Two hours locked into Alex's office and the door finally opened. I jumped up hoping to see Alex so I could send him the furthest pits of hell but instead it was Massimo

My face dropped from the anger that I had boiling up in me.  Even tho we agreed to keep our relationship private I still see him at my control. Like someone I needed to protect.

In one hand he had take out boxes and in the other he had cups of juice in a tray

" I brought you food" he said giving me an innocent smile

Even tho I was frustrated and wanted nothing but to leave this cold room I managed to smile at him because he was mine for 3 more days .

" Thanks" I said sitting back on the chair in front of Alex's table" it's cold in here"

Hearing my statement he immediately placed the stuff he had in his hand on Alex's table and took off his turtle neck putting it around my shoulder leaving him in a white under shirt.

His skin showed off all the hickeys I left one his body. I smiled mentally at my art work

" Thanks " I smiled blowing my breath in my had to keep it warm

" The thermostat is set on this temperature. If I change it Alex would give me an earful" Massimo informed sitting on the other chair beside me

" Don't worry about it, I'll survive" I replied looking at the boxes he placed on the table

I could feel him gazing at my face but whenever I look him in the eyes he turned away quickly pushing the box to me

" Chinese food" he said as I opened up to box to see rice

" The chicken is in this one" he smiled pushing the other one over to me

" I can't eat all this" I looked over to him " help me please Massimo" I continued in a soft voice

I could see how his face expression changed to the one I saw that night. The needy helpless boy who needed to be told what to do. But as quickly as it changed the quickly it got back to normal

" I-i " he paused looking up at the ceiling " just don't talk like that please" he said lowly before getting up from his chair. 

I then saw him walk over to a door built it to look like a wall . It reveled a closet filled with tux. And Ties and shoes

" Damn. He's that's prepared huh" I scoffed eating the food Massimo bought for me

" You should see his gym locker. It's like a shopping mall " he replied picking out a navy blue suit and tie " you don't mind do you?" He asked referring to him changing infront of me. 

" Nothing I've never seen before" I said smiling

I saw his cheeks get red . He looked down rubbing the back of his head with his hand

" Please stop" he said playfully

" Fine I'll turn my back to you if it makes you feel any better" 

I continued to eat my take out and drink my soda. I also took the time to properly put on Massimo's turtle neck instead of having it hanging around my shoulders.

It gave me more warmth and I could feel my body physically stop trembling.

" Should I have gotten you coffee instead of a cold beverage?" Massimo asked seeing that I was putting on his turtle neck

" I would have preferred it but you've already done enough,  it's not like you're the one who locked me in here" I scoffed thinking about that dirt bag

" He's a really nice person. If he shows ager towards you that means he really cares about you "

Laughing I looked back at Massimo who was nowing putting on the last part of the suit , the jacket

" That doesn't justify him locking me in a room below normal temperature. I could have died of hyperthermia "

" You're right " he sighed" you're always right " he also mumbled underneath his breath but I heard every word.

" Come here" I called to him but he  stood still in his place his face fighting the urge to look at me like I was his superior.

" Elizabeth I-"

Before he could finish his statement the door opens reveling Alex.  He looked Massimo, then at me then back at Massimo.

His eyes harden towards Massimo. Almost like he wanted to kill him

" What are you doing in here ?" He asked walking into his office and closing the door

I didn't know this place could have gotten any colder than it was before. But his presence alone dropped the temperature to a negative.

" I came to bring Elizabeth food. And something to cover herself" Massimo replied telling the truth.

I was actually shocked that he told the truth instead of lying. But looking at it now, him brining me food it's as bad as it seems.

" I didn't ask you to do that. I already told Tylor to give her food and change of clothes"

" And where is Tylor now Alex? Right home with his family. As he should be" Massimo scoffed walking over to him " Thank me for ensuring she didn't die of hyperthermia. You're welcome"

Alex later sighed and ran his hand through his hair.

