Ophelia makes sure her face isn't flushed from Hiiro's declaration. Her heart was beating fast the moment he declared to have a second chance with her. 'I guess Emu and my parents are right. Hiiro does have a reason for our breakup. He's scared to lose me again like he did with Saki.' She thought while going inside the elevator to press the upper level.

"Tch, you again?" She snapped out to see Taiga joining her to meet up with Kuroto.

"It's not like I asked for it to come, Taiga." Ophelia sighed heavily as his attitude reminded her of Chris who used to have a worse temper like him. "I don't even know why I was here when I'm not like you guys."

Taiga silently leads Ophelia to take them to Kuroto's office. "What are you if you're not a Bugster or Kamen Rider?"

"I'm a human with special abilities." Ophelia answered bluntly and refused to tell him her origin. She didn't trust him yet and it'll take time for Taiga to earn it.

"There's more to it." He pointed out and knew Ophelia didn't reveal anything about herself. 'I wouldn't be surprised if Brave knew about her more than I do. I hate waiting but she's not my enemy.' Taiga thoughts and waits for Ophelia to reveal herself when she's ready. The unlicensed doctor is surprised to see Emu, Hiiro and Kiriya present in front of Kuroto. "What's this? We're all here?"

Kuroto nodded his head. "So it seems." He answered and smiled politely at Ophelia. "I'm glad you could join us, Ophelia-san."

"You wanted to have a word with you guys so... I'm still curious why you need my presence." Ophelia answered truthfully and stood between Hiiro and Emu.

"I would like to thank you for your assistance in obtaining the Gashats." Kuroto thanked Ophelia and she smiled nervously. "You've all done well for making it this far." He showed them the screen of the 10 Gashats they'd gained when they cleared 9 games. "As you can see, you guys have cleared nine games. So only one game remains. It appears that a Game Syndrome patient was admitted into CR just now." He crossed his arms and looked at Emu curiously.

"Yes." Emu nodded and remembered he fought a Bugster this morning. "Also, Salty from the cleared Mighty Action X game has leveled up and reappeared." He explained it to them.

Kuroto nodded his head with a grim look on his face. "There's some sort of mastermind trying to spread the virus." He announced and made everyone look tensed at the grave news.

"Who's the mastermind behind all this?" Ophelia couldn't help but ask Kuroto in a serious tone.

"It's the black Ex-Aid." He answered.

Hiiro shared a glance at Ophelia before looking at Kuroto. "That means that if we defeat the black Ex-Aid, no one will get infected again?" He asked the CEO of GENM.

"That'd be nice." Taiga commented.

"The black Ex-Aid is working with the Bugsters to take the lives of patients." Kuroto explained more about the black Ex-Aid. "I need you to defeat him and retrieve the final Gashat."

"I would've taken Shakakiri Sports even without you telling me to." Taiga declared and Opheliad had to hold back her sighed in annoyance of their pride again.

Kuroto simply looked at Taiga before he stared at the others. "And if the Health Ministry does have an ulterior motive like Kiriya-kun said, then the situation is grave." He informed them in a grim tone.

"Wait! Kyoutarou-sensei isn't a bad person!" Emu protests the idea that his idol doctor has an ulterior motive.

Kiriya laughs in amusement. "And what's your reason for believing in Hinata Kyoutarou?" He asked Emu curiously. "Is there one?"

"Why do you need a reason to believe in someone?" He asked back and Kiriya simply stared at him. "I believe in Sensei. Not you. That's all. If I'm done here, then I'll be leaving." Emu bowed down politely at Kuroto.

"I'll be leaving as well since you've said enough, Dan-san." Ophelia spoke up and walked out of the first from the office. She frowned and thought deeply of his words. 'His actions and words... Kiriya didn't lie about black Ex-Aid's identity because it was him all along. It's like he's toying with us all and planning something once we defeat him.' Ophelia merely exhales. "What's his true agenda here?" She whispered under her breath.

"Fee-chan!" Ophelia turned around to see Emu catching her up. "I need your help! It's an emergency!" He tripped over his feet and was about to crash his childhood friend. "Ah!"

"Woah!" She immediately created a barrier by accident and Emu crashed on it. Emu whimpered and felt the sore of his nose. "Sorry, I didn't mean it! You startled me that's all!"

"Even without your Moon Knight form, you can still create a barrier." He muttered and rubbed his nose. "Fee-chan, how long will it take you to bake a cake?" Emu asked Ophelia curiously and remembered she's excelled at cooking and baking.

"It depends on the portion of how many people would eat, why?" Ophelia asked curiously wondering why he asked the sudden question.

"You see the patient we have today is Shuuhei-kun and his mom mentioned he loves cake with a lot of whipped cream. I was wondering if you could make one for him, please? I wanted him to smile and be happy." Emu explained hoping she would agree. The pastry shop is going to be busy because of the festive season and difficult to buy a cake. "If only you're off today."

