This was a bad idea.

"Smile Sasuke." Hinata frowns.

"No." I gave her a frown of my own. Then Sakura pulled at my cheeks forcing me to smile as Hinata took a picture.

This was a bad idea. I should've just came alone with Sakura. We'd just finish watching a movie and decided to hit up an arcade or something. Naruto and Hinata were kind of making me uncomfortable with their PDA, but I've managed so far. Now they're just being plain annoying.

I looked at the picture that she took and frowned. Naruto would be in the back making a heart. Loser. I looked so awkward. But Sakura, she looked beautiful. I looked up at her to see her and Naruto goofing around. She was on his back giving him a headlock as he spinned her around. He then put her down and she tried with her might to hold on to her balance before she fell over in a booth. The both of them laughed.

"You make her happy Sasuke." Hinata spoke softly to me. I looked down at her as she smiled. "We're like a small little family within a family the four of us. And that makes me happy. She's now free from the burden of her father and now she can be herself. You're gonna love her Sasuke. I promise."

"I already do Hinata." I tell her. Her head shot my way as her eyes grew wide and then softened.

"Guys! The ball pit!!" Naruto called out to us. He then picked Sakura up and threw her into the ballpit. As payback, I threw Hinata over my shoulder and tossed her into the pit myself.

"Hey!" Naruto looked at me. "That was my girlfriend you threw in there!"

"Well you threw Sakura." I smirk at him. He smiled. Before long the four of us were in the ballpit throwing the colorful balls at eachother. This is honestly the most fun I've ever had in a while.

"Ino is going to be so jealous we did this without her." Sakura says as we began making our way out of the ballpit.

"I know right." Hinata says. "She's going to attack Sasuke first."

"As always." I reply. "She cant help it. She's like my sister I never had."

"Aww look at Sasuke getting sentimental." Sakura ran her fingers through my hair. It was a small gesture, but it made me feel a different type of way. I looked at her and she looked right back at me. There was chatter going on around us but it drowned out as she was the only one I was paying attention to right now.

She began to blush.

Tell her.

She smiled softly at me never tearing her gaze from me.

Tell her.

I felt myself blushing as well.

Do it.

"Sakura I-"

"Dude I'm starving!" Naruto blurts out. We tear our gaze from eachother.

"What are you starving for Naruto?" Sakura asked.

The idiot blonde placed his hand on his chin as if he was thinking. "Kind of want a burger and I kind of dont."

"Denny's it is." I say. "Let's go."

After eating we decided to walk down Sunset Blvd. Hinata and Naruto walked hand in hand ahead of Sasuke and I, who only walked side by side. Something was different about Sasuke. The way he looked at me, the way he interacted with me today, it was just different. I didn't know how to feel about it. Should I be happy ? I don't know. This was driving me crazy.

"Hey you okay?" I looked over seeing that Sauske was looking at me with sincere concern in his eyes. I smiled at him.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I tell him. He smirked and moved closer to me.

"Your shoe is untied. Put it here so I can tie it." He extended his leg towards me and I placed my foot on his leg trying to keep my balance all at the same time. When he was finished I removed my shoe from him. Again, we stared at eachother. We've been doing that alot lately.

"Sakura," He says. "There's something I want to tell you."

"Sure what is it?" I ask curious. Again, he stared at me.

"That night you thought I was sleep," Oh no, no. No. Please God no. "I heard you tell me you love me."

Fuck my life. Why? Why is this happening. I felt my face turning red. He avoided eye contact. Looking down at his hands as he played with something I couldn't make out.

"I didn't want to say anything about it because I didn't want you to feel embarrassed or anything." He says again. "Is that really how you feel Sakura?" Finally, his onyx orbs meet mine and I felt my heart pounding.

"Uh, uh." I stammer. "W-well."

He let out a shaky chuckle and chewed on his bottom lip looking down at whatever it was in his hands.

"Sakura." He says my name, but his tone is soft. Something I've never gotten from Sasuke. He cleared his throat.

"Sasuke, I-"

"-I love you." We spoke at the same time. We both looked at eachother before blushing and looking away. Sasuke began rubbing his neck.

"Say it again." He says looking down at his hands but I could see the pink tint on his pale skin. He steps towards me.

"I-I love you."

"Again."

He took two more steps.

"I love you."

