Ophelia didn't expect to meet Hiiro after 2 years of not seeing each other. One of the main reasons she knew him was because they went to the same University back in the U.S. and encountered him for the first time. Hiiro was a new student and one of the Professors chose her to help him improve his English communication.

Ophelia accepted the requests and helped Hiiro improve his English communication skills despite his excellent writing skills. They're getting along very well despite Hiiro's cold expression, he cares for her secretly and appreciates the efforts she put up for him. Hiiro confessed his love to Ophelia and after one year of dating, he broke up with her for using and manipulating her feelings. Ophelia assumed he loved her for who she was and not being related to Barron's family. Hiiro proved her wrong and used Ophelia for a reputation leaving the black-haired woman broken.

She's still heartbroken by Hiiro's confession but needs to mask her true feelings like before. His words didn't matter to Ophelia after 2 years of breaking up.

"Ophelia." Her hazel eyes look up to meet Hiiro's dark brown eyes.

"Kagami." She called his surname and refused to call his first name unless it was necessary. "What do you need to talk about?"

"Your abilities and how long you've had it." Hiiro answered and didn't expect her to order strawberry cake and tea for him while she had a coffee latte. 'She also prepared me a knife when I used to cut my food.' He thoughts.

"Long time when I was born." Ophelia answered and stroked her cup. "My birth parents abandoned me because their firstborn is meant to be a son but it's a daughter instead. They sent me to an orphanage and I knew— I was different from them."

Hiiro knew Ophelia was adopted by Haruka and William because she told him about her family. It angers him for abandoning their child but Ophelia is happy to be with her adopted family. Based on her tone, he assumed she found her birth parents and found out the reason for sending her to an orphanage. She's better off without them and made a successful career.

"How long have you been back?" He changed the subject knowing Ophelia was getting more uncomfortable with her abilities. It's not easy to reveal in public after not seeing the person for a long time. Hiiro respects her boundaries and is willing to listen until she's ready to explain.

"A month and I asked your father not to say anything of my arrival." Ophelia answered truthfully and stood up to leave him enjoying his dessert. "He's stubborn and tries to convince me to work with him." She wanted to know the real reasons for breaking up but didn't dare to ask him.

He isn't surprised by Haima's antics of convincing Ophelia to work with them. Haima is one of Barron's family friends and he's always kept in touch with them. Hiiro wouldn't be surprised if her adopted parents knew her abilities and aided in defeating the Bugster if needed.

"Ophelia, wait." Hiiro stops Ophelia to leave. "What's your real reason to help us?"

Ophelia simply smiles at his question. "Does it have to be a reason?" She walked away leaving him alone in the cafe.

He hums and cuts his cake. It amazed him to know she still remembered his hobbies. 'You're a different person I met from 2 years ago. It's difficult for me to read you like an open book.' Hiiro couldn't say the same thing for himself as he changed after the years passed by.

Ophelia hums different tunes but only turns out an off-key sound. She cringed and shook off the idea before sighing heavily. "For someone who's no longer a singer and dancer... my song is like a wailing banshee."

Luna laughs nervously and feels sorry for Ophelia. "Maa, maa, master. I'm sure you can come out of a new song once you hit something an inspiration to keep you motivated." She assured the black-haired woman knowing she was still thinking about them.

"Maybe..." She smiles lightly and closes her notebook. "It's beautiful weather—" Ophelia feels a dark presence closer to their place. "I sensed malicious presence."

"Ophelia-sama?" She stared at her worriedly.

"We need to go there." Luna grips Ophelia's shoulder tight as the black-haired woman runs off behind the university to meet an unknown dark presence.

Emu and the others are surprised to see a Bugster with Gashat on their head. Asuna gasps and recognizes the yellow Gashat. "The DoReMiFa Gashat!" She yelled in shock. "It's one of the stolen Gashats."

"A what now?" Asuna and Emu yelled in shock to see Ophelia and a small girl sitting on her shoulder.

"Fee-chan what are you doing here!?" Emu is surprised to see her again with an unknown small companion. "What is that?"

"That has a name and I'm a female android." The small girl snarked angrily and Emu squeaked in fear. "I'm Luna, the loyal servant under my master name— Barron Ophelia Selene."

