I went to the bedroom and found Drake waiting for me at the door. I lowered my gaze and attempted to walk in, but he stopped me.
"Get out."
He says something.
With tears in my eyes, I asked why and withdrew slightly.
Drake was offended by my words, so he grabbed my hands and pushed me out of the room.
I collapsed to the ground. Mom spotted me and rushed to my aid.
When Drake walked outside with my luggage, she asked if I was all right, and I shook my head.
He threw it to the ground before slamming the doors again.
Miss Idris asked me to leave, so we went to the visitor's room, where she pleaded on behalf of her son.
I took her hands down and told her not to beg him; Drake is no longer a child, and he is aware of what he is doing.
She then leaves me, and I am left looking around an empty room with only my bags and a king-sized bed.
I went into the bathroom to change clothes. I stepped outside dressed in new, fresh clothes.
When I heard noises downstairs, I rushed outside to investigate.
Mrs. Idris and her son were having a heated conversation when I met them.
She complained about his behavior towards me, but Drake spoke to her out of context.
He turns around and sees me approaching.
He walks over to his mother and drags me along with him.
Mrs. Idris slapped his hands away, warning him not to go beyond his limit.
Drake laughed. He stated that he would not mind doing so if it meant getting rid of me.
I listened quietly as Drake expressed his displeasure with marrying me.
Mrs. Idris became enraged and raised her hand towards her son.
Drake fumes in anger and attempts to do the same to me, but Mrs. Idris grabs his hands and pushes him away.
Drake walks outside, and when we hear his car leave, I rush out to stop him.
I called his name, but he refused to stop and drove out of the mansion in a foul mood.
I returned and discovered Mrs. Idris having a seizure.
She collapsed in front of me, and I dashed to help her.
When I called for help, Mr. Smith, the driver, came out and found me trying to wake her up.
I asked him to call an ambulance and, while doing so, he should call Drake about what happened at home.
He nods and quickly departs.
The ambulance arrived home, and we drove to the city hospital.
Our family doctor, Doctor James, walks out of the emergency room and finds us outside.
He inquired about Drake, and I informed him that I had no idea where he was, at which point he ran into the hospital and met us outside the emergency room.
"Doctor, how is my mother?"
He inquired, avoiding my presence.
