Camp Half-Blood, safe haven and home of demigods. After the war with the giants things had been pretty peaceful. The Roman demigods would come and visit fairly often just to hang out with the others. Everything was going well. Until... they got an unexpected visitor...

"Hey Nico whatcha doin'?" Nico looked up to see the members of the Seven had come over to his table.

He sighed "Nothing very interesting. Just some paper work. Underworldy stuff."

Hazel smiled at him and placed a hand on his arm. "You've been working on paper work all week. Why don't you take a break for a while? We were all going to go play with Miss O'Leary in the woods."

Nico looked over at the giant Hell Hound who was taking a quick nap outside the pavilion. A small smile graced his lips. "I don't suppose a short break would hurt." He glared back down at the papers "It's not like I'm gonna get this done any time soon!"

Everyone just looked at him worriedly as shadows started swarming around him. Percy gulped "Nico uh... you ok?"

He sighed again "Yeah I'm fine... it's just this thing that needs to get cleaned up soon or else dad is going to be pretty mad. In fact..." all of a sudden he froze.

"Nico?" Jason asked.

Anger washed over Nico's face. "Someone's here..." Miss O'Leary jumped up and started barking. He quickly drew his sword and looked at a section of woods. The whole pavilion got quiet as they waited to see what would happen.

Suddenly Miss O'Leary ran towards the woods and jumped onto something. To everyone's confusion she started licking the ground. Before anyone could register what she was doing someone started laughing but no one could see who it was. Out of nowhere a boy with black hair, a white t-shirt with a red oval in the center, and blue jeans appeared under her as she licked his face. "It's good to see you too Miss O'Leary!" he said in between laughs "Can you please get off me though?"

To everyone's surprise she did just as the stranger said. He gave her a quick pat on the head and started walking over to the pavilion. Nico glared at him "What are you doing here?!"

The stranger looked over to see where the voice had come from and spotted Nico "Oh... hey Nico!" He gave a grin and waved over at the Emo teen.

Nico stomped over to him until they were just inches apart. "Why are you here?!"

Danny gasped "That's no way to treat your friends! You know I don't see why Percy and the others hang out with you anyway, you're always so cranky!"

Percy blinked "Wait... you know who I am?"

His eyes lit up "Oh sure! You're Percy Jackson! You've only saved Olympus like tons of times! Not to mention the whole earth! You're like the coolest! At least... that's what Nico would always tell me... In fact-"

Percy just gapped at him as Nico came up and slapped a hand over his mouth "Please don't fill Percy's brain with any more praise. He doesn't have much room up in there anymore."

"Hey!" the rest of the seven started laughing and didn't bother to notice Percy's pouting. "Why don't you think I'm cool any more...?"

Nico ignored Percy and sighed "I suppose I'm going to have to introduce IT..." he glared over at the boy who feigned hurt. "Everyone this is Danny Fenton. He also goes by-"

Danny quickly slapped a hand over his mouth "Hey don't go telling everyone my secrete identity! It's 'secrete' for a reason you know!"

"Oh yeah..." Nico rolled his eyes "Says the guy who calls out 'Going Ghost!' any time there's a fight! Oh yeah... I'm sure no one will ever figure it out!"

Danny narrowed his eyes "Why does it sound like you were being sarcastic...?" Nico smirked but gave him a shrug.

"So wait..." They both looked over to Hazel "So... how do you two know each other? Are you a demigod?"

Nico burst out laughing (which was kinda scary for him to do) "Him?! A demigod?! Ha! That's rich! No he's the reason for all my paperwork."

"Huh...?"

"Ok so it goes like this..." Nico started to explain "Danny here has 'died' now if he was any normal person then he'd just go down to the Underworld and get judged like everyone else. But nooo you just had to be different didn't you?!"

He blushed and gave him a shrug. "I kinda 'half' died I guess you could say. I got the powers and stuff as a ghost but I can also look like a human. Where I come from we call them Halfas."

Nico face palmed "How many times do I have to tell you?! Your 'Ghost Zone' is just another part of the Underworld! Where all the paperwork comes in is because you keep making portals! The dead there are able to come and go as they want. If people find out about it from other places in the Underworld they'll have a way to get to the human world! So there's one problem! Not to mention... You Are Dead! Why aren't you in the Underworld?!"

Danny shrugged "I'll pass. It's really creepy down there."

Nico looked like he was about to explode when- "Hey Nico!"

Danny smiled "Hey Sam!" he turned to the others "These are my friends Sam and Tucker."

Nico scowled at the sky "Why do you do this to me? Have I done something wrong? Was it the whole Gorgon incident, 'cause I swear that was all Percy and Jason's faults."

"Hey!"

"Don't blame that all on us!"

"You know Leo was the one that started it."

"Did not!"

Nico sighed "Sometimes I feel like I'm working with idiots. Oh wait... I think they'd be better classified as children... or is it imbeciles? Nah I'll stick with idiots..."

Sam came up and patted him on the back "Don't worry I feel for ya."

He nodded "I don't know how you deal with the two of them. Let alone make one of them your boyfriend!"

She shrugged "It's a struggle. Alright you two let's get going! Jazz is trying to stall for us back at the RV but she can't do it forever!"

"Why are you guys in New York anyway?" Nico asked.

Sam dragged the two other boys away from the swords they found "Danny's parents took us on vacation."

Nico nodded in understanding "Makes since. Well have fun I guess... please don't do something stupid that I have to come fix."

Sam sighed "I sure hope not. Well, see ya Nico!"

He waved after them as they walked back into the forest they came from. He turned around and the others were just staring at him. Hazel finally broke the silence "Well... they seemed nice... I guess..."
