"I SEE YOU FOUND AUTUMN!" The psychotic man screeched. I glanced over to the girl and she nods; Autumn. "Autumn... hmm... pretty name. Sounds familiar..." I thought. But the banging from the door brought me out of my thoughts. "COME ON OUT, YOU TWO! I WON'T HURT YOU, I PROMISE...!" He shouted with an evil laugh at the end.

"No... no... NO!" Autumn screamed next to me with her hands over her ears and her head in between her legs. She was rocking back and forth, screaming and crying while the man banged on the door and shouted. "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" Autumn screamed hysterically. The banging suddenly stopped.

Autumn was still in a panic, a whole new level of hysteria than I have ever seen. She grabbed my arm and screamed in my ear. "Autumn! God damn it, Autumn, it's me! Sammy! Girl-"  I said beginning to get annoyed. She screamed in my ear again, and I snapped. I grabbed her by her shoulders, shook her, and slapped her across the face.

That seemed to snap her out of it, because she stopped yelling and just stared at me with a blank expression. I stood up and shoved all of the chairs and the table out of the way. I walked out and went towards the entrance to this room. The door was completely demolished, and I knew we'd have to get out of here as fast as possible.

"Autumn! Hurry up!" I whisper-yelled. When there was no response, I rushed back into the projector room, but Autumn was no where to be seen. "Shit...!" I mouthed, looking all around.  "Autumn!" I whisper-shouted. "This is no time to be dicking around! We need to get outta here!" But there was no response.

I felt a light pressure on the back of my arm, and I spun around with my fist next to my face. It was only Autumn, though. I exhaled and walked the other way, towards the door. "Don't freak me out like that!" I scolded her. She mumbled an apology but looked more with it than before.

When we were safely out of the projector room and in the hall, I stopped and listened. Autumn walked in front of me and turned right. She froze and listened, then, deciding it was safe, she went. "Hey! Wait!" I muttered. She did stop, but with a huge, overly dramatic sigh. "We still don't know where that fucker is!" I shouted. We both froze, and I heard some footsteps coming from the right side of the hall.

Autumn and I widened our eyes at each other. Her eyes bore into my head, and they were angry and accusing. I felt drowned with guilt. The footsteps were nearly on top of us, so I grabbed Autumn by her wrist and shoved her into a supply closet. I looked all around, and ran down the hall as quietly as I could.

As soon as I couldn't hear his footsteps, I ran at full speed. I glanced behind me, and when I glanced back ahead of me I saw a wall. I couldn't stop in time and smacked it with my head. I yelped and grabbed my arm. My whole body hurt, and everything was spinning. My arm is what was really bothering me, though. But I shook my head and plowed on. The noise of me smacking the wall must've told him exactly where I was, because I saw someone run from a hall I was just down towards me.

I ran down one hall, and then another before I collapsed. Right before I passed out I saw someone's shoes right in front of my face and felt me getting lifted. I feebly clawed at their face, but it was a vain attempt.

My eyes closed against me wishes, and darkness took me yet again.
