"about you joining the volleyball club"

after 5 minutes of trying to process what the freckled boy just said , you looked at him in the eye and laughed nervously

"what are you talking about..?" you asked

"dont ask us , we have no idea as well
as to why both of them and Takeda sensei suddenly wants you in the team" said the tall french fry while staring at with a bored expression

"well too bad for them I don't want to"
you said and stood up from your seat and started walking towards the door

"...plan B it is" Tsukishima mumbled and suddenly he grabbed your wrist

"what the- , oi let go of me!" you
yelled as you try removing your
wrist from his hand "Yamaguchi" Tsukishima said signalling for his freckled friend to help

"Suga san..." you called to the silver haired boy who sweatdropped and avoided eye contact with you

"y-yes?.." he answered in a low voice but loud enough for you to hear

"mind explaining why your club's
1st years literally had to kidnap me" you asked while trying to give him a
gentle and friendly smile but end up scaring Sugawara instead

when he's mad?? yeah that , that was the smile you were giving the poor boy infront of you

"calm down (L/N) san-... or should I say... Oikawa san?" Daichi said and crossed his arms as he stares at you with a serious face

"...what the hell are you talking about?" you asked with furrowed
eyebrows, Takeda sensei then entered the room with a clipboard on his hand

"that's the only information I could gather" he said to the two 3rd year in front of you

"... congrats , now tell me who you got
those informations from" you demanded while scowling

"...uh I actually just overheard the Dean and your adviser talk about you , so when I hear them mention that you were a volleyball player.. I got curious , oh and also a cashier told me" the teacher said

" A cashier??" both Daichi asked , confused as to why a cashier would know about your past

"Sugawara said that the cashier at the nearest convenience store here might
know something" Takeda sensei explained

"so it was Kai.." you mumbled and looked at Sugawara who sweatdropped

you sighed and looked at them "what do you want from me?" You asked

"we want you to be our permanent coach" Daichi answered

"huh?, I don't wanna" you answered
bluntly

"... it's not a suggestion (L/N) san"

"I talked to your adviser and he said that you haven't joined any club yet.. there are no available club anymore except for the boy's volleyball club...

that's why if you refuse ...your grades might get affected" he explained

"so uh..are you gonna join now?" he asked

"Its not like I have any other choices any ways" you muttered , "so yeah , I'm in" you said as you started signing up in the form

"yes!" Takeda and Sugawara cheered and high fived each other ,

"oh my god- , I forgot to tell you something" said Takeda who looked at you

"what did you forgot sensei?" Daichi asked

"err..you see uh this was actually requested by Seijoh's captain..."

"thought so" you mumbled

"eh? what do you mean
(L/- I mean Oikawa san?" Sugawara asked, you flinched at the surname and remembered that they didn't know much about your past

"please never call me that.. , and knowing Shittykawa ofcourse he would request something like this" you stated

"o-oh alright I'm sorry" Sugawara said , confused as to why you didnt want to be called by your real last name

they might have found out about your
real identity , but they still don't know
anything about your past.

"are you guys really sure I should do
this? what if they just end up hating
me? can't I just join a different club??"

"they're wont, why would they hate you??" Sugawara asked while smiling softly

"but..what if I disappoint them?? what if I disappoint you guys-" you asked as tears starts to well up from your eyes

"(L/N) listen.. we know that the last team you were in kind of traumatized you..but we're not like them,you won't disappoint us , trust me." Sugawara said as he put a hand on your
shoulder

"you don't have to worry about making mistakes , we don't care if you make lots of flaws , but to make up for it , never stop giving your best" Daichi told you ,

you nod and take a shaky deep
breath and looked at them in the eye seriously

"you guys sounds like my parents" you stated , completely ruining the moment.

Both of them blushed and looked at each other , then they looked at you and laughed

_time skip

"WAAH- really???"

"really" Sugawara said with a smile

"YEAH!! we have a pretty manager and a pretty coach!! this must be a gift from the gods! woooh-" Tanaka yelled and started running and jumping around the gym while half naked

"Tanaka!!" Daichi scolds and headchopped him which made you laugh , causing for the team to stare at you in awe

"wh-why are you guys staring? D-did I do something??" You asked

"they think your laugh is pretty" Tobio stated in a monotone causing for the whole
team to blush

"Bakageyama!!" - yelled Hinata after he blew a fuse

"K-Kageyama!" - Tanaka and Daichi yelled as well , pretending as if they were scolding him or something

"wh-what??-" - both Sugawara and Yams  mumbled while hiding their flustered faces

"Tch." - you know who it is.

"...these guys" - Ennoshita , Narita and
Kinoshita mumbled while shaking their heads in disappointment

"...are you guys having a yelling competition of Tobio's name??" You
asked

you chuckled "cmon everyone , let's
continue practice now" you said while
holding a ball

"let's practice and defeat seijoh's ugly
setter!" you cheered

"y-yeah!! .." they cheered

"wait what-"

"did she just-"

"and I oop-"

"lol she called Seijoh's setter 'ugly' "

"a-achoo!" Oikawa sneezes loudly which caught his team's attention

"you sick?" Iwa asked the brunette who shook his head

"oh my god!! (Y/N) is talking about me!!~ my oniichan senses is tingling!" Exclaimed the brunette

Iwa rolled his eyes "I'm definitely
sure she's talking shit about you" he told Oikawa who started sulking in a corner

"is he gonna be ok?" Mattsun asked

"don't mind him" Iwa mumbled
