Aditya sat on the stairs of his home with his suitcase. It was difficult for him to fight with Mahi. She was the only family he had. But why didn't she understand that whatever he was doing was for their own good. The thought of taking revenge from Zoya was the only thing that had kept him alive. He was a dead soul since the last two years after Arjun passed away.
Aditya , Arjun And Mahi were three siblings. They were the children of Justice Harsh Hooda and Dr. Anjana Hooda. Both their parents were extremely busy every day. They never had time for these three. And the little time they had used to go in pampering Mahi as she was the youngest and asking Aditya to take care of responsibilities as he was the eldest. Arjun was always neglected. But Aditya took care of both Arjun and Mahi, especially Arjun. There was an age gap of seven years between the two brothers, so Aditya sometimes treated him like a little baby boy. Arjun liked that. Aditya and Arjun were inseparable. Whenever Arjun needed a shoulder to cry on Aditya would be there , someone to share his feelings, Aditya would come. Aditya used to just take one look at his face and knew what Arjun was up to. Aditya loved Arjun more than anything else in this world. He motivated him to pursue his dreams and play cricket. And with Adi's guidance Arjun followed his passion and slowly went on to become one of the leading batsman in the Indian Cricket Team. Suddenly Arjun got all the attention that he deserved. People couldn't get enough of him. Aditya also did a makeover for Arjun and he became the heartthrob of millions of girls and the idol of many aspiring cricketers. He was a clean guy, only kept to himself and his work. He had kept his family out of the news and never mentioned them. Arjun had also changed his surname to Shekhawat. Adi had told him that a strong name would help a lot in his career. Everything was going fine until a beautiful damsel entered Arjun's life. It was Zoya Siddiquie. At that time she used to work in shows in the television and had done one or two films. Her stint in television had made her a household name. She was a wonderful actress and her show 'Beyhadh' had done wonders to her career. She was signed for a big budget multi starrer film right after her performance in beyhadh. And Arjun Hooda (Singhania) had fallen head over heels in love with her. She too had reciprocated her love for him but Aditya had warned Arjun to stay away from her. Arjun hadn't paid heed to him. And then a week before her film release , a one minute clip of her and Arjun sharing a passionate kiss had been leaked in the media. It gave huge publicity to Zoya and her film. Arjun was a bigger name at that time and that was the only reason Zoya had gone out with him. After that publicity stunt, Zoya's name was known to everyone. And then her film released and it was a huge success and her acting was praised as well. She was hated as well as loved by fans. But in all this Arjun lost his identity. The clip had ruined him and he couldn't bear that. He took some sleeping pills and committed suicide. Aditya had found a small note by Arjun and it had read 'Bhai, forgive me but after such embarrassment I can't face the world anymore. Zoya betrayed me and my trust. That video wasn't leaked but was sold to the media by Zoya herself. I can't live with all this. I am really sorry.'
And that was enough for Aditya to take revenge from Zoya. It was enough for him to ruin Zoya piece by piece. He had hidden the note from the police because he didn't want Zoya to go behind the bars under the charge of abetting Arjun to suicide. He wanted to destroy her himself for taking away the most precious thing from himself.

Aditya wiped his tears that he had after remembering his past. He went back to Zoya's place.
Zoya opened the door and said 'Are aap aa bhi gye? Acha hai. Khana bas banne hi wala hai. Aap kha lijiye, phir hum aapko aapka naya ghar dikha denge. Humne usko ache se saaf karwa diya hai. Aur humne aapke liye kuch ghar ko sajane ke liye cheezein bhi order kar diya hai toh aap usmein se kuch pasand karke ghar ko decorate kar li jiyega.'

Aditya said 'Are itni mehnat kyun ki tumne. I like simple things. Iski kya zaroorat thi?'

Zoya smiled and said 'Zaroorat thi. Ab aap chailye andar. Acha suniye, humein aapki pasand toh pata nhi hai aur hum bas do teen dishes hi bana sakte hai toh humne vohi banai hai. Agar aapko acha na lage toh hum bahar se order kar sakte hai.'

Aditya said 'Are pehle khilao toh jo banaya hai.'

Zoya laughed and said 'Bas do minute.'

After some time Zoya bought three steaming dishes. One had mutton biryani , the other contained butter chicken and the third one had kadhai paneer.

Zoya said 'Aap vegetarian toh nhi hai na. Hum aapse poochna hi bhool gye the.'
Aditya said 'Nhi aur biryani toh meri favourite dish hai.'
Zoya said 'Are humari bhi. Hum jab chote the hum ammi ki banai hui biryani ke chaar plate kha lete the. Bohot mote bhi the hum tab.'
She laughed and Aditya spluttered out the spoonful of biryani in his mouth.
Zoya said 'Kya hua? Acha nhi hai kya?'
Aditya shook his hand and head and said 'Nhi voh tumhe mota imagine karke hasi aa rhi thi.'
Zoya giggled and said 'Haan hum jab 14 saal ke the tab hum 67kg ke the. Class mein sabse mote the. Lekin fir bhi humein biryani khane se koi nhi rok sakta tha. Abbu ne toh keh hi diya tha ki Zoya aur kuch kabhi jeete na jeete , biryani competition zaroor jitegi.'
Aditya couldn't stop himself from laughing at her innocent conversation.
Zoya said 'Ek baat bataye. Itne openly hum kisi se baat nhi karte. Aditi ke samne bhi bohot sambhal kar bolte hai. Aapne pata nhi kya jadoo kar diya hai humari zaban par.'
Aditya said 'Tum itna bolte hue bohot achi lagti ho vaise.'
Zoya said 'Ek minute , aapke mooh pe chawal lage hue hai.'
She pointed to him where the rice was stuck and when Aditya failed miserably to clear his face , Zoya leans forward and cleaned it. Aditya and Zoya looked at each other and shared a momentary eye lock. Some electric sparks travelled through both their veins. Aditya broke free of the trance and said 'Chalo, ghar dekh lete hai.'
Zoya mumbled 'Haan chaliye.'
