At that bonfire I have never felt a bigger mix of emotions. I'm in the circle and Gally, of course, steps in. "Care to put a little wager on it?" "What are we talking?" He replies. "If I win, you take me on a date. If you win, you take me on a date." Gally's face falters, only for a moment. "You're on." He rips off his shirt. Hooooly shit. The fight starts and it seems Gally is putting up more of a fight tonight. Thinking about him actually liking me back, I get side-tracked and lose my focus. Next thing I know, Gally has me out of the circle. He's pressed right on me. I'm blushing profusely. "So, do you want to go on that date tonight or tomorrow?" "Oh you actually wanna go through with that?" Gally tilted his head, "'Course I do." Gally got off of me, winked and walked away. I felt this really sweet, fuzzy feeling in my stomach. Newt and Minho walk over, "ooOOOh tsssss." They both laugh, I roll my eyes, picking myself up. "Guess every queen has a mess up." Newt smiles. They stand there in silence, staring, "Well, what are you waiting for! Help me get ready for my date!" We all three squeal then they follow me to my room. I brushed my hair and Minho said he wanted to braid it. He did double braids, French style, and I looked cute. I walk out, wrapping my flannel around my waist. I wanted that date now, not even now, like three days ago. I found Gally talking to one of his friends and I tapped his shoulder. "Oh, you want to accept your defeat now?" "Only because I get to go on a date with you." I shoved him with my shoulder and smiled. He took a step and leaned close, "Let's go to our spot, but don't make it obvious yet." He smiled at me. I walked away to my hidey-hole, waiting. Gally showed up five minutes later. He walked toward me with a strong sense of direction. "Gally- uh- if-if you don't want to actually be on this date that's okay... I just-" Gally was right in front of me, our bodies right against each other. I looked up into his blue eyes. They seemed to sparkle, had they always sparkled like that? I kept on, "You really don't have to be here. I don't even know-" My breath caught. Gally put his hands on my waist, he bit his lip, eyes flickering back and forth between my eyes and my lips. "If you even like me" I found my breath again. His hands were heavy on my body. He leaned in slow, obviously enjoying it. I was too, don't worry. The kiss was perfect. I stood on my toes and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Yeah, but I wanna be here. And I'm sorry I've been so mean to you, I think you're gorgeous and I just didn't know what to do." "I appreciate your apology Gally. I don't know if I can do it though... you were such a jerk."
