"It won't be long now before we reach the village, guys!" Yun says excitedly as we're travelling along the mountains, his wings opening and closing.

"Please try to keep your excitement down a little, Yun. You're scaring away all the wildlife." Ashe says, sounding slightly annoyed, his ears and tail twitching in annoyance as well.

"I'm gonna have to agree with Ashe on this one. You need to start acting more your age, Yun. You're ten thousand years old for goodness sake." Pyrrhus says.

"Enough, you three. We're almost there, so calm down." I say as I looked out at the forest.

"Aw come on, Jupiter! I would've thought you of all people would take my side!" Yun whined, which earned him a slap on the head from me.

"Wahhh you guys are mean!" He says as he runs a little bit ahead of the group, and we all facepalmed at his childishness.

"You're one of the guardian beasts, Yun. You need to start acting like it." Pyrrhus says.

"Y'all are bullies TwT" Yun says as I mentally sighed, and we continued walking.

"Hey look, we made it!" Yun says as he points over in his direction, and we all turned to see that he was right. Over in the far distance was a clearing in the forest, and there were multiple small buildings, mostly houses, built within that clearing.

"Well I'll be. We actually found it rather quickly." Okami says, looking out at the various hobgoblin and goblina villagers that were chatting with one another. Eventually, a couple of them spot us, and their eyes widened, because they knew who we were. They then ran inside the largest of the houses, and I could make out the figure of a horned wolf running quickly out of the house, and rapidly makes its way over to us. It wasn't before long that the wolf reached us, and we could get a better look at the wolf.

He looked to be around the same size as Ashe's true form.

"My master says that he would like to speak with you. Please, follow me." The wolf says, and we nodded, following him through the forest until we reached the village. As we're making our way through, the residents are looking at the four of us in shock, seeing as most of them had never seen us in person before, which made sense since we're usually wandering around in the forest, which spread across several dozen miles, which made the chances of encountering just one of us, much less the entire group, extremely slim, since we often split up to patrol the forest. We eventually make it to the largest of the houses, and the wolf escorts us inside.

'Not bad...' We all thought as we looked around the small house. The wolf left, saying that his master would be with us shortly, so we made some tea to drink while we waited.

"Say Jupiter, you never did explain this, but why do you sit on your legs like that?" Ashe asks, referring to how I was sitting on my legs.

"Ah, sitting like this was quite a common thing to do in my past life." I say, and this caught their attention.

"No way, you can remember your past life?! That's awesome!" Yun says.

"Well this is quite interesting. Why don't you tell us about your past life?" Pyrrhus suggests, and I nodded before taking another sip from my cup of tea.

"Alright, better make yourselves comfortable boys, because we're going to be here for a while." I said, and they all gathered around the table.

"And that's pretty much it. After I died, my soul was sent to this world, I was born again, met you guys, and we've been together ever since that day I was born again ten thousand years ago." I say, and they all nodded.

"I never would have guessed humans would have been capable of creating such advanced machines." Ashe says, and Pyrrhus nodded.

"Agreed. It makes you wonder what your past life was like." He says, and they all nodded in agreement.

"Alright then, are you done telling your story?" We heard an unfamiliar voice say, which surprised us since we were sure we were the only ones currently in the house. We all turned to where the voice came from, and saw that a small blue slime was laying on the bed that was sitting against the wall.

"Hey! Just how long have you been sitting there?!" Ashe says, pointing his sword at the slime accusingly, making the slime panic.

"Calm down, please! I'm not a bad guy, you know!" The slime says, and Ashe lowered his sword.

"So, you are this Rimuru Tempest, the master of this village, no?" I asked, which surprised the slime, as he was clearly not expecting me to know his name already. He quickly regained his composure, before speaking up again.

"Yes. that's me. So you're the revered Guardians, huh?" The slime asks, and we all nodded. I noticed that the slime was rather fixated on how I was sitting, and I was starting to get slightly annoyed at the fact that everyone was only now  focusing on my sitting habits.

"If there's something that you want, then out with it. It's rather rude to stare, you know." I said, making my annoyed mood known.

"I'm sorry about that, it's just the way you sit reminds me of home, not to mention the fact that you remind me of an old friend of mine." He quickly said, and I sighed.

"It is fine. I suppose introductions are in order. I am Jupiter, and I am the leader of the Guardians." I say, and the Rimuru nods, turning to Pyrrhus.

"I am Pyrrhus, second member of the Guardians and right hand man to Jupiter herself." Pyrrhus says.

"I'm Yun! I'm the guy that's in charge of our food and healing supplies!" Yun says happily.

"And lastly, I am Ashe. I am our group's silent fighter, always taking out enemies from the shadows." Ashe says, his voice sounding slightly dull since he's not too fond of new people.

"Great to meet you all. I was wondering if we could talk about some things with you." Rimuru says, and I nodded.

"Alright, shoot." I said.

"So I was wondering..."
