It's been 2 months since we brought Ash home from the hospital. It took 2 days for her wounds to completely heal and became scars. Dad would come home drunk and beat her she even took beatings for me. I was thankful but I still felt bad for her. She said that she couldn't let a delacete flower like myself get beaten. But I still got beatings they just were not as bad as hers were. This morning she ran away cause the pain became too much for her to handle. Once she left dad stopped beating me and stopped drinking. "Dad why did you beat her more violently than me?" I asked him "Because she reminds me to much of your mother." he said with sadness and anger in his voice.

A few years later

Today I'm officially 13 years old. The sun is going down and the transformation is starting. I'm in the woods with my father. A bright white and yellow light engulfs me and I close my eyes. I feel my body changing. I feel wolf ears sprout from my head and a wolf tail sprout from my butt. Then I feel wings sprout from my back and a another heart form in my chest. When the light fades away I open my eyes. My vision is now sharper and my hearing is more keen my sense of smell has increased as well. I opened my eagle wings an leaped into the air and flew around the neighborhood. I flew around until I got tired then headed home to get some sleep. Cause I have school tomorrow and I need to get up early. The next morning I woke up and got dressed brushed my caramel brown hair and headed to school. After school I head over to Samson's house to study. "It's 4:30 I should head home now bye Sam." I say as I leave the house "bye Vix!" he yells as he closes the door. I walk down the street and up to my front door. When I open the door I smell blood, death and roses. I run upstairs to find a note on dad's door. It reads, Dear, Vixen I'm sorry but I did it to protect you Ash. I open the door and freeze.