Ophelia chuckled and shook her head. "You never cease to amaze me, Emu." She smiled softly and nodded her head. "I'll bake a cake for your patient. I'm going to deliver it to you later." It's been a while to bake and it would help her relieve the stress.

"Thank you!" He smiled in relief for taking his special requests. 'Fee-chan is an angel!' Emu mentally cried in happiness to have an amazing friend like her.

"Shuuhei-kun!" Emu came in with a paper bag in his hand containing cake from Ophelia. "I have a Christmas present for you."

Emu took the cake out of the box and then showed it to him. "Ta-da!" He cheered happily and gushed about how she baked it beautifully. She baked a cake and used strawberries to design it as a hat and scarf to make mini snowmen.

'Fee-chan is a talented person! Hiiro-san is so lucky to have her as a complicated boyfriend.' The genius gamer thought before focusing on his patient.

Shuuhei stared at the cake before looking away. "I don't want it."

"Why? Don't you like cakes?" Emu asked surprised at his refusal to accept the cake.

"I hate cakes!" He yelled angrily and loathed the dessert very much.

"He hates cakes? That's not what she told us!" Poppy yelled in shock and looked at the cake in her hand. It's going to be a waste of cake if he refuses to eat it.

Emu explained to the pink-haired woman about Shuuhei's dislike of cakes. He feels bad for Ophelia as she made a lot of effort to make it for Shuuhei.

Emu nodded his head sadly. "I really can't be like Kyoutarou-sensei after all." He moaned sadly.

"Eh?" Poppy looked confused.

"Because of Sensei, I became a doctor." Emu explained how Kyoutarou inspired him to become a doctor. "I wanted to bring Shuuhei-kun's smile back like how Sensei did for me. But..." He was cut off by his phone ringing and looked at the screen before answering it. "Yes?"

"I need you to transfer your Game Syndrome patient at once." Emu heard Kuroto's command.

"Transfer?" He looked confused and wondered why he needed to transfer Shuuhei.

"Please keep this a secret." He begged not to share the other of their plan. "I'll give you the location now. Can you bring him there?" Kuroto asked Emu.

"Wait! Why are we suddenly doing this?" Emu asked and wanted to know his reasons for not telling anyone. It's a reckless move to do it themselves without their assistance.

"I looked into the Health Ministry." Kuroto begins to explain. "There is a high probability that they are creating the Game Syndrome virus."

"Eh? No way..." Emu lowered his phone in shock and couldn't express how he was feeling right now.

"Kiriya." Kiriya stops to hear a familiar feminine tone. He turned around to face Ophelia. "We need to talk."

Kiriya smirked in amusement and chatted with him alone without a certain genius surgeon or genius gamer. "If it isn't Healer-chan... where's your assistant?"

"I left her with my parents." Ophelia answered calmly. "We need to talk about black Ex-Aid."

It catches his attention. "I thought you never believed me like the others." He pointed out bluntly.

"I did and for them? It would take time for them to know the truth without solid proof, Kiriya." Ophelia explained and looked up at the clear sky. "I feel something off about him from the day I met that guy. The way he talks and explains everything to us... it's like he's predicting the outcome and preparing for the finale. That's to defeat him when the day comes."

"Where do you get this crazy idea from?" Kiriya is surprised to have someone trust his words. 'Normally, it's my girl who believed me no matter how much I've been a pain to her.' He thoughts about someone. He's impressed by her analytical skills.

"Let's say I experienced betrayal and got backstabbed by it." Ophelia smiled softly and noticed the silver briefcase he was holding. She decided not to ask about it. "Do you know what his real agenda is? After defeating him once you guys obtained 10 Gashats?" She asked.

"No." Kiriya shook his head. "Whatever he's planning. He's up to no good. Thank you for believing me, Ophelia." He thanked the black-haired woman.

The black-haired woman smiled back. "Your aura is pure. Despite your wit and cunning, I could see the goodness in you."

"Pure, huh?" He asked and chuckled in amusement. "It's still a miracle how you manage to get Hiiro as your boyfriend." Kiriya teased and didn't judge her for dating someone.

Ophelia smiled nervously. "It's a miracle indeed but our relationship is complicated, Kiriya." She gasps and feels the dark presence and Emu. "They're close by."

"Who?" Kiriya asked and noticed her strange behavior.

"Emu and Kuroto." She answered in a grave tone and transformed herself into Moon Knight. "Let's go!"

"Wai—" Kiriya is startled by being carried and flies off to find them. "Do you do this!? Carry someone without asking!" He's terrified to fall if she'll slip her fingers off him.

"It's an emergency and I do this when I need to!" Ophelia answered back while ignoring his protests or yells.

They manage to find Emu and Kuroto's location at the skate park. Kiriya stopped Ophelia from intervening in the fight between Emu and Kuroto.

