Morning arrived and all the hunters where up early. Dakota the hunter in Alloy armor and duel blades , Paula the hunter in Mizutsune armor with a GreatSword, Jett the hunter in Agnaktor armor with a light LightBow Gun and Rika the hunter in Gore Magala armor with a LongSword where all ready for the hunt that awaits them and started walking.

Dakota having the leader type personalty walked in front of the group.

"Does everybody have a hot drink to keep them warm?' Dakota said before they entered the colder part of the Arctic Ridge. Rika and Paula nodded. Jett just stood on the back of the group not saying anything.

"Okay let's go" Dakota said as he lead the group into area 4 a cold cave.

They all drank there hot drinks so they would not freeze up during the hunt. They continued through the cave seeing several Bnahabra and Vespoid bugs.

"I really hate bugs they're so nasty." Paula said she walked through the cave looking at the disgusting over sized bugs.

"Just ignore them Paula focus on the hunt ahead." Rika said walking pasted her not caring about the bugs. Paula nodded and followed behind Rika. After passing through area 4 and 5 they arrived out of the cave to area 6 which is and open area of snow.

" No sign of the Tigrex where do you think it is Dakota?" Paula asked worried

" It likes to sleep in area 8 most of the time. We should search there it's just up ahead." Dakota said pointing to a path that leads to area 8. They continued walk until Jett herd wings flapping. He stopped walking and turned around to see a Tigrex landing on the snow.

"I found it" Jett yelled as he readies his LightBow Gun. The rest of the group turns around seeing the Tigrex. The Tigrex herd Jett yell and turned to face the hunting group and started walking towards them.

"The Tigrex is really fast so be ready to dodge. You should be fine Paula you have Adept style dodging should be easy." Dakota said grabbing his duel blades. Paula nodded as she pulled her GreatSword from her back. Rika pulled her LongSword and with that the group was ready to hunt. The Tigrex placed its front claws firm as it lifted its head and let out a thundering roar. The group of hunters scattered in different directions. Jett sprinted behind the monster. Rika run to the left side of it. Dakota to the right side and Paula stayed facing it. The Tigrex charged Paula quickly. Paula dodge out of the way and quickly turned around to counter attack with her Adept Style ability. Paula struck the Tigrexs left wing as Rika used her Aerial Style ability to jump off its back into the air and as she fell she swung down cutting the Tigrexs back. The Tigrex roared and tried to claw attack Rika. Rika quickly move before it could make contact. Dakota sprinted and started spinning with his duel blades in hand cutting the monsters claw several times causing it to roar in pain. Jett seeing an opening shot a flash bomb. The flash bomb was fired into the air and exploded causing a flash which blinded the Tigrex. Paula started charging her GreatSword because the Tigrex was blinded she has a great hit on the Tigrexs head. Rika and Dakota started attacking the Tigrex cutting off scales. Paula finished charging and struck the Tigrexs face causing it to fall backwards. After the Tigrex got of its back its eyes started glowing red as red lines started popping up all over its body. It was about to roar again. Rika and Dakota started sprinting away as Paula was going to block its roar with her GreatSword. Jett started shooting normal bullets from a safe distance trying to cause it to flinch. When the Tigrex roared snow and air scattered. The Roar caused Rika to fall on her face and Dakota to fall onto his back. Paula was blocking the roar with her GreatSword. When the roar stopped the Tigrex charged Paula again. Paula couldn't see the Tigrex charging her because she was still blocking with her GreatSword. When she stopped blocking the she had no time to block again and she tried to dodge but the Tigrexs claw crushed her leg breaking it. The Tigrex continued charging. Dakota got up and dodged out of the way. Rika didn't have time to dodge so when the Tigrex was close Rika stayed on the floor and rolled out of the way so it would charged over her. It continued charging towards Jett. Jett started rapid firing its face. The Tigrex stopped and started readying its self to fly away. Rika quickly stood up and started running towards it. She jumped of its back again but this time when she was in the air she felt Gore flowing from her to her LongSword. When she fell she impaled the Tigrex with her LongSword. As the Tigrex started flopping around trying to get her off she started injecting Gore Frenzy virus into the Tigrex causing it to turn purplish as it fell to the ground dead. she looked now dead Tigrex breathing heavily with her hands still on her Longsword. Dakota knowing it was safe went to help Paula. Jett walked over to Dakota and Paula.

"Rika a....are you okay?" Dakota asked worried.

"As okay as I can be right now" Rika said still holding her LondSword. After a short while Rika pulled her LongSword out and placed it on her back ready to return to the village. They made it back to the base camp but because of Paulas broken leg it took longer then it should have. they stayed at base camp again for the night. Rika stayed up helping Paula and keeping watch.

"Rika how did you kill it so easily?" Paula asked holding her leg in pain

" Well.....I don't know it". Rika said looking at her arms

"Oh......I just now noticed your eye bandage is off. Are you able to see again?" Paula asked

"Oh uh....yeah i can see again. You should sleep now Paula you need you leg to heal" Rika said as Paula nodded and laid down to rest. Rika just looked up at the sky seeing the stars. She thought sense she is going to be up for a while she could get a nice view of the sky. As she looked she slowly fell asleep.