"Since when did you make an android, Fee-chan?" He asked his childhood friend in shock.

"Can you tell me about the DoReMiFa, nurse-san?" Ophelia changed the subject to focus on their situation.

"Nurse-san?" Asuna blinked her eyes and pointed at herself while Ophelia nodded her head. She smacked her forehead and didn't introduce herself. "I'm Karino Asuna. Anyway, it's a music game where you memorize the rhythm of the music and try to match it. It's my favorite!" She yelled in happiness while spinning around.

"No one asked you about your hobbies." Hiiro said bluntly hurting Asuna's feelings. He didn't have time to know what she liked about her hobbies.

"How shocking..." She moaned in despair.

Ophelia laughs nervously and kneels to examine any signs of injury from the girl. "Luna, run for a scan."

"Yes!" Luna salutes and scans the girl's body. "Her emotions are low due to negativity. He managed to separate them but we need to defeat the Bugster."

Emu stared at Ophelia and remembered her healing abilities. He has a theory that her healing might cure their virus. "Fee-chan, your healing. Can you—"

"It would drain my energy, Emu." Ophelia cuts him off. "With the Gashat on its head, who knows how long it'll take me to heal her." She wanted to heal the girl so badly but Ophelia swore to her parents not to use healing powers recklessly.

"Graphite." Hiiro growled to see him again while Emu went in front to protect the females.

"What are you after? Why did you steal the Gashats?" Asuna asked in an angry tone.

"I will conquer all of humanity and rule the world." Graphite answered to reveal his dream to take over the world. He kicked Hiiro to help Bugster out. "For that purpose, I need allies."

"By allies, you mean forcing us to become one of you against our will!?" Ophelia yelled in shock and looked at him with a stern look. "Forcing these people to bring out their negativity and become a Bugster. That's completely unforgivable!"

"You know nothing about it, woman." Graphite glares at her and she returns the gesture at him. "I infected that woman with two game viruses."

"What?" Hiiro asked surprisedly while Emu and Ophelia stared at the girl worriedly.

"I will not let you have your way!" Emu exclaimed and decided to join Hiiro while he readied his driver. "Mighty action X!"

"Henshin!"

"Gashatto! Let's game! Meccha game! Muccha game! What's your name!? I'm a Kamen Rider."

Asuna noticed Ophelia didn't join their fight at the moment. "Um. Are you going to help them?"

"I'll intervene if it's necessary, Asuna-san." Ophelia answered while watching the men fight against two Bugsters.

Hiiro and Emu are in sync to fight against DoReMiFa Bugster. He groaned and stood up while motioned his hands to taunt them. "Hey! Come on! Let's party! Yay!" He summons music notes with music which makes them confused.

"What is this?" Emu taps it curiously.

"Do the steps along to the music!" Asuna explained the DoReMiFa game.

"Steps?" Hiiro asked and never played a dance game before.

Emu nodded his head and understood the game. "All right! Leave music games to me too!" He assured Asuna.

Luna simply shook her head. "This is all wrong." She moaned and hid behind Ophelia's hair.

Ophelia couldn't help but nod her head. 'I've faced worst enemies and that one is the worst opponent I've met.' She thought and kept her own opinions to herself. She's amused to see Emu is enjoying the mini-game despite they're battling at the moment while Hiiro is confused. "Hiiro is going to hurt himself if he doesn't follow the beat through dance." She commented while biting her lower lips.

"Perfect!" Emu won the game after following the steps of the music.

"Miss!" Hiiro groaned in pain and took the damage for missing it.

"Ah, Brave!" Emu yelled and jumped off the stairs to punch DoReMiFa's face.

Hiiro stands up and faces Graphite. He raised his device. "Cultivate. Infection." Transforming himself to become a Bugster. "Let's game! Bad game! Dead game! What's your name!? The Bugster!"

Graphite attacked Emu and Hiiro easily while didn't give them time to encounter his attack. Just when Graphite is about to land a blow they heard a bang sound and hit him.

"I'm going to pay you back from five years ago." They turned around to see Taiga join them. He shoots Graphite rapidly with his gun.

Graphite clicks his tongue in annoyance. "My business isn't with you."

"Skill level 2." Hiiro levels up himself.

"Gacchaan! Level up! Pursue wander, taddle quest!"

