Ariel

"What happened to Perseus?" Eros inquired,"After he vanquished my sister?"

The woman, who Siren healed, frowned,"He disappeared. Perseus was banished from camp for falsities from the deceased war starter."

The woman in the corner smiled mischievously at her fire,"I know where he is, and I know that he's alive."

Everyone instantly reacted to her statement. Demands were sounded, and hope resided in many eyes, including two of the "big three." The one who scowled earlier, the tan one, had a shimmer of excitement hidden deep in the back of his mind, but a sneer was expressed on his face.

"Where is he, sister?" The lightning god thundered.

The woman by the fire grinned,"Figure it out."

After that, she departed into flames. Suspiciously, just like the way Siren did. I thought about it, I never really did learn much about him, but I suspect I knew more than the Captains at least. Chaos' children looked pretty interested at Hestia's statement, but Siren on the other hand was silent, like usual, during the entire story telling of the other brother of the "big three."

We're leaving now. I expect all of you to be at Camp Jupiter by dawn tomorrow morning. Leave two gods here to protect, and all of the minor so they can strengthen themselves.

Zeus immediately began protesting,"Absolutely no—"

Commander Siren was gone before he finished his sentence. I held in my laugh, but Snake didn't. I smiled fondly at him, he looked pretty cute while he laughed. Earthlings weren't very different than Zne's, just the hair color and lack of pupils. I wondered if he'd be interested in a relationship. I put that thought aside, and focused on the gods again.

"Do not anger him." Star warned the gods,"Like Lord Chaos said, if he wanted to, he could send you to the void. He's done it before to someone as powerful as the Lord's children."

"Do not disobey him if he tells you to do something. He rarely orders us, but when he does, he expects us to meet the standards." Snake informed them seriously,"We try not to disappoint, I suggest you do the same as well. The first time we didn't make the deadline was the last time."

Coming from one of the Commander's own General's, the gods knew to not take the Commander's order lightly. I grabbed the hands of my teammates, and beckoned the primordials to join us. With one last glance at the gods, we Orbited back to Camp Jupiter.

Train your children.

It was a minute after dawn, and all the gods except Artemis and Athena were here. Most looked frustrated, and like they hated the Commander at the moment, but the rest of us were amused. Siren stood in front of the group with his wings spread out behind him threateningly.

The Orbitals, Chaos' children, and I were a bit further behind our Commander, watching as he ordered the gods around. It was quite amusing, especially the four who held fury in their eyes while a child stood in front of them. Well, three, the fourth used anger to shade some other emotion.

"That's all? Why not you?" The caduceus man growled.

Siren's eyes flashed at being questioned. I saw a smirk line Snake's lips, and a brow raise on Star's face. I could feel Siren start to get anger as steam erupted from his hands. I looked nervously at the children of Chaos. They just watched the Commander continue to stand in cold silence.

Who better. I don't share your power, neither do my warriors. Your children need to learn from the experts, and you're their parents. Don't want them to feel like they've been abandoned and uncared for, do we?

I saw something snap in the god's eyes. When Siren turned around, faster than most eyes could follow, the god moved using his power. Siren sensed it, and was halfway turned around when the god attacked.

My eyes widened in alarm when a couple blades were ripped out of Siren's wings. I felt the blood rush to my ears, and heard protest come from the most unlikely people; Erebus and Eros. I heard Siren cry out, and fall to one knee.

Without a moment to lose, the Commander had pushed himself back up to his feet, and staggered towards the god. Faster than the god moved before, Siren spun in a circle and knocked the god off his feet.

He fell to the ground, and the next second, Siren and whipped out his spear, and used the granite side of it to push against the god's jugular. I saw Siren's arms trembling slightly, but I assume that was in his fury.

"You don't realize what you've done, do you Hermes?" Erebus hissed.

Hermes smiled grimly in response,"I plucked a few feathers while he stabbed a couple blades."

Eros sneered,"No. When you take a blade, you give a poison. In order to fight against End, the Commander needs to be in tip top shape, you just ruined the balance."

I'm fine.

Eros rolled his eyes,"You're not fooling me, Commander."

Siren's eyes snapped to glare at Eros who only looked at him in boredom. Siren returned his harsh gaze to the god beneath him. With one last shove, the Commander released him. Both stood up, staring each other down. Once Siren was far enough away from the group to not be attacked again, he did a once over with them all.

I expect them to be fully functional of their powers by the end of the week.

"That's not enough time!" The war god denied.

Siren narrowed his eyes, out of patience. His hand gripped the blade of his knife tightly, showing the white of his knuckles.

That's all you've got. It's not my choice

"Just persuade the enemy, slutty." A purple eyed man announced lazily.

My mouth actually dropped open at that. He did not. The Commander's eyes burst into the warm orange flame on his uniform. His whole body froze, forcing the god to re-evaluate his previous words. Said god turned paler than a ghost as he realized what he just said. The god immediately put his hands up and grew vines around his body as a shield.

"I meant to say,'Susan.'" The god defended himself.

The Commander just stood there, frozen in time, trying to decide whether to do something or not. Before he could though, surprisingly, three of Lord Chaos children acted on his behalf. A wave of darkness separated the the gods and Commander. Erebus and Eros appeared on either side of Siren, and Nyx stood in front of him, her hand on the long blade's hilt.

"Watch your words, child! This is the Commander of the Creators' Army you're speaking to!" Nyx roared, unknowingly similar to the way her brother defended her mother.

"Exactly!" Zeus exclaimed suddenly,"He is the Commander of the Creators' Army, not the Commander of us."

I saw Tartarus roll his eyes out of the corner of mine,"The Creators' of you too."

It's fine, lets just get on with the day. Thank you for coming to my aid.

Nyx just glared at the gods a second more before giving Siren a chaste kiss on the cheek,"I know why you're so familiar now. Don't worry, I'll keep your secret."

Erebus just gave him a hard pat on the shoulder,"She hasn't even told me yet."

"I figured it out." Tartarus rumbled annoyingly,"Sister wishes for me to stay quiet though, so I'll abide to her wishes."

The Commander raised an eyebrow at him. He looked questionably at the rest of us, but we all shrugged in response. They gods slowly dispersed to do their duties, so we were all left alone. Once they all were gone, Eros grabbed the startled Commander by the arm, and started roughly pulling him towards the Orbital's cabin.

"Come, Commander. We must rid your system of the poison before you pass out to rid it yourself."

Siren frowned, but nevertheless, stumbled after him. We all watched them go, albeit Siren was struggling a little as he tried to free himself from the deity of sexual desire's grip. Flames unsteadily rose in front of Eros, stopping him momentarily.

Why do we have to go to the cabin?

A wicked grin appeared on Eros' face,"Sucking the poison from your soul is an incredibly intimate thing."

Tell me what you think...
