Wedge Antilles is Obi-Wan Kenobi's Uncle. Or at least, actor Denis Lawson, who played Wedge, is Ewan McGregor's uncle. Wedge is also the only background character to survive all three major battles in the original trilogy - Yavin, Hoth and Endor.
