Scarlet goes to Scooter's house before he gets home and waits for him to come home since she took the day off for him. He gets home and sees her outside the door and they both hug each other. ‘Happy Birthday!’ Scarlet signs.

"Thanks," he says.

"You're welcome,'' Scarlet says.

Scooters looks shocked and hugs her tightly, "You can speak now!" He cries happily.

"Yeah Bunsen, and Beaker helped me!" She smiles.

"Well this is the best birthday present ever!" Scooter says.

Scarlet smiles, "I'm glad!"

"Does Floyd and the others know?" Scooter asks.

"Floyd is the other one that doesn't know," she admits.

Scooter nods and looks at her, she's wearing a white T-shirt with black and , flower patterned overalls with a built in skirt and white stockings and some black flats. She had her usual makeup on but instead of her soft pink lipstick, she has a more brighter pink lipstick. She's wearing a headband with a black bow. Her hair is down. All of her clothes are skin tight, so it defines her curves well.

Scarlet smiles as she sways in place.

Then, Scooter says something that shocks Scarlet.
