Victor aka Mr Freeze weaponry vanished shortly after his capture. It was a mystery as to what happened to it until Bruce surprised you using it himself. Scaring you as he drastically lowered the room temperature. 

"Chilling isn't it?" Bruce partially blinded you as he used it in a threatening\playful way that was a little too close for comfort.