"The real fight begins now!" Emu declared and leveled himself up to 3.

"Gekitotsu Robots! Gashatto!"

"Dai, dai, dai, henshin!"

"Gacchaan! Level up! I gotcha! Knock him out! Assault clashing punch! Gekitotsu Robots!"

"Raging Dragon Fang!" Graphite summons his final attack.

They tried to defend themselves from the attack. Emu managed to minimize the damage he'd received but Hiiro and Taiga got knocked down. Graphite hums in amusement to see Emu standing. "Not bad, Ex-Aid. So this is this power of Level 3?"

"It's my turn now!" Emu declared and they clashed with each other. They're throwing punches or cutting down as the genius gamer pushes Graphite away. "Now for the finisher!" His fists glowed while Graphite's weapon was covered in red lighting.

Both attacks are about to land each other but someone intervenes in their fight. They're surprised to see black Ex-Aid again and face them. "Get back." He ordered Graphite to step back from the fight against the Kamen Riders. "It's too early for you to fight him." He explained and glanced at Ophelia's direction while she narrowed her eyes.

"What a busybody." Graphite complained but obeyed his command. He walked away with DoReMiFa's side and left the battlefield.

Black Ex-Aid stares at the Kamen Riders and Ophelia then leaves them. Taiga huffed and walked away while Emu and Hiiro reverted to normal.

"Gashuun!"

Hiiro stared at Taiga's back figure. "About that Bugster called Graphite... he's the one you failed to kill five years ago?" He asked the unlicensed doctor.

Taiga looked behind him. "That doesn't have a damned thing to do with you." He walked away.

"Wait!" Hiiro begins to chase Taiga and wants to know the truth behind the tragic incident.

Ophelia and Emu are confused about why Hiiro is chasing Taiga. Hiiro manages to catch up and forces Taiga to face him.

"Answer me! You owe me an answer!" Hiiro growled and Ophelia had never seen him angry before.

"Why did you become so angry when you met him, Hiiro?" The former goddess couldn't help but ask her ex-boyfriend in a low tone while watching them worriedly. She's worried they might brawl whatever problems they had.

"I've been extremely forgetful these days." Taiga commented sarcastically and stopped Hiiro's punch.

"I could have saved Saki!" Hiiro yelled while Emu and Ophelia wondered who Saki was.

Ophelia decided now it was time to intervene between the two men. "Enough!" She created a purple barrier to separate them.

"Then why don't you try it!?" Taiga asked Hiiro coldly while Ophelia didn't lower the barrier yet. "That's right. Graphite is your girlfriend's murderer."

"What?" Ophelia asked in shock while her barrier disappeared from her unwavering feeling. "You had a girlfriend?" She didn't know Hiiro was dating someone else.

"Before you came along. He had a girlfriend and you didn't know?" Taiga asked Ophelia and she stood their shock. It's not a surprise for him to know Hiiro refused to expose his past relationship with his ex-girlfriend.

"I-I don't." She muttered and Taiga walked away from them.

Emu stared at Hiiro worriedly. "Hiiro-san." He'd never seen him angry before apart from an earful being a Kamen Rider.

"Ophelia-sama?" Luna noticed Ophelia's eyes filled with different emotions but masked them.

Ophelia joined Emu to learn more about Saki. Haima is with Asuna and he's surprised to see her. Asuna told Haima everything about their encounter with Graphite today and Taiga mentioned Saki's name. Haima explained everything about Hiiro's first girlfriend Saki who died five years ago of the Bugster virus.

It hurts Ophelia deeply for Hiiro to lie in her face as his first lover. He didn't mention anything of his past love life and toyed with her feelings. Ophelia didn't care if he had a few exes as long as he was being truthful and ready to move on.

"Hiiro-san's girlfriend died because of Graphite?" Emu asked Haima and Asuna curiously.

"Her body was taken over and she disappeared." Asuna answered in a solemn tone.

"That is why Hiiro was determined to become a Kamen Rider." Haima commented with a solemn look on his face.

"I wonder how Saki-chan felt about Hiiro." She thought out loud while playing with her fingers.

