but Coran, because Coran is Coran is Coran and he would never let anything happen to them (if he had any say in the matter).

This is about it, I might add another chapter as like an epilogue, but then again this might be the last part of this fic. Sorry.