"Why are you infecting people with the virus?!" Emu asked Kuroto angrily for using innocent people for the virus.

He chuckled darkly. "I'm obeying the orders of Hinata Kyoutarou!" Kuroto lied.

Emu stops the Kuroto's weapon from stabbing him. "Sensei?" He asked and couldn't believe what he was hearing. "That's impossible!"

Kuroto twists and punches his stomach as Emu takes the hit. Emu is struggling to defend himself as he is stronger than him. Kiriya and Ophelia are worried about him.

"If you admire such a man..." Kuruto spoke up and glanced at Shuuhei's direction. "... you'll never open up your patient's hearts. You're a foolish doctor!"

Ophelia glares at Kuroto angrily. "He's foolish but his heart is pure as gold." She tries to get involved but Kiriya stops her. "Let me go, Kiriya."

"Not yet, Ophelia." Kiriya used her first name in a firm tone. "Please wait a little bit more."

Ophelia reluctantly agreed and observed Emu was beginning to hurt himself for using Drago Knight Hunter Z solo without calling the others. Kuroto readied his attack and took this opportunity to defeat him. Ophelia and Kiriya are running toward Emu and pushed him before they could take the hit.

"You don't need a reason to believe in people, right?" Kiriya asked Emu while gripping his shoulder. "Then don't let anything anyone says sway you. Believe in what your heart tells you!"

"Kiriya is right!" Ophelia joins in to convince Emu not to doubt himself. "Your heart is pure as gold and always do anything to ensure we're not lonely! Didn't you remember!? You saved me from my loneliness when we were kids! Don't let anyone say to you otherwise!"

Emu stops glitching and their voice reaches him out completely. He looked at them with a determined look behind the mask. "Yeah."

Kiriya and Ophelia pulled him out. "I'll get on board with you!" Kiriya announced to join the fight.

Ophelia nodded her head with a determined look. "I'll be with you till the very end, Emu. As a Knight, it's my job to aid and protect." She pointed at herself.

"Talk about how noble you are, Healer-chan." Ophelia blushed furiously and shook her head. "To defeat him, I'll believe in the pro. I'll believe in you, Emu." Kiriya believed Emu's abilities to defeat him.

"Thank you, Kiriya-san and Fee-chan." Emu thanked them for believing him before looking at Shuuhei. "I... will retrieve Shuuhei-kun's smile!" He vowed

Emu roared and slammed Kuroto hard before he could even defend himself. He crashed into the basketball court and struggled to stand.

"If we defeat him, the Bugster virus will be exterminated." They looked up to see Hiiro show up.

"Let me join in too." Taiga appeared and stood right next to Kiriya. "But I will take the Gashat." He declared to obtain the last piece of the game.

"Then let's do this four-player!" Emu declared and looked at Ophelia while she blinked in return. "Fee-chan, lend us your strength and power."

Ophelia smiled in amusement before she shook her head. "Do you even need to ask? I'm ready to fight alongside everyone."

Hiiro, Taiga and Kiriya activated their Gashat while Ophelia's body glowed.

"Taddle Quest!"

"Bang bang Shooting!"

"Bakusou Bike!"

"Henshin!"

"I'm a Kamen Rider."

The three doctors transform into Kamen Riders while Ophelia is in her Moon Knight form. Emu smirked and activated the Drago Knight Hunter Z to level them up apart from Ophelia.

"Skill level 5."

"Tactics level 5."

"5th Gear!"

"Gacchaan! Level up!"

"I gotcha! Drago Knight Hunter!"

The four of them upgraded to level 5 except Ophelia. The five of them are attacking Kuroto in sync without competing with each other this time.

"Emu and Ophelia!" Kiriya called them and they shared each other's looks.

"Understood!/ Got it!" Ophelia and Emu answered while they agreed to Kiriya's silent plan.

The three of them are sending powerful flying kicks towards Kuroto and forcing him to separate his Level 3 Gashat.

"Gashuun!"

He reverts himself to level 2 while looking at them weakly. They noticed his meter health was low enough and unable to fight them any longer.

"Give up." Hiiro informed him knowing he's outnumbered them.

"If your Rider Gauge drops to zero, you'll get a game over and die." Kiriya explained.

Unlike Ophelia's Moon Knight form, she doesn't have a health gauge to determine how much health gauge she has or low enough to revert. Taiga approached Kuroto slowly.

"Be a good boy and hand over Shakariki Sports to me." Taiga wanted to obtain the last Gashat.

Kuroto ignored him and looked at Shuuhei's direction. "Now's the time to gather the death data!" He declared and ran off towards the child. Kuroto placed the white Gashat in his device.

"Gashatto!"

"Death data!?" Ophelia couldn't help but yell in shock after hearing his words.

