*Leader, deputy, warrior and apprentice ceremonies are the same as the canon ones

The cat I'll be using as an example for all these ceremonies will be a cat named.... let's see, how about Brownfur? Yes, Brownfur sounds nice. The leader/deputy part will be Whitestar/Whitepelt.
The Clan we'll use is going to be random/the only Clan that has the specific role.

✿༺ 𝐵𝒜𝒯𝒯𝐿𝐸𝒞𝐿𝒜𝒲 ༻✿ All the other 'claws' are the same, but replace 'Battleclaw' with Preyclaw or Defenceclaw or Tunnelclaw, but for Tunnelclaw instead of two it's three lives
Deputy: "I, Whitepelt, new deputy of FernClan, old Battleclaw of FernClan, call upon our ancestors and Empresses to approve my choice of the new Battleclaw. Brownfur, we are grateful for your [trait] and [trait]. Will you accept the role of Battleclaw?"
Brownfur: "I do"
Deputy: "Well then. If our ancestors and the Empresses approve of my choice, may you be granted your two lives of a Battleclaw. Use them well, and serve your Clan no matter what.


✿༺ 𝑀𝐸𝒟𝐼𝒞𝐼𝒩𝐸 𝒞𝒜𝒯 ༻✿
Medicine Cat: "I, Silverleaf, medicine cat of TwilightClan, call upon our ancestors and Empresses to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of a medicine cat, and with your help she will serve her Clan for many moons. Brownpaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between Clan and Clan and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your life?"
Brownpaw: "I do."
Medicine Cat: "Then by the powers of I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Brownpaw, from this moment you will be known as Brownfur. StarClan honors your [trait] and [trait], and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of TwilightClan."


✿༺ 𝒮𝒫𝐸𝒜𝒦𝐸𝑅 ༻✿
Empress (Depends on which Clan worships which Empress, in this case it's Empress Leaf): "I, Empress Leaf, bless GumClan. I am in need of a new cat to send my messages to, as the previous Speaker has passed onto StarClan. I call on this cat, as I've seen her display [trait] and [trait], and ask her to be my new Speaker. Brownfur, do you accept this honorable position?"
Brownfur: "Yes, my dear Empress." if no: "Sorry, my dear Empress, but I believe that [cat] will be able to do a better job than me as your Speaker."
Empress: "Very well then, you shall be my Speaker until the last of your days." if chosen cat said no: "Very well then, I shall call on [cat] to become my new Speaker. You are dismissed."

Leader: "Brownfur, come forward. I see that you've done well in every skill, and ask you to become one of FernClan's masters. Do you accept the position, and believe that you will teach our Clan's future warriors well?"
Brownfur: "I do."
Leader: "Then you shall be a master until your retirement."



✿༺ 𝒲𝐸𝒯𝒫𝒜𝒲𝒮 ༻✿ Just replace 'wetpaw' with treeclimber/digger if for the other role
Leader: "I, Whitestar, leader of FernClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a wetpaw in their turn. Brownpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"
Apprentice: "I do."
Leader: "Then by the powers of StarClan and the Empresses, I give you your warrior name. Brownpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Brownfur. We all honor your [trait] and [trait], and we welcome you as a full wetpaw of FernClan."

As for the caretaker and storyteller, the caretaker is chosen by the she-cats of the Clan in the form of a vote. The storyteller is chosen by the elders as a vote and StarClan teaches the cat all the stories.
