Bruce was learning from himself, one, from one of the only versions of him that didn't have a code...that killed,  that took extreme measures. A broken, a damaged, and cynical older version that wantes Bruce to succeed where he failed..

Worse than Ra's himself... You found the trophies from the Older Bruce's room... .. In his Gotham he became a tyrant, he slaughtered Oswald, Edward, the entire Valeska Family...