"He was not the man she wanted by her side. That's what Hiiro thought." He glanced at Ophelia who remained silent the whole time. "Ophelia-chan, I apologize for my son's—"

"If there's someone to apologize, it's him, Haima-san." Ophelia cuts him off with an understanding look while masking her pain. "It didn't bother me if he lied to my face for calling me his first lover. The only thing that bothers me why hiding the truth. Does he think I wouldn't understand him at all?"

Emu blinks his eyes in confusion. "Um... how did you know Hiiro-san, Fee-chan?"

"He was my ex-boyfriend for 2 years." Ophelia answered and he yelled in shock.

"What!? How!?" It's hard for him to imagine how stoic Hiiro and serene Ophelia are together. She never mentioned to him of her past relationship. 'How did he capture her heart and dump her!?' He thought and looked sad. 'It's hard to move on but he shouldn't pursue her and end the relationship.'

"Who knows?" Ophelia asked while closing her eyes. "We should check the patient." She walked away with Luna sitting on her shoulder.

"Fee-chan..." It pains for Emu to see Ophelia guarding her emotions again. To mask how she feels and refuse to cry no matter how much she grieves.

"Ophelia..." Haima sighs heavily and thinks a lot of things to smack his own son's senses. He knows Hiiro's reason was scared of losing someone again. Hiiro thinks it's okay to push her away if it means to protect her but she's already involved with their problems.

The director is surprised to find out her unique abilities after she healed Kiriya. He vowed to keep it a secret and not to reveal anything to Dan Kuroto.

Asuna, Emu, Luna and Ophelia stayed in the CR's room to be with their patient, Youko to check her vitals.

"Doctor." Youko tried to sit up and Asuna helped her. "Please... Do not tell anyone about my Game Syndrome." She pleaded and didn't want her boyfriend to cause worry. "I don't want to burden him."

"Do you mean your boyfriend?" Asuna asked the girl curiously.

She nodded her head hesitantly. "His name is Kuboyama Seiichi. We go to the same university. He's auditioned to get into the orchestra of his dreams many times. But nothing's come of it..."

Ophelia's gazed at her with an unreadable look. "So you're worried about him, aren't you?" She asked in a hushed tone.

"Her condition worsened when she learned the Bugster had attacked Seiichi-san." Asuna explained sadly.

Emu's stethoscope beeps and he clicks to reveal a hologram map with a musical note. "The Bugster has started to move!"

"Youko-san?" Asuna called the girl worriedly and saw her fading slightly.

"Please... save him!" Youko pleads to save her boyfriend.

Ophelia reveals a leaf from her pocket. "The more she is distressed, her condition is going to get worse."

"What will you do with a leaf, Fee-chan?" Emu couldn't help but ask and gasp to realize something. "Are you going to play a song before?"

"Song?" Asuna looks confused about Emu's words.

"You see, when we were kids Fee-chan used a leaf to create a song." Emu explained the use of the leaf. "It's been a long time since I've heard it." Ophelia's way of creating music is always creative and Emu is always the first person to listen to her songs.

"We promise to save you both and you have our words, Youko-san." Ophelia vowed before putting the leaf in her mouth.

The tune is soothing to wash away their negativity. Youko is no longer in pain and lying down in peace. Ophelia lowers her leaf and looks at Luna. "Stay with her Luna." She told the small android in a hushed tone.

Luna bowed her head. "As you wish, master."

Ophelia silently urged the two to leave Youko and Luna quietly as they followed her. "Your song is amazing, Ophelia-san." Asuna complimented her musician skills.

"I still have a long way to go but thank you." Ophelia thanked the disguised nurse.

Emu shook his head in amusement. "You're always stay humble, Fee-chan. Come on, let's save them."

"Ha!" Ophelia punches DoReMiFa Bugster to release Seiichi from his grasp.

"Fee-chan, look out!" Emu yelled and noticed an incoming attack from them.

Ophelia suddenly creates a barrier to protect themselves. "You're such a nuisance human!" The smoke disappeared to see Graphite join in.

"Are you injured, sir?" Ophelia asked Seiichi worriedly while she ignored Graphite's question.

"N-n-no." Seiichi answered nervously and still shocked to see a monster.

Ophelia dragged Seiichi at a far distance to ensure his safety. The black-haired woman noticed Hiiro's arrival. "Leave and find somewhere safe." Seiichi nodded his head fast and left. She needs to focus without having any civilians involved in their mess.

