I LOOKED AT the worried Paige as she paced back and forth, reading over the Book of Shadows, wanting to know how it was possible two people could exchange powers.

I had a good idea.

It was Piper's baby. It had been messing around Piper's powers already and it'd make sense. But seeing that baby could use magic even from inside Piper's womb made me think that baby was going to be very powerful.

"I need to go after Melissa" Leo sighed.

I scoffed skeptically, "And what? Blow her up?"

"Damn it" Leo grumbled once he realized I was right. He turned to Piper's belly "Give daddy his powers back now"

"Don't blame the baby" I scolded, crossing my arms from where I sat on the couch. I had my crossed arms on the headrest as I looked at them from where I was on my knees in the coach "She magically swapped your powers because the two of you were not communicating"

"We were communicating" Piper counteracted, frowning at me. I raised a brow skeptically "We were just communicating loudly"

"Well, think what you want" Phoebe said, giving me a look of agreement "I think my niece is a genius. She did exactly what any good marriage counsellor would've done"

"A good marriage counsellor would've swapped our powers?" Leo asked, skeptically

"No" I spoke, agreeing with Phoebe, realizing what she meant "A marriage counselor would've made you walk a mile in each other's shoes"

Phoebe grinned, pointing at me "See? A 16 year old agrees with me"

I raised my fist, chocking it with Phoebe's in triumph.

"Ugh" Piper groaned

"Abracadabra!" Paige closed the book shut, exclaiming making me flinch.

I looked at the broken glass getting magically repaired "You did all that with abracadabra?"

"Nah, I used a spell" Paige grinned at me, waving a hand "I just always wanted to say that" I laughed "Come on, we need to go make the Siren's potion before she starts singing again"

"Uh, shouldn't we concentrate on swapping our powers back?" Leo asked

"Come on now, Leo, you know how that works" Paige said amused, "You two are only gonna get your powers back once you've learned your lessons"

"Ugh, I hate that" Piper groaned "It's just so very after school special"

I laughed

I watched carefully and with interest at the sisters making the potion while Piper stopped, starting patting her head.

I looked at her questionably, sitting on the table "Everything alright, Piper?"

Piper frowned, "There's a lot of chatter in my head. What's with all of that?"

"It's probably one of my charges" Leo replied, leaning forward and eyeing her cautiously, "Does anyone sound panicked?"

"How do you differentiate?" Piper furrowed her eyebrows, not lowering her hands "Wait, do you hear these voices all the time?"

"Pretty much" Leo replied under her shocked expression

"Okay, can we just focus on the Siren?" Phoebe scolded, looking up slightly "Power swap or not, if she came after you once you're still vulnerable"

"Hey, you're still married too" Paige looked up in realization, turning to face Phoebe "She might come after you"

"Yeah, technically" Phoebe said, shrugging "Besides, if she's stupid enough to go after Cole it'll be her swan song"

A knock on the front door was heard. I tilted my head aside as Piper started looking around

"Knocking, okay, I'm hearing knocking sounds" Piper said, slightly alarmed

"Yeah, I didn't" I said amused

Paige shot me a look, "Yeah, honey, we all are"

Suddenly, Cole appeared startling me into fear as I wasn't prepared for his arrival. It was so soon I instinctively felt myself orb back out and then appear again.

"Cole!" Phoebe scolded as soon as I integrated myself again, placing a hand over my chest calming my racing heart.

"What?" Cole asked innocently "I knocked"

"You scared her" Phoebe pointed at me. She turned to face me, softly "Are you okay sweetie?"

I nodded hesitantly.

Cole raised a brow.

"Doors, people use doors" Piper said in frustration before turning to face me, flashing me thumbs up "At least you know how to orb now"

I smiled a sarcastic smile

"No time, and she can handle it, she's the Guardian" I rolled my eyes scoffing under my breath "Though, it's surprising seeing her with whitelighter abilities"

"Not the first time someone has told me that" I grumbled, narrowing my eyes

"I came to warn you there's a Siren in town" Cole continued, seeming to ignore me. Not the first one to do that too "I think she might be the one that... "

"Set the fire?" Paige interrupted "Yeah, yeah, we got that"

Leo burped and a fizzy bubble floated out of his mouth

"Whoa, what was that?" Me and Cole asked at the same time surprised, looking at Leo

I looked at Cole narrowing my eyes

Cole smirked

"Hey, how did you do that?" Piper asked

"I don't know but I'm feeling really nauseous" Leo answered, grimacing

"Oh, god, and I'm not" Piper sighed, before her eyes widened slightly in alarm "Wait, how, why... Why does he have my pregnancy symptoms?"

"Wait, w-wait, you're pregnant?" Cole asked surprised, looking away from me at Piper

"Well, I was but now I think Leo is" Piper replied

"Huh?" Cole asked confused

I looked away in realization, chuckling "Oh, that's priceless"

"No, no-no-no-no" Leo denied, shaking his head

"Relax, you guys" Paige said, "Leo blew the door up, he didn't cover it in flowers, which mean clearly you're still pregnant"

"Mm. Then why...?" Piper asked confused

"Because magic has a sick sense of humor" Phoebe said chuckling. "Just enjoy it"

"Are your boobs always this sore?" Leo asked, grimacing

Piper laughed

I chuckled, covering my mouth with my hand trying to not laugh out loud

"I'm a little confused" Cole said, looking between us

"Cole, maybe you should leave" Phoebe told him

"Phoebe, the Siren is dangerous and since your powers are obviously a little off, maybe I could help" Cole told her

"Uh, that's okay, we don't need your help" Piper told him "We've got enough demons to deal with around here"

"Fine" Cole straightened up, "I'll find her and vanquish her myself" he said before disappearing

"He's trying so hard to be good, maybe... " Phoebe sighed

"Phoebe, we've been down this road before" Paige told her

Suddenly Piper started to freak out "Panic! Somedbody's panicking!"

