Hajimes pov

"Ahh ibuki, stop chasing me!"

"Hehe ibukis gonna get ya!"

We laughed as ibuki chased kazuichi around the beach with grabby hands. It's nice to have a moment to just relax and enjoy our time together.

"It's nice to see you smile again hajime" chaiki poked my cheek, making me blush "you've been so stressed lately. It's nice to see you let loose"

"I'm just glad we could get out" I smiled softly.

"I'm glad you came with us mahiru" Mikan sat next to her.

"Well I couldn't relax after hearing these boys were tagging along" she glared at me "but I guess they have been well behaved"

"I wish peko could have come" akane bit into her ice cream "I wanted to fight her!"

"I-I'm sure she had a good reason for not coming" Mikan said nervously.

"Yah!" Kazuichi let out a surprise squeak as ibuki tackled him to the ground. We laughed as he tried to wiggle out of her grasp.

"Oh we're out of drinks" chaiki peaked into the basket.

"I'll get some more!" Kazuichi ran off before ibuki could grab him again. We laughed as the boy raced past us. Our laughter was cut short by his screams.

We jumped up and ran to the beach house only to find peko's slumped over body.

Mikan rushed over on shaky legs to check her vitals. She turned to us, shaking her head with tears in her eyes.

"A body has been discovered!"

The rest of the girls rushed in, letting out screams of horror.

"Hajime" Kazuichi was shaking like a leaf "we were having fun weren't we? Everything was fine wasn't it?"

"Yeah it was" I placed a hand on his shoulder to calm him. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Fuyuhiko's horrified face.
