Chapter One
It's a silent night in a spruce forest where three men walk, searching for a village to rest in and then rob of all its goods. The men represented each plane of reality. The Nether, The Overwold, and The End. As they walk, a newborn's cries are heard in a nearby sweet berry bush. The man of the overworld looks over and sees the bush emitting a bright yellow glow. Almost as if a star has nested inside. He uncovers the bush to reveal a baby boy crying. He gently picks him up, cradling the boy in his arms. The other two approach. "What should we do with him?" Asks the nether man. "We give him to the caretaker. He'll raise him and eventually we'll get to use whatever power this boy has. He seems quite powerful." The end man replies.
The three leave the forest and go to a small home in the middle of a snowy plain. The end man knocks on the door and it's immediately answered. A fairly tall man with long blonde hair and a green robe answers it. He looks tired. "What do you three want?" He asks. The overworld man hands him the baby. "Raise him. We'll be back someday to reclaim his power. Your reward will be grand." The end man says. The blonde man rolls his eyes and scoffs. "Alright then. If my reward isn't grand I'll have all your heads on my mantle." The three men nod and leave the blonde man to take care of the boy.
"Boys! Breakfast is ready!" Philza calls out. Three young men rush into the room. The first one is a piglin with long braided hair and a white shirt with brown puffy pants. The next one is a piglin, but more human than pig. His hair is poofy and brown and he wears a yellow sweater with red pants and white socks. The final boy is very special. His hair is a gorgeous gold and his eyes a glowstone yellow. He wears blue overalls and underneath a red and white shirt. Bandages cover his body and his skin is cracked. Mostly because his skin isn't real, but instead made of clay. Underneath is a treasure he must hide.
The three boys sit down at a wooden dining table and lift their utensils ready to eat. Set on each of their plates is a stack of two pancakes with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and berries sprinkled on top. Philza sat down and allowed the boys to start eating. "These pancakes are delicious dad!" Said the brown haired boy. "Thank you, Wilbur." Replied Philza. "Yeah! These are great!" Said the piglin boy. "Don't talk with your mouth full, Techno." Philza chuckled. Philza looked over to Tommy. "Tommy, do you enjoy the pancakes?" He asked. Tommy looked up and his mouth was stuffed with pancakes. "Mhm!" The boy muttered. The other three laughed.
They all finished their plates and the three boys headed outside to play while Philza washed dishes. "What are we gonna play today guys?" Tommy asked. Wilbur and Techno looked at one another and with smirks, nodded. They looked back at Tommy. "You feelin' daring Toms?" Wilbur asked. Tommy giggled and nodded excitedly. Techno then got behind Tommy and lifted him up into his arms. Tommy laughed more and more. They reached a big pile of snow and stopped. "You ready?" Techno asked. Tommy nodded.
Then, techno pulled Tommy back, spun around, and threw Tommy into the air. Before Tommy landed in the pile of snow, something snatched him out of the air. It was Philza. He landed gently on the snow and glared angrily at Wilbur and Techno. Tommy had no idea what the issue was, but Wilbur and Techno knew they were in big trouble. "In the house. NOW." Philza said with a deep demanding voice. The boys went inside and Tommy was carried by Phil.
Phil put Tommy in his room and went to the living room to scold the other two. "What the hell were you two thinking?! You know how sensitive that clay is! It could've cracked right open!" He shouted. Wilbur and Techno looked at the floor. Phil sighed and gently lifted up their chins. "Look boys, you know what would happen if anyone found out about Tommy. I just want him to be safe." He said. "Find out what?" Tommy asked, standing in the doorway. Phil jumped.
"TOMMYYY! Wh-what are you doing here?" He asked nervously. "You just put me in my room. You never told me to stay." Tommy said. Phil facepalmed. "Alright well whatever I said just forget about it okay? You boys can go back outside, but no roughhousing, got it?" He said. The three boys nodded and headed back out. They made snowmen and rolled around for a few hours before heading back in for lunch.
Phil brought out a tray of sandwiches and some orange juice. "You boys eat. I have some business to take care of" Phil told the boys as he left the room. The three nodded and began eating. Tommy looked at his brothers and then at his hands. He wondered why his skin felt hard and dry while his brothers' were soft and squishy.
"Hey Wilbur?" He asked. Wilbur looked up from his plate to Tommy. "Yeah Toms?" He replied. "What was dad talking about earlier?" He asked his brother. Wilbur and Techno looked at each other nervously. "Tommy, you don't need to worry about it right now. When the time comes, you'll know what dad was talking about. For now, let's focus on being happy, kay?" He said. Tommy hesitated, but nodded.
The three finished their lunches and went to the living room to relax on the sofa. Tommy laid on Wilbur's lap while Wilbur combed his hands through Tommy's golden hair. Tommy had started to notice Wilbur and Techno's eyes glaring at his hair from time to time.
"Hey guys?" Tommy asked. "Tommy if it's about what dad said we're not-" "Why do you guys like my hair so much?" Techno was interrupted by a surprising question. "Oh well, Wil and I are piglins. We have a sort of attachment to gold. So it's hard for us to ignore your hair." Techno explained. Tommy giggled. "I'm just so hard to ignore." He said in a joking manner. Wilbur and Techno chuckled. Wilbur gently punched Tommy as to not cause harm to him.
Phil came home with a basket covered by a blanket. Wilbur and Techno paid no mind to the basket, but little Tommy was very curious. "Ooo what's that dad?" Tommy asked. "Just some stuff. It's nothing you'd care about." Phil said. Tommy went to look in the basket, but Phil grabbed his hand. "Tommy." He said looking down at the boy. Tommy moved back to the couch with his brothers.
After a few hours and the boys having dinner, they all got ready for bed. Techno and Wilbur slept in the same room while Tommy slept with Phil. Phil tucked the two older boys in and then got into bed with Tommy. Combing his hands through Tommy's hair to help him sleep. "Goodnight dad." Tommy said with a smile. "Goodnight Toms. Rest easy now." Phil said. With that, everyone in the house drifted off to sleep.
