Des yawned and crawled out of his bed in the Copper Winglet's sleeping cave. "Hey author, is this technically a sequel?"

And Des was correct, because now there was a new plot. And this new plot revolved around him, not his brother.

"Really?" Squeaked Des excitedly.

Of course not, you know that! There's still so much we don't know about Prince Ace-Zero! Or should I say-

"You should shut up, thats what you should say," Des told the author before stomping off.

The author chuckled before deciding to go see what was up with Ace.

"Rawr, I'm a evil dragon!" Teased a beautiful GlitterPerfectWing.

"Hello Princess Sugar-Spice-And-Everything-Nice," Ace said.

"Hello little brother!" Sugar responded, throwing her arms around Ace, "And others," she continued, glancing around at her siblings.

"Yeah, whatever," said Splendid, typing away on her IScroll.

"Glad to see ya Shuga!" Excel said in an offensive southern accent.

Ten sat there in silence. Des had fallen back asleep.

Suddenly out of nowhere an evil NightWing named Antag flew down on them.

"HAHAHA I HAVE RETURNED! And somehow regained my animus powers because the author was to lazy to think of a more compelling villain!" Antag jeered before grabbing Excel and taking off back into the sky.

"Excel!!!" Ace cried, "I have to go after her!" And so he takes off into the sky after Antag.

"I'm with you!" Sugar said, flying after him.

Splendid rolled her eyes and went to find the rest of the Jade Winglet because she had the common sense to know they were the important characters.

Ten just sat there. He didn't really care.

Soon the rest of the Jade Winglet(plus Des) was flying after Antag.

"MWAHAHAHAA I'M GOING TO ENCHANT YOU ALL TO DIE AND THEN I WILL RULE PURRHIA AND PANTALLA!" Antag said, misspelling the names of the continents.

"NO WAY!" Ace shouted, launching himself at Antag with his talons outstretched.

"OWWWWW LET ME GOOOOOO!" Antag shouted.

"NOT GONNA HAPPEN!" Ace yelled.

"I ENCHANT THIS DRAGON TO LET ME GO!" Antag yelled and then Ace let him go and Antag took three very large steps back, hissing.

Thor landed magnificently to Ace's left, while Dashie landed to his right. Irre landed beside Dashie and Señor Tonto landed besides Thor. Venge landed beside Dashie and Des landed beside Señor Tonto.

Ace stepped forward. "YOU WON'T GET AWAY THIS TIME!"

"Oh but I will!" And then Antag disappeared in a puff of smoke.

"Dam- Dang it," Ace cursed, but still tried to keep it remotely PG, "he got away again."

"Can't we just enchant Antag so that he is right here?" Venge suggested.

"No, that would mean Ace would lose some of his soul even though it hasn't effected him before despite how much he used his magic in the first chronicle," Des said.

"Oh... Darn it!" Venge said.

"More importantly," Thor said, letting the book get serious for a moment, "How did Antag regain his animus powers?"

An awkward silence panned out, even though the answer was QUITE CLEAR.

"Another animus must have re-enchanted him to be an animus," Des said, "so he's not the real antagonist he led us to believe he was. He's just a henchman!"

"WHAT?!" The group shouted in unison.

"He said his name was Real-Antagonist, but what if he was lying?" Des asked.

"WHAT!?" The group said in shock.

"What if he wasn't born an animus? What if he isn't even a NightWing?"

"WHAT!?" The group yelled in surprise.

"What if-"

"What if you stopped asking questions and started answering them," Thor suggested.

"Good idea," Des said, "but one more question?"

Thor sighed. "Fine," he said, "ONE."

"Where are Ace and Sugar?"

Thor blinked. "Are you blind? They're right over... Oh..."

Ace and Sugar were gone.
