Makotos pov

"It happened again!" I slammed my fists down in anger. Three times now they've been sent back and there's nothing I can do to help them. The amount of times I had to watch hajime, the guy fighting for his friend's lives come to a grizzly end time and time again pissed me off beyond belief.

"Look up neagi" byakuya gestured to the stream "it would seem it's started again"

"What's causing this?" I shook my head in disbelief.

"I have a theory if you care to hear it" byakuya stated. I nodded, giving him my full attention. He strolled over to the monitor and pointed to Hajime's avatar "the glitch resets every time this boy dies yes?"

"That's right" I nodded. Where's he going with this?

"Then my theory is that hinata himself is the glitch" he smirked.

"But how is that possible?" I looked at his sleeping body in confusion.

"It could link back to izuru" kyoko suggested "it was izuru who brought the monokuma virus into the neo world. There's a chance that it caused a glitch that attached itself to Hajime's avatar"

"That makes sense" I gasped "I really let them down. I should have inspected izuru more carefully before letting him in"

"No time for regrets neagi" byakuya said firmly "we need to find a way to relay this information to them"

"I can send them a message" I perked up "but they'll have to step into the neo world to get it" I faultered.

"Then we'll have to place our trust in them" kyoko turned back to the monitor where hajime was waking up.
