"How the Houndoom are ya'?" Moon asked. "Ya's haven't been 'round here lately!"

"We've been great! Just a little on the lazy side for a while." Star replied with a grin.

"How are you both holding up?" Eve asked. Two sets of eyes fell upon her, making her a bit nervous. She hasn't known the two dog Pokémon as long as her partner did, but they tried to accept her, even if she used to be a human.

"We're okay, still in business. Thanks for asking," Sun stated politely. Just then, the smaller rock type Pokémon approached, followed by her friend.

"Oh! Star, Eve! I don't believe you have met our cousin yet." Moon said excitedly. "This is-"

"I'm Pebble!" the puppy Pokémon interjected, her tone full of optimism. She walked up to Eve and Star and rubbed her neck against each of them in turn; her way of a greeting. "And this is Paris! He's really quiet... At least until you get to know him," she said, gesturing towards the humanoid creature. The Ralts just nodded his head in greeting, staying behind Pebble.

"Well, I'm Star and this is Eve! Great to meet you!" The little brown Pokémon was a bit irritated. 'I can introduce myself, thank you Star...' she thought.

Five out of six of the Pokémon began to chat about various subjects. They ended up on the topic of why both groups came to buy a large amount of supplies. Turns out Pebble and Paris were also searching for the mysterious Guild In The Forest. So the two teams agreed to team up to try and find it together.

Sun and Moon said that they have met Pokémon that frequent their shop, but are never seen around town. The shopkeepers nicknamed those types of Pokémon "spectre Pokémon". It can only be assumed that they come from the Guild In The Forest.

"They all wore this... Odd bracelet thing," Moon said. "It was dark gray with a thick white stripe and a leaf in the center of it... Strange, it was."

Eve, Star, Pebble, and Paris all bought an excessive amount of supplies and then went their separate ways. They were going to meet back at Sun and Moon's shop at noon, then head south into the forest.

The Eevee and the Shinx made it back first. Eve pulled out their map and the pair began to figure out the route they would take. Sun and Moon approached them.

"Before you two go, take these," Moon said, placing a small yellow ribbon and peach colored scarf beside Star and Eve.

"To keep you two safe..." Sun explained. He went on to explain their purposes. The ribbon was known as an Aura Bow and the scarf was called a Zinc Band. They used to belong to an old exploration team that also had a human-turned-Pokémon member. However, said human never returned to her own world and stayed with her partner. This was many many years ago.

Somehow, the pair of items were found in back of Sun and Moon's tent with a note that explained that and told the reader to give the items to "a human turned Pokémon and her devoted companion. It will keep them safe." Eve and Star accepted the items, though they were a bit unsure. Eve claimed the yellow bow and wore it on her ear and Shinx wore the scarf around his neck, covering a few remaining scars that were visible, leftover from the attack.

Just then, Pebble and Paris came through the entrance of the tent.

"You two ready to go!?" the Rockruff asked excitedly. Eve explained the map and the route they were taking and then the group headed out. Sun and Moon both wished them all good luck.