Kuroto placed the Shakariki Sports in his driver and activated it.

"Gashatto! Finisher!" He activated the final attack. "Shakariki Critical Strike!"

Ophelia immediately steps in front of Shuuhei and Poppy while raising her hands. "I won't let you hurt the young boy!" She declared and her hands glowed.

𝑴𝒐𝒐𝒏 𝑨𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔

The former goddess created a strong barrier to brace themselves from Kuroto's attack.

"Fee-chan!/Ophelia!" Emu and Hiiro rush forward to save them.

Hiiro stands right next to Ophelia while gripping his sword to protect her. Emu steps in front of the barrier and turns around to let the tail whack Kuroto before he can break Ophelia's barrier and hurt them. Kuroto crashed on the ground and his whole armor was glitching as his health gauge reached zero. The five of them are surprised to see his Rider Gauge is zero.

"Why would he put himself a risk and know the consequences of it?" Ophelia asked worriedly and lowered her barriers.

"The Rider Gauge is zero." Hiiro commented.

"Game clear!" As it was announced the Shakariki Sports Gashat fell out from the sky while Emu caught it.

Kuroto raised the device and stabbed himself with it. he gasps in pain while Ophelia senses death's aura around him. 'Wha-what is this feeling? I've never felt this kind of negative aura before.' She couldn't help but shake in fear.

"What? Why he's still alive?" Kiriya couldn't help but ask after noticing Kuroto hadn't disappeared yet.

"Who the hell are you?" Taiga asked coldly.

Kuroto chuckled darkly. "There's no longer any point in concealing my identity. My name is... Kamen Rider Genm!" He revealed himself.

"Genm!?" Emu couldn't help but ask.

"Gacchaan! Gashuun!" Kuroto reverts himself and shows his face to everyone.

"CEO?" Poppy couldn't help but muttered in shock.

Ophelia closes her eyes and sighs softly. "I knew something was off from the day we met." She whispered and opened her eyes to glare at Kuroto.

"Coroner." Hiiro muttered in shock and couldn't believe he was the black Ex-Aid all along. "So you were telling the truth?" He asked Kiriya while he nodded his head.

"Why?" Emu asked sadly. "You were working with CR. So why were you getting in our way!?" He asked angrily and couldn't believe he betrayed them.

Kuroto chuckled in amusement while the others didn't find it funny at all. "I was using you guys as test players to collect data. It was all for creating the ultimate game!" He explained glancing at Ophelia. "Imagine my surprise you, a young woman with great achievements, have a powerful hidden ability to transform without a driver or become a Kamen Rider. I couldn't even gather data because of you!" The CEO blames her for interrupting his plans.

"You're blaming me?" Ophelia asked angrily for ruining his plans without any intention. "I was interrupting whatever you're planning to use them!? As pawns for the sake of your ultimate game!?" Hiiro grabs her elbow to stop from beating Kuroto.

"What kind of game?" Emu asked the CEO of GENM. "Why did you do such a thing!?" He asked angrily about to throw fists at Kuroto.

Kuroto holds the device and stops Emu from running. "Houjou Emu. I wonder if that crystal heart of yours will continue to glitter without shattering?" He asked coldly.

"You..." Kiriya steps in. "... are seriously going to die." He threatened him.

He smirked. "Doctors and nurse." Kuroto addressed Kiriya, Emu, Hiiro, Taiga and Ophelia. "Our game has only JUST begun!" He exclaimed. "The Bugster virus has already been implanted in a great number of people. That means... it wouldn't be surprising for an outbreak to happen to anyone, at any time."

"What?" Ophelia couldn't believe what she's hearing right now.

"Whether the ten Gashats you've collected can save humanity or not... depends on you all." He mocked them and Ophelia clutched her hands tight. "Not even the Miracle Healer could save billions of people's lives."

"How did you know about it?" Ophelia asked in a stern tone and knew none of them revealed her healing or purification abilities.

"I saw how you saved half of them on Zero Day and put yourself in a coma for months." Kuroto answered while Ophelia stared at him surprised. "The question is, will you and the doctors save them?" He started to shoot them.

Ophelia activated the barriers and protected themselves from the surprise attack. It created a smoke and Kuroto used it as an opportunity to escape. She no longer felt his presence and lowered the barrier.

"Fee-chan?" Emu looked at her worriedly. He had never seen Ophelia look terrified before.

Ophelia kneels and reverts to herself. She didn't expect Kuroto would know her secret and struggle to stop the virus from spreading without relying on it. "I-I-I've tried so hard to hide it and now... he knew."

Emu kneels and faces her with a reassuring look. "Don't worry, Fee-chan. We'll find a way to stop it without relying on your powers. We know you can't handle that much to heal them and I promise we're going to solve this, together."

"Emu..." She whispered and he reminded her of Hibiki when it came to promise. "Yeah." They will face the problem together.
