"Who are you?!" One of the men yelled and Bryce and Scotty flinched away. Brock, Evan, David, and I stood protectively in front of them. I heard a loud noise then fast footsteps and the man that brought us here ran in the room.
"Guys it's okay I brought them here," he said to the men but they still looked skeptical of us.
"Why did you bring them here?" The man that yelled asked.
"They were being harassed in an ally when I was doing my morning run."
"Luke, you don't know them it could've been a trick to get into here."
"Tyler, trust me they were terrified. It wasn't a trick." I cleared my throat to get their attention.
"Well I think we should just leave," I said.
"No don't go yet," 'Luke' said immediately.
"Why shouldn't they just go?" 'Tyler' said angrily.
"Yeah why?" I asked aggressively. Tyler gave me a confused look. "We didn't entirely choose to come here." I looked at Tyler while saying that.
"Then Why are you here?"
"I'm here because Bryce and Scotty wouldn't have survived out there for another second!" I started to get worked up.
"Craig calm down," Brock said to me but I was already too worked up.
"No Brock they don't want us here so let's just leave! It's not the first time we were left on our own to live in a messed up world!" I was going to tell more but arms wrapped around me and I calmed down a little. I looked down and saw two pairs of thin pale arms around. It was Scotty and Bryce hugging me.
"Please calm down for us," Bryce said quietly and it took all the anger out of me seeing them look so loving.
"Fine," I scoffed. The men were still looking at us in disbelief. "You know staring is rude." They all looked away in embarrassment at that statement.
"Okay all of you play nice while I go find you boys some better clothes," Luke said walking out of the room. We all stood there in awkward silence waiting for Luke to come back.
