"Father Wants to see us "  I said to alex as I walked over to him putting both my hands in my pockets.

He was sitting  on the edge of the bed cleaning his gun and didn't even look up at me. 

"Did u hear me ?" I scoffed tilting my head looking down at him, yet Still no response "look al-"

" who was the person you were hiding in your car" he broke in

I swallowed the new lump that developed in my throat.

How did  he even see that I was hiding  someone  in my car?

My windows are tilted.

" I don't know what you're talking about. No one was in my car " I replied

He then pointed his gun at me closing down on of his eyes

"Poow" he sounded with his mouth pretending to shoot me.

He then smirked standing up  looking into my eyes .

His breath blew in my face and it was hot like a dragon.

His eyes felt like it was looking into my soul, But I didn't show fear or intimidation .

I didn't let him win

" u expect me to believe  that the third person got away " he chuckled 

" yes. Because it's exactly  what happened"

" bullshit" he hissed zooming up in my face " Halsey told me who was at house Massimo. Atleast her whore mouth is good for something " he then smirked walking away making sure to bump  into my shoulder.

" fuck" I hissed under my breath taking out my phone.

"My two favorite  boys" My father greeted hugging only Massimo,

I mean ofcourse he would only hug him. He practicality treats him like a king

"Hello father" smiled pretending like I didn't  feel bad about what he did.

" your sister is coming into town next week" he walked off ignoring my greetings .

I looked over to Massimo and saw that he was looking at me too.

I knew he knew the shade my father was putting towards me

" Is she now" Massimo smiled  walking along to catch up to my father

I bit my lip and tensed my hand into a fist.

I'm a the only one who can protect him from people trying to kill him, yet he treats me like an outcast.

"Yes yes . She told me that she's getting a divorce " my father continued

" that's the 5th one this year " I mumbled under my breath which Massimo heard and chuckled

" what did this one do this time  " Massimo asked folding his arms

We were walking down a lomg path way with beautiful  garden on both side when my father stopped to look at me

" what's this in heard about you and hasley? " he asked towards me ignoring Massimo's question

I swallowed . My father was the only man who could make me nervous .

For a old faggot like him he sure brings  me to my knees at times.

" she-" my phone started ringing .

I let out a sigh and  took it out of my pocket to see that Justin was calling

I looked up at my father " I gotta take this " I sighed walking away

" don't think you will stray form this conversation  Theo " he yelled

"Yeah fuck you too father" I mumbled putting the phone up to my ears

"Omg hasley " mona pushed passed me and ran to hug her " I'm so glad you're okay , did he hurt you are you hurt?" She started to question Halsey  checking her face and scanning  her body

I rolled my eyes and walked back inside,  why would he let her go  so easily .  He wouldn't  have come all the way here to just let her back go.

I just knew she told him something.

" I'm fine . Don't worry, he gets like that sometimes " I heard her voice getting louder as she answered to mona.

I  just knew she was waking towards me " are you okay  Elizabeth  they didn't hurt u did they?" she asked

I could hear the fakeness in her voice

" no I'm fine "

" I'm so glad you are" she smiled  at me tilting her head  " come to think of it I didn't even see you. We're did you go after you open the door?"

" yeah. You just disappeared" mona chipped in

My heart then started pounding.

My chest was getting tighter and tighter by the second

" -i., i was hiding behind the car" I lied.

" behind the car? Don't you think they would of seen you bind the car?" Halsey  kept drilling

" well they didn't so stop asking about it "  I stormed off going to my room not forgetting to slam my door. How dear that stupid whore come to my house questioning what I did?

I could hear them talking still. I knew that were talking about me but I didn't care.

I looked at my laptop before picking it up  and started job hunting again.

I really needed a job because my  dad is getting old and he won't be able to work anymore.

I look through my notes and high paying jobs for hours until my phone started ringing.  It was an un identified number.

I looked at it for a while before I answered

It was a woman

" hello am I speaking to miss Clark? " she asked , her voiced sounded professional 

" yes this is she " I replied

" well miss Clark I'm calling on behalf of Justin Costello at the Costello firm where you came to an  interview  for the position of a PA"

" yes I remember " I answered sitting up in my bed with a pounding heart 

" well mam he asked me to contact  you, he wants to have a meeting with you tomorrow at 7 am sharp, he said to bring a laptop and your file"

A smiled immediately came to my face. I didn't know this lady but I wanted to kiss her so bad.

" oh my god, thank you so much. I really appreciate  you calling and telling me this " I praised her

" you're welcome mam. You have a good night "

The phone hanged up and I jumped around in my room in  silence .

Freezing in mid celebration I started digging through my closet to put together and outfit to wear for my big day.

As I walked down the walk way I cleared my throat

" this better be good Justin"

" yes sir it is, you rember that Elizabeth  girl you told me Massimo was hiding in his car"

" yes what about her " I questioned

" well she came in for an interview as my PA but I turned her down because she wasn't what I wanted "

" Is that so?" I lowered my voice before  stopping in the middle of the walk way " and why would you do that? "

" I didn't know she was your ex lover i-"

" ex lover? " I broke in making sure he heard the anger in my voice over the phone "

I. I .. I'm very  sorry s-"

" look I don't want your meaningless apologies, what I want you to do is get your good for  nothing sorry ass up and get her another interview  "

" yes sir I can do that right now " he responded  quickly as I heard things shuffling in the background 

" oh and Justin  "

" yes sir"

" Make sure to fucking apologize for rejecting her" I gritted through my teeth hanging up before he even responded

I pushed my phone in my pocket with a smirk. " I see that we will meet again miss Clark  " I chuckled to myself continuing my walk.