"Graphite!" Hiiro yelled at the green Bugster's name.

"Hiiro-san! Saving the patient takes top priority!" Emu reminded the prodigy surgeon.

"I don't take orders from interns!" Hiiro snapped Emu and Ophelia didn't like his tone.

DoReMiFa taps his shoulder to summon their subordinates. Emu and Hiiro readied their driver while Ophelia's body glowed.

"Mighty Action X!"

"Taddle Quest!"

"Henshin!"

"Henshin!"

"Gashatto"

"Level up!"

"Mighty Mighty Action X! Gekitotsu Robots!"

"Pursue wander! Pursue wander! Taddle quest!"

Emu and Ophelia fought DoReMiFa and their subordinates while Hiiro was battling Graphite. Hiiro's status isn't strong enough to face Graphite given he didn't obtain Gashat level 3 like Emu.

"Brave! Now is not the time to fight him!" Emu reminded Hiiro to focus on their main objective.

"Saki... will be avenged!" Hiiro yelled while ignoring Emu's words.

"He's going to get himself killed..." Ophelia grunted and pushed the enemy back. "He's blinded in rage!" She summons her hologram blades and slashes each of the Bugsters.

"Watch out!" Emu noticed Graphite was going to unleash his final attack on Hiiro.

Ophelia stands in front and takes the hit. She didn't have time to conjure the barrier to protect them and it hurt her deeply. "Aaahh!" She yelled in pain and fell.

"Ophelia!?" Hiiro is shocked to see his ex-girlfriend protect him from the attack. No matter how much they distance from each other, Ophelia still cares about him. 'Why did you protect me? After I hurt your feelings?' His mind is filled with shame and guilt for his actions toward Ophelia.

She breathes heavily and gulps weakly. "The girl... Youko-san." Ophelia glanced behind her. "Told us... not to say anything about her Game Syndrome... not to be a hindrance to her boyfriend's dream! I'm sure Saki-san must have been thinking the same way before you met me!" She faces him and grips his shoulder. "She wanted you to focus on your medical studies so you could become the world's best doctor. Isn't that why she kept quiet about it?"

"Saki..." Hiiro lowered his gaze and remembered Saki's last words. 'Become the best doctor in the world... Someday, there will be someone who will love you like I do. I want you to move on, Hiiro-kun.' Her words still ringing in his ears before she died.

Hiiro stands up and faces Graphite. "There is nothing I cannot cut!" He declared.

"Fee-chan." Emu and Asuna helped Ophelia to stand up. "You're still—"

"In my Moon Knight form? Yeah, it's unique, unlike you guys." Ophelia answered weakly and leaned more on Emu's side. "Sorry, I won't be in the field at the moment." She reverts to normal.

"Commencing Bugster removal operation." He declared and pressed something on his device.

"Stage select!" Hiiro chose the forest field and pressed a button on his sword to have an ice sword. "Ko-chiin!"

He sliced the treasure chest and picked up the accelerated coin before slashing Graphite. Hiiro glides down with his ice powers. "Gashuun! Gashatto! Finisher!" He's heading towards DoReMiFa Bugster with their subordinates and they're panicking. "Taddle critical finish!" He used the final attack move to defeat them. "Perfect! Game clear!" He finally managed to retrieve the DoReMiFa Gashat back.

Emu and Asuna smile in relief as they gain another Gashat while Ophelia closes her eyes and hums in satisfaction.

Graphite clicks his tongue in annoyance. "I can't believe you cleared it." He isn't pleased they manage to retrieve another Gashat again from their grasp.

Hiiro simply presses the Gashat. "DoReMiFa Beat!" The yellow robot appeared and attacked the other Bugster. "Gacchaan."

"Skill level 3." Hiiro declared.

"Gashatto! Gacchaan! Level up! Pursue wander! Pursue wander! Taddle Quest! I gotcha! Do do do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do ok! Do Re Mi Fa beat!" The DoReMiFa merges with Hiiro's armor.

"Commencing Graphite removal operation." He announced ready to defeat Graphite.

"I just realized that game is music and how is he going to achieve it?" Ophelia couldn't help but ask nervously. "No offense on him but he's not a gamer like you, Emu."

