Morning arrived Rika woke up laying down on her bed she wasn't feeling very well today so she stayed laying down for a few hours. When Zumo awoke he got straight up grabbed his sword and shield and equipped his armor.

He walked to Rika's room and knocked on the side of the wall not wanting to wake her in a loud way.

" Rika you awake?" Zumo whispered quietly walking into her room.

" yeah i.....I'm awake " Rika answered sitting up on her bed coughing. When Rika coughed Zumo noticed strange black dust dispersing from her mouth. Zumo walked to her not sure in she was ill or something else.

" Rika you seem unwell are you feeling alright? " Zumo asked a little worried for her.

" I...I feel......Fine" Rika answered trying to stand up but to fall on her knees. Zumo prevented her from falling on the floor completely by quickly catching her.

" You need rest Rika," Zumo said carrying her to her bed and laying her down. Rika didn't try resisting she felt too weak to move. Zumo exited from Rikas home in search of medicinal help. After an hour Rika suddenly felt great and sat straight up Zumo returned with some herbs, honey, and blue mushrooms. Rika got out of bed and walked to her living room and found Zumo. Zumo saw her out of bed and was shocked quickly walking to her.

"Rika why are you out of bed? you should be sleeping" (Zumo)

" I suddenly feel....fine Zumo I don't feel ill at all" Rika said as she walked past Zumo to her red chest. Rika grabbed her longsword walked to her front door and opened it and walked out leaving Zumo in her house. Zumo still confused at what just happened grabbed his stuff and followed her. Walking around the village for a little Rika and Zumo walked up to a hill and Rika sat down thinking.

" Is something bothering you Rika?" Zumo said sitting next to her

" Well...It has been a strange few days for me" Rika said looking down at the village.

" Like how strange?" Zumo asked wanting to know

" I can't really explain it that's how strange it's been" Rika answered still looking down. A few minutes later Dakota walked up to the hill with Paula, Jett, and Touka.

" Hey, Rika how is your eye doing? " Dakota asked in a friendly way.

" It still hurts but I'm used to it," Rika said standing up.

"Who is that hunter Rika? Touka asked holding Paula's hand.

" Oh, guys this is Zumo a hunter form Val Habar. Zumo these are my friends Dakota, Jett, Paula, and Touka" Rika said introducing everyone as Zumo rose one hand greeting them.

"Anyway Rika me, Jett and Paula were going to hunt a Tigerx and I was wondering in you wanted to hunt with us," Dakota asked

"Well.....Zumo are you going to be okay watching Touka?" Rika asked pointing to the little girl.

"Yeah, I can watch her while you guys are hunting," Zumo said looking at Touka. When Paula heard guys she faked coughed.

"oh....right and girl, sorry,"  Zumo said scratching the back of his head. Dakota, Paula, Jett, and Rika waved bye and walk to the hunter's hub. After the group of hunter received their quest and walk through the quest gate. They travailed to one of the coldest places in the land the Arctic Ridge.

When the arrived at the Arctic Ridge base camp night had arrived so the stayed at base camp preparing for the hunt in the morning. Paula sharpened her GreatSword, Dakota crafted Mega potions, Jett loaded his LightBow Gun putting it on safety, Rika made a fire and looked a map of the Arctic Ridge. After an hour they all sat around the fire.

" Okay the Tigerx was last spotted in area 8 which means we have a lot of walking and climbing to do so rest up we have a long day tomorrow," Dakota said being the leader of the group.

" who made you the leader of the group Dakota?" Paula said making a joke.

"Just go with it okay Paula?" (Dakota)

"Fine but I want to be the leader next time" (Paula)

"Could we all just go to sleep now so we can get this done with?" Jett said unhappily laying down against a rock. The rest of the group was really confused about why he was sleeping on a rock when the base camp tent was just a few feet away.

"Okay...... let's rest everybody," Dakota said walking into the base camp tent. Rika just sat next to the fire looking at the sky.

" Is something wrong Rika?" Paula asked about to walk into the camp tent

"No no nothings wrong just...not tired" Rika lied about nothing being wrong. Her head hurt like crazy and was feeling very dizzy.

" Okay, Rika you sleep well okay?" Paula said walking into the tent. A few hours past and everyone was sleeping but Rika wasn't she was wide awake as her head still hurt. Suddenly she felt something like a Gore Magala nearby. She sat straight up and drew her LongSword.She didn't want to wake the others so she stayed quiet. She looked around a few times not seeing anything until she saw a black figure with glowing purple eyes standing in the darkness.

She stared confused as the figure suddenly Sprinted away. Rika put her LongSword on her back and followed to area 1 just outside of base camp. Rika found the figure standing to look at the icy river.

Rika quietly walked toward it at it suddenly turned and looked at her. The figure was indeed a hunter but she scened Gore Magale. As she walked closer she saw that the hunter was wearing Gore Magala armor. The hunter removed his helmet showing his face. black hair, and black and purple eyes. Rika took a closer look at him and recognized him easily.

"T......Takeo ? is that you?" Rika asked not believing. The hunter walked closer to her placing a hand on her cheek smiling.

" Yes, Rika it's me. Its been such a long time hasn't it?" Takeo said making a joke. Rika just cried and laughed joyfully knowing her brother is still alive.

" There is so much we need to talk about Rika." (Takeo)

"H...How did you find me Takeo? and how did you live that horrible thing I did?" Rika said looking down still crying.

" Rika what happened was an accident. You where young" Takeo said placing a hand under her chin and pulling her head up looking at her in the eyes.

"B....but you fell so far down I even remember you leg being cut off" (Rika)

" My Gore Abilities helped me Rika that's how I was able to find you. I actually found you a while ago but you were sleeping I didn't want to wake you" Takeo said as Rika punched him in the arm.

" Still as stupid as I remember you," Rika said crossing her arms

" And your still hot-tempered" Takeo said rubbing his arm laughing. Rika laughed with him as they both sat down next to the river. After a while of talking Takeo and Rika felt the Gore magala in the air landing behind them.

"Well my rides here I have to go now," Takeo said standing up

" Wait you're just going to leave? what kind of brother are you?" Rika said standing up

"I'm your brother Rika.....oh I almost forgot," Takeo said quickly hugging Rika

"Can't forget about goodbye hugs," Takeo said as Rika hugged him back. They let go of each other and Takeo walked to the Gore Magala climbing onto its back

"Bye Rika your eye should be better now," Takeo said quickly flying away on the Gore Magala before Rika could re-spawn. Rika removed her eye bandage and she was able to see perfectly but her eye was now black and purple instead of her normal brown and white eye.

Rika smiled looking at her brother fly towards the moon on the Magala. She never thought she see her brother again but now knowing that he's alive she knew she was going to see him a lot more. Rika walks back to base camp the other were still sleeping. She fell asleep happy knowing her brother is alive.