" I understand" Massimo said patting Alex on his should before walking out of the office

It was like the few actions shown by Alex was a secret communication between them that I couldn't understand.

Now the bigger problem was being left in a room with Alex .

" Could you possibly turn on the heat a little bit. I'm freezing in here " I asked  sincerely without trying to sound like I was arguing

" Sure" he replied walking towards his closet

I heard the pressing of buttons before he walked back out with his dress shirt sleeve rolled up and tree buttons pulled.

He sat back into his chair around his desk infront of me looking me up and down before leaning back in his chair doing his sexy man spread

I swallowed and cleared my throat taking a sip of the soda Massimo brought for me

" So I went to dinner with demitri today" he said unexpectedly causing me to choke on the drink I had in my mouth

" You sound shocked" he leaned up from his chair resting his hand in the table and resting his face on the back of his hand " why is that?"

" Just" I paused looking away from his gaze " it's just... I thought you weren't in speaking terms with him"

The main reason I went along with the idea of me having sex with demitri was the fact that I knew Alex and him never spoke. So I thought there was no way it would ever get reveled that we never had sex.

" Of course I would have to confront him about your little secret relationship.  I needed to know if you were lying or not" he scoffed taking a deep inhale " and guess what I found out " he continued

That I actually lied to you and wasn't infect at demitri's house last night and that I was at a hotel the time u saw me but not with demitri

" W-what?"

My heart was racing. I hoped he didn't tell me that I was lying. I really hope he didn't

" That You're actually telling the truth"

What? Demitri kept up with my lie? But why? 

" Of course I was. Why would I lie about something like that" I scoffed trying to not look like I was overcooked and falling off the bone filled with guilt .

" I'm disappointed in you Elizabeth" he sighed relaxing in his chair once more " I never thought you would ever do this to me. To us"

" Us" I laughed " there is no us Alex . Never was and never will be. I think you made that clear five years ago "

" That was a mistake. I regret every moment of it Elizabeth"

" Save me the crap. You wouldn't have been sitting here if your wife didn't cheat on you and you know it " I snapped packing up the take out spreaded across his table " I'm leaving. Fire me if you like but I'll never forgive you Alex."

As soon as I walked to the door about to open it , it was locked . I turned to look at him in anger

" Open the door."

" I will... Once you start to act mature and sit and have a normal conversation with me" here replied calmly still keeping his relaxed state and his man spread Clarey visible

" Mature " I chucked " says the guys that locked me in his office to have dinner with a man" I yelled " let me out right now Alex . I'm done talking to you and taking all your crap"

" Sit down please "

I took a deep breath and walked over to the chair to sit back down. It was either doing it willing or him dragging me to sit down.

" Good" he tensed his jaw and swallowed " now I would like for you to stop seeing demitri and only focus on me "

" Why?" I folded my arms " don't you screw around with other people"

" I'll drop them all for you. Just say it word and it's done" he replied instantly

It was almost like he was doing everything in his power to win me over, but I couldn't let his nice gesture fool me. Alex is a horrible person and he knows it

" Give me three days and I'll drop him"

" One day "

" Two weeks" I raised my brows

" Fine three days" he agreed "And after that if I see you even close to him then you'll see the worst of me"

" I'm already seeing the worst of you" I scoffed getting up from my chair" now let me out"

Pressing a button under the table the door lock aromatically flicked open . Without a second thought I left his office and out of the building.

I got to the underground garage at my apartment seeing a black range Rover in my spot.

Sighing I parked in the spot beside it getting out of my car to make a complaint to the lady at the front desk.

As soon as I was about to demitri  stepped out of the black range Rover with his seductive smile and classy style

" Elizabeth. Darling. Long time no see" he smiled walking over to me " god you looks as good as the day I left" he continued pulling me in for a hug

I couldn't help to hug him back taking in the sweet scent of his colone

" We need to talk" I said looking up at him after out hug was done

" Yes we doo" he smiled placing his hand on my lower back leading me towards the way of my apartment.