"Who is it?" Leo asked her standing up, walking to her

"Uh, I don't know, it's close" Piper said, closing her eyes. "I think it might be Melissa"

"Is the Siren after her?" I asked, looking up

"No, she seems more overwhelmed than scared" Piper answered

"Well, yeah, everything she's been through" Leo said, sighing "I have to go to her"

"You're not going anywhere" Phoebe told him, before pointing at Piper "She's going"

"Me?" Piper widened her eyes "Why?"

"Well, because you have Leo's powers now" I quipped, looking at her "That means you're the Whitelighter"

"No-no-no" Piper shook her head, wide eyed "But that doesn't mean I know what to do"

"I think that's the point" Phoebe told her "Walk a mile in each other's shoes"

I nodded in agreement

"Ugh" Piper exclaimed "Ahh!" Piper held her head, groaning a scream of pain

"Alright, you have to hurry" Leo told her wide eyed. "Paige will show you how to orb"

"Nah-uh, I have to stay here and make the potion" Paige told him

"I'll do it" Phoebe told her

"Come on, come on" Piper groaned, grabbing Paige's arm "She's giving me a migraine"

"But... " Paige complained, but orbed out with Piper.

Phoebe put some stuff in a pot, not realizing they left "So you ready to kick some demon ass... sis?"

I smiled slightly, sympathetic "You'll have to do with me"

I flinched at the third time glass on the kitchen cupboard got blown up

"Well, that was a good one" I said flashing him thumbs up.

Leo shot me a look, "I was aiming for the plant" he deadpanned. I glanced at the plant a few feet away from where he blown up the glass and I grimaced.

"Well, at least you can do it. I can't make myself orb again" I said with a long sigh

"These powers are useless" Leo complained, like I did "They're completely out of control"

"Well, that's because you're a little out of control" Phoebe told him "You just need to relax" she turned to me. "Come on, don't think Kass. Feel it"

I nodded, taking a deep breath trying to do as told

"Relax?" Leo repeated "I'm sore all over, I'm without my powers, and I'm about to have to fight a demon. My own aftershave is making me sick. How's Piper do this?" Leo complained

I looked at him wide eyed, stopping what I was doing "Well, she too sometimes gets a little cranky"

"The Elders are gonna kill me if anything happens to my charges, they're gonna clip my wings and... " He hiccuped a fizzy bubble "Oh, this is ridiculous. Piper! Piper! Why do they call it morning sickness if it lasts all day?"

I chuckled, closing my eyes and taking a deep breath focusing

Piper orbed in holding a rooster

Phoebe laughed "What the hell? A rooster?"

"Long story" Piper answered, putting the rooster down.

I finally orbed from my chair to the table in front of me almost knocking Piper out, but she stopped me just in time, steadying me on my feet

"Are you okay, Kass?" Piper asked concerned

Yup" I smiled, proud of myself "Now, I need to work on getting done faster and without falling over"

Piper chuckled, nodding her head "And I'm sure you'll do fine. Be patient" I smiled in agreement, taking a step back and siting on another chair as she turned to Leo "Since when do you speak French?"

"Whitelighters speak whatever language their charges are speaking in" Leo answered

I looked up, grinning "So I'll be able to do that too?"

Leo shrugged, "Probably. Maybe being the Guardian also helps you with that. I'm not really sure"

I still smiled

"Uh-huh" Piper hummed, looking at Leo "We've been together four years and I don't know this?"

"Hey, where's Paige?" Phoebe asked "Because this potion's almost ready"

"She is with Melissa, and she's not real happy about it either" Piper replied before looking up "Whoa, I gotta go, somebody's calling"

"Okay, Piper, wait. I need help with your powers... " Leo said, stopping for a second looking sick "And with your nausea"

"Uh, well, honey, I'm sorry but somebody's really in trouble" Piper said as she started orbing out

"But I'm really in trouble" Leo told her

I looked at him sympathetically

"Try saltines" She said before orbing out completely

"Okay" Phoebe walked toward Leo, handing him something "Here are your crackers, here's a pad and a pen, we need a summoning spell"

"Now I'm supposed to rhyme?" Leo looked down in confusion at the paper and pen

"Yeah, no rest for the whiney" Phieb told him, raising her brows "The potion won't work on the Siren unless we can find her. Do it"

Phoebe walked away, out of the kitchen.

I chuckled making Leo turn to me, smiling  proudly but still looking nauseous "You orbed by yourself now"

I smiled, "It gets difficult whenever I want to do it by myself. But I think i have to try harder" I looked down thoughtfully, "I think Piper does good as a whitelighter, I hadn't seen her being so helpful before like you always are when supporting me in using my powers"

Leo looked thoughtful, "Yeah, I think so..." He hesitated, lifting a hand to his mouth "Does she have to deal with this all the time?"

I sighed, slightly amused "Yes, but your lovely daughter did this for a reason, she must be powerful and love dearly her parents to make magic from inside of Piper's belly to make her parents not fight each other" I told him before looking down at the paper in front of him and the pen, chuckling "C'mon, you have a spell to write"

I walked away from the kitchen laughing as I heard Leo complaining hiccuping