"Again."

He took another.

"I love you."

"Again." He towered over me. I looked up at him and swallowed the lump in my throat.

"I...love you, Sasuke Uchiha."

He leaned in placing his lips on mine. But this kiss was different. It wasn't like all the others we shared. I felt it. I felt everything.

"I love you Sakura Haruno." He pressed his forehead against mine as he looked down at me. "Will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course I will." I tell him. He placed another kiss on my lips. I felt him grab my hand and he placed something on my finger. I looked down. The ring was so pretty. It was a pretty silver band with a big emerald gem in the middle and small diamonds surrounding it. I looked up at him confused.

"It was my moms." He says. "My dad gave it to her for their anniversary one year. Before she died she told me that if I were to ever fall in love, give the girl this ring. So, I want you to have it."

"Sasuke..." I pause. "Y-you went into your parents room?"

He looked down and stuffed his hands in his pockets. "It wasn't a big deal."

"That is a big deal Sasuke I'm so proud of you." I quickly hug him. He hugged me back.

"Get a room you two." I could hear Naruto say. 

"Naruto, the very next time you interrupt my girlfriend and I, I'm going to wring your neck." Sasuke tells him.

Naruto gave a goofy smile. "HAHA YEAH FINALLY YOU TWO!" Naruto was so happy he hugged the both of us. I was determined to tell Sasuke how I feel tonight and everything went perfect. Im happy now. I'm really happy.

I did it.

I told her.

I couldn't feel any better. We had gotten back to my house to find that Itachi wasnt home. He said that he was out with his friends celebrating him graduating from the Police Academy. My brother is now a police officer.

Madara, who decided to move in and sleep in my parents old room, was nowhere to be found as well.

We were in my room, she straddled my lap, hugging me. Her fingers were entangled in my hair. She pulled at it forcing my head back. I looked at her and tried to hide the smile that was forming on my lips. With a curl of her lips, she leaned forward and kissed me. This was amazing. This was a feeling I never felt before. Sure I've been in relationships here and there but none of them can compare to what Sakura made me feel even before I asked her to be my girlfriend.

"When we first met." She says. "What did you think of me?"

I smirk remembering the day Hinata introduced us all to Sakura.

"I thought you were cute." I tell her honestly. She blushes as she looks down at me. Forehead pressed against mine.

"How can you tell from a glance?" She asks.

"I kept sneaking glances at you." I smirk at her. She blushed harder.

"When did you fall in love with me?

I looked away before looking her in the eyes.

"The day you held me as I cried. I don't let anyone get too close to me when when I'm going through something like that and yet I let you hold me." I shrugged. "It was then I knew what I felt for you wasn't the kind of feelings I'd have for Naruto or Hinata."

She chewed on her lip. Something I always found sexy that she did.

"T-the first time you kissed me." She says. "That's when I realized I was falling for you. I was honestly jealous of Karin when she told me you two were dating."

I chuckled. "You avoiding me like that was killing me." I tell her. "I had to force a confrontation on you."

She smiled. "It scared me but a part of me liked it." She scooted closer to me, wrapping her legs tightly around my waist. She kissed my nose.

"Thank you so much Sasuke." She whispers.

"What are you thanking me for Monster?"

"For making me the happiest girl on Earth."

My eyes widened as I blushed. I could see the tears forming in her eyes as she smiled at me. "Ca-Can I be honest with you?"

"Of course." I tell her.

"B-before I met you, I was contemplating suicide." A tear slowly rolls down her cheek and onto my chest as she looked down at me. "The day I cried in Hinata's arms I swore I would do it once I got home. But that's when I came here. I-You saved me Sasuke. You have no idea."

"Don't cry." I whispered as I reached up and wiped her tears.

There was a knock on my door. She slowly moved away from me and I walked to open it. Madara stood on the other end.

"Hey, just wanted to see if you were home kid." He placed his hand on top of my head with a genuine smile. "I'm gonna go ahead and get some sleep." He yawns. "Goodnight you two."

"Goodnight Madara." Sakura calls from behind me. I close the door behind me and get back in the bed. I laid down pulling Sakura on me. Again we entangled ourselves in eachother and remained silent. Just as I were drifting off, I heard her.

"I love you, Sasuke."

I smirk in my sleep. "I love you too, Sakura."
