ELA
That was extremely weird... And why have I never seen her? Though oddly enough, she seems kind of nice. I don't know why I think that of her, she didn't even say anything. Oh well... I thought as I sat down and situated myself for the extended period-- ELA. It is considerably a nice period, though it is twice the length of a normal class. And, my teacher Mr. Hill is not my favorite teacher ever... But that strange girl... She just will not leave my mind! Ugh!
"Okay class, so today we are reading a story. It's uh, about, well there is, okay look at it this way. It's a boy who hates time. So, I mean everyone hates something, but hate is... is really, a strong word. So I am going to call on each of you are you need to tell me something you 'hate.'" Mr. Hill said.
"Belle?" Mr. Hill said. His voice suddenly sounded far away. It's volume softened as I zoned out, and payed no attention to the people talking around me. I started thinking of the girl, and why I never had seen her before. Why she only wore dark and gloomy clothing... "Hello? Helloooo!!! EARTH TO KEATON!!" "What is he, asleep?" Jordan laughed. "HELLO!!?" Various friends of mine continued yelling. I looked around, realizing what was going on. Everyone is so impatient!
"Tell me something you hate." Mr. Hill apparently 'repeated'. "I... I hate..." I thought for a bit. You. I thought. I laughed out loud on accident. "I hate - Um... I don't like when your parents tell you to do a chore." I said. "Okay, and you?" He pointed behind me.
The bell rung. I stand up and slowly walked out the door, peeking out behind it to check if I saw the girl. I may not have seen the girl, but I did see Mathew. "Matt!!" I yelled as I ran to catch up to him. "Oh, hi!" He said. He grabbed his locker combination and started twisting the lock code. "Hi, um, I hafta ask you a question about that girl!!" I asked. "What girl?" He asked. "You know, the girl, the... Aw never mind!!" I said as I turned around and walked away.
I looked around for the girl, but there was no sight if her. I groaned, knowing I probably would not get to know who she was before tomorrow at lunch...
I spent the rest of ELA pretty much zoned out and planning when I could meet the girl.
Tomorrow I will sit at that table at lunch. And then find out her name!
