They called it the 'Crossbow Killer' A  vigilante that took out criminals almost entire gangs from afar.  Picking them off one by one, using ordinary arrows and trick ones.   You knew who it was, that there was only person in Gotham who still used something like that.  When you spoke to him about it Bruce just a story about his family tree as he pulled the mask over his mouth.