"Hiiro-san you need to match the rhythm of the music!" Emu gives Hiiro's advice on his new Gashat.

"That's not possible!" Asuna shook her head. "Hiiro has absolutely no experience with music games!" She'd never seen him playing games before.

"We're going to be doomed if he can't think of anything like an outside box." Ophelia commented bluntly and sighed heavily. "Let's put our faith in him."

"Rythm... outside of a box?" Hiiro muttered under his breath before he played music.

He's attacking Graphite with his own bare hands and Ophelia noticed he'd mirror some of her moves when she used to attend mixed martial arts class. 'Who would've thought he would use some of my moves using his new ability?' She thought while watching them.

"Perfect!" Graphite yelled in pain after taking the final blow.

"His rhythm was perfect! How?" Asuna yelled in shock and remembered he failed to do it before.

"He mirrored some of my moves when I used to go to mixed martial arts class and did cardiopulmonary resuscitation." Ophelia answered.

Hiiro nodded his head while he readied his sword. "She's right. I am familiar with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and mixed martial arts."

"Ka-chiin!" He changed his ice element to a fire element.

"The rhythm of chest compression and Fee-chan combat moves!?" Emu yelled in surprise and looked at Ophelia. "Hiiro-san looked after you well, Fee-chan." Ophelia remained silent.

"Gashatto! Finisher! DoReMiFa critical finish!" Hiiro's final attack clashed against Graphite's attack. He's slicing his opponent nonstop until he lands a hit, "Perfect! Satisfying strike!"

"Kamen Rider Brave, I swear to crush you with my own hands." Graphite vowed before he disappeared out of their sight.

Hiiro gasps and reverts to normal. "Gacchaan! Gashuun!" The forest scene disappears and reverts to its original place.

Ophelia moves herself away from Emu and Asuna. The genius gamer noticed her strange behavior and Ophelia smiled before transforming herself back into Moon Knight. "Where are you going?" He asked her curiously. "Aren't you going to see Youko-san's condition?"

"Luna informed me she's cured and I'm no longer needed." Ophelia answered and summoned her hologram wings. "I'm confident enough you guys can handle the rest." She flies away out of their sight.

Hiiro didn't have a chance to talk to Ophelia but she left without glancing at him. 'Ophelia...'

Ophelia keeps spinning the pen on the table in deep thought and sighing heavily. She couldn't stop thinking of Hiiro's past and his manipulation of hurting her feelings. She's lucky her mind is focused on the main objective despite the heaviness in her heart.

Emu updated Ophelia that Youko and Seiichi are finally forgiving each other. It eased her heart to hear their reconcile but she couldn't help but think of her past relationship with Hiiro.

"This lavender tea will calm your mind, sweetheart." She binks to see her paper being replaced by a cup of tea.

"Thanks, mom." Ophelia muttered before sipping her tea.

Haruka decided to give Ophelia a surprise visit to see her daughter well. She rarely sees her daughter in deep thought or guarding her feelings again. "I wanted to take you somewhere to have a bonding time. Your mind is somewhere, Ophelia." It wouldn't be fair to go out if her daughter didn't enjoy their day.

Her eyes widen in shock before smiling sheepishly at Haruka. "Sorry, mom. Is just that... did you know Hiiro used to date someone before me?" She asked her curiously. Ophelia feels bad for Haruka to cancel their date knowing she won't enjoy it while thinking about her problems.

Haruka shook her head after head and didn't know Hiiro used to date someone before Ophelia. "No, that's the first time I've heard it. Why?"

"She died by the Game Syndrome virus, five years ago." Ophelia answered sadly before sipping her drink. "I don't understand why he lied to my face in the first place." Haruka knows everything about the Game Syndrome and she was one of the victims who had it. Her daughter forced herself to reveal her healing powers to save everyone's life back then.

"I'm sure there is a reason behind his lies, Ophelia." She holds Ophelia's hand. "2 years has gone past... you still have feelings for him."

"Whether I have feelings or not, I don't want to have a relationship with someone who refuses to move on." She commented and drank her tea. "Mom, can you tell Haima-san to stop pestering me and tell him I'm working in Tokyo Hospital."

Ophelia refused to work in the same hospital with her ex-boyfriend. She knows Hiiro is popular at his work and doesn't want to deal with his fans and gossip about them.
