Ariel

"I gave it to her." Star's steel voice answered.

All heads swiveled to find her at the edge of the field. She was glaring fiercely at everyone who dared question her. She looked the same as usual, but for once, her hood was down. She had an arrow notched and pointed it at anyone who looked like they were going to move closer.

"How did you get it?" Poseidon demanded quickly.

Star's lips thinned,"Its mine. I created it, it will always return to me."

"No." The Sea god denied,"Its my son's. He always had it with him."

Star shook her head, annoyed,"Thou doth not know what thee speak of. Anaklusmos is mine, it was never given, just taken from me."

"Give it a rest, Uncle." Artemis interrupted,"She is correct. It was hers from the beginning."

"No!" Poseidon growled,"It was in my sons possession. I want to know how and where she got it."

I gave it to her.

The flames restated what General Star said earlier, also bringing attention back to the Commander. He was standing again, and walked forward so he was beside me. He gently put a hand on the one holding the sword in question. I lowered it like he implied, and it turned back into a hair clip. I carefully replaced it in my hair, knowing everyone's eyes were on it.

After it was put away, the Commander approached General Star and forced her to put the bow away. She looked like she would resist at first, but complied grudgingly. He nodded to her, and pointed back at the Orbital's barracks, silently telling her to go back to sleep. She frowned and started jogging back, but not before giving everyone a cold glare.

"Where did you get it?" The son of Jupiter questioned loudly when the Commander turned back around.

You are out of questions to ask me. I am here for any concerns about my Generals. That's it.

"Take off your mask." The daughter of Aphrodite challenged,"Prove to us that you're not Percy Jackson."

The Commander frowned, touching the edge of his mask before bringing his hand down to rest by his side. He shook his head slightly in disagreement.

This masks protects us in more ways than you know. One of the reasons my Generals did not show their faces. I will not risk it to satisfy your curiosity.

"Don't be such a wimp." Ares countered,"We can handle anything thrown at us. You're just scared."

The Commander's eyes pierced them all. An unfamiliar glint shown in them, but the edge of his lips curled into a cold smirk. The look on his face was something dangerous and almost dark in a way. The only time I saw it was when Twizne was being destroyed, and he promised to destroy End.

Your words are not from the wise. I am here for your safety, not your death. Do not order me to do anything, war god or I will take my army with me and you will be subject to hell on Earth.

Chaos

Three knocks at my office door alerted me to my beloved Commander's presence. I clenched my jaw, fighting the annoyance and stood up. Stiffly approaching the door, I swung it open harshly.

I found my Commander kneeling at my feet in a hasty bow. My expression softened, I could practically smell the sorrow on him as he submitted to me. His form shaking from the lack of sleep, and added wounds from my son and someone else unknown. Looking at his vulnerable self, I couldn't help but feel ashamed for my reactions.

I shouldn't be like this. As Creator I should have control of my emotions in every situation, but then again, it's not like I did it for no reason. My son was humiliated and bound like an animal, so I had some right, but I shouldn't take it out on my Commander too much. He did have a right to do as he did as well. Taking a deep breath I motioned for Siren to stand. To my surprise, he did not, staying on the ground.

I apologize for my earlier actions. I overreacted and let my anger get the best of me. I have no excuses, and promise it will not happen again. Forgive me, milord.

Just like that, all previous negative emotions were gone. I gave a loud sigh, and relented in my thoughts. I grabbed his arm and hauled him up. I frowned, he was lighter than I expected. He hasn't slept for awhile, that probably means he hasn't eaten either. I touched his forehead, and healed his wounds. My Commander looked at me gratefully.

"I apologize as well, Commander." I cut him off as he started to protest,"I should not have been as I was. My son's mind is now healed, with your permission, may he be readmitted into the war?"

The shock on his face was a sight to see. The quick jerk of his head was his reply, and we shared a smile as we got back into our previous groove. I knew we were good, so I summoned my youngest son into the office. I sent him the information that he would need in a mind link and grabbed both of the boy's elbows.

We transported, and now stood in the barracks created by my Commander. Speaking of which, I snapped my fingers in front of his face, and instantly his eyes rolled into the back of his head and his body collapsed. I caught him in my arms and guided him, with the help of Eros, to his bed.

I glanced to the side, and saw both of my General's in the realm of sleep. Satisfied, I followed my son outside to where I noticed all of the gods were. My children were standing to the side as they witnessed the conversation between the gods and my Commander's apprentice and my Captain's.

"I want to know who the Commander really is!" Hermes demanded.

"We can't tell you!" Captain Ebony countered heatedly.

"Yes you can!" Ares scowled,"You just choose not to."

"It's a violation of our Commander's privacy and we refuse to betray him." Captain Dawn refuted.

"Who cares. He'll die eventually, it won't matter." Dionysus spat.

Ariel's eyes flashed,"It matters a lot more than you think. The two things End is after in this war is his wife and the Commander's identity."

"We won't tell." Poseidon swore, looking ready to burst.

"No!" Captain's Harmony and Crest revoked in unison.

"I order you to tell us, if you don't I'll strike you down with my Master Bolt. No one will ever know what happened." Zeus threatened darkly.

I snapped, and spread my aura powerfully over the area,"Enough! My Commander's identity protects all of you. If you ever threaten any of my men again, I'll send you to the void without a second thought."

It got quiet instantly. They all turned to look at me fearfully, recognizing my presence. I slowly walked towards them. Each step I took, the gods took one back. I cast my power out, and a wall of black prevented them from getting away. I grew to my normal height as a deity, towering over all of them.

"I'm sorry, my Lord." Zeus groveled,"It will never happen again. My frustration got the better of me."

"It better not." I ordered.

I clapped my hands together loudly, and the sound wave knocked all of them on their asses. I flicked my wrist and lightning shot down right between Zeus's spread legs. It barely missed his precious manhood, and I let that count as a warning. Satisfied I scared the crap out of them, I shrunk back to my usual height, and advanced towards the woods with my men behind me.

"Thank you, Lord Chaos." Ariel gratified.

I inclined my head,"Serving in my Army means you're under my protection as well."

They all smiled thankfully at me before dispersing. My children retired for the night, all except Nyx and Eros. Curious to see my daughter teach another, I followed them. Eros continued to be at my side, not fully recovered from his time in madness. Once we reached the woods, a woman approached us all, looking warily at Eros and I.

She bowed her head to me,"Lord Chaos, it's a pleasure to be in your presence."

I motioned for her to stand,"To you as well."

"What is your name?" Eros suddenly asked her.

Her dark eyes analyzed my son, her jaw tight in indifference,"Reyna Avila Ramírez-Arellano."

Tell me what you think...
