Garfield was a fast runner, although hadn't had as much practice as she had. She outran him by a mile. He soon lost sight of her. Luckily there was nobody driving because it was still early. He just hopes that nobody saw the fight.
"Raven!" He called out her name. He listened for footsteps. There were light ones coming from an alley nearby. The path she was taking seemed to lead home. Garfield took a shortcut. He got there the same time that she did.
"Stop Raven!" She fumbled around with the keys which was evidently her downfall. Garfield grabbed her in a way that restricted her arms and she dropped the keys. "Talk to me Raven! What's going on? Why were your eyes glowing?" She can't look at him. Not straight. Gar picks up the keys opens the door. "C'mon." Raven snatches the keys from him and bolts up the stairs. "Hey!!"
This time Raven doesn't hesitate. She immediately puts the key in the hole and slams the door open. Dick is in the living room and he is shocked as Raven almost broke the door off its hinges.
"Woah easy Raven!" He stops her the same way Gar did. "What's happening?"
"Let me go!" Raven dashes to her room and slams the door. Gar trails in behind her.
"Friends! What is all the locomotion about?"
"Yo! I was sleeping!" The loud noises have woken everybody up.
"It's Raven." He goes to her door. "Rave! Let me in!" A long silence, then the sound of a door unlocking. The door opens just wide enough for Gar to be forcefully yanked through and the door slams.
Raven swings Gar around like a rag doll and pins him against the wall and stares him straight in the eyes. His heart feels like it's about to explode from his chest.
Just as Terra felt, he was intimidated. But more so than she was. He was immensely intimidated by this beautiful purple haired mystery. Her eyes didn't help. They were strong and agressive. When she meant business you could see it in her eyes. There was this glint in them.
Part Garfield wanted to kiss her right then and there
"Listen to me Gar. I am about to tell you something nobody was EVER intended to know. This is my secret, and I'm only telling you. So keep it that way. Now sit down."
"Yes ma'am." After what he saw he wasn't taking any chances. He sat down and she sat down with him.
"I am not fully human and I'm not from Earth."
"Waaait what?"
"Where I come from is a place called Azerath. My mother and I left to try and get away from my father."
"Who is you father."
"You heard of Trigon?" He has. There are many cults, worshiper groups and activitsts he's seen on the news all over the world. But he's never really understood who Trigon was.
"Yes. Is he like Satan or something?" Raven shakes her head.
"He's arguably worse than Satan. Much worse."
"How?"
"Let's just say I was an 'accident'." Garfield got the message.
"Oh."
"Trigon is a ruthless demon king who will devour entire worlds just to take them over and make their inhabitants suffer. Part of him is inside me and is triggered by my emotions. Many of my powers, all of my powers cab get really out of hand if get too emotional. Hence what just happened."
"People want me as a prize. That's why they've been looking for me. I'm worth literal thousands if they catch and sell me to other groups. Those are Trigon worshiper groups."
"Raven..."
"And this on my head is how I focus my power. It's called a chakra. A lot of my magic revolves around that. So if is cover it up tightly with a bandage, nothing happens if I get too emotional. It blocks my powers from doing things on their own."
"Do you have like magic words or something?" Raven unfolds her hands and faces a stretched out hand to the ceiling palm wise.
"Azerath Metrion Zinthos." Gar looks at her confused, but then gets it when a black sphere apears on the palm of her hand and begins to spin rapidly, and then it fades away.
"Woah. Azerath. Isn't that the place you said that you were from?" She nods.
"I use that saying for my mantra too. I'm supposed to meditate every day to keep my powers in check but I haven't been able to find a safe place. It's a good thing I meditated all last night or it would have been worse."
"How worse?"
"How much worse? When I get angry enough the demon in my has control. It isn't pretty."
"I bet."
"I need a new bandage." He quickly gets up and leaves. Raven is left with her demons. They're in there toying with her magic and her emotions. Garfield's presence did not help. She had some sort of emotional...something...towards him. She gets up and looks in he mirror.
Her eyes glow white when she does.
"No! Stop!" She grasps her head tightly and starts to collapse on the floor. "Go away!" Gar comes back in as soon as her eyes double and turn red. Her teeth turn to razors and her worried expression grows almost angry. But without even seeing this form, Garfield wraps the bandage around her head as it looked before and her red-eyed form fades away and she passes out in the floor. Gar quickly gets up to lock the door.
No one needs to see this.
He sits back down next to Raven as her chest slowly rises and falls with her slowing heartbeat.

Terra runs as quickly as she can. She's founder her and she knows where she lives, she just has to tell them and she'll get some of the cut. She never wastes and opportunity to screw somebody over. She gets to the alley.
"Hey! Get out here! I've got some info you punks might want!" Terra shouts.
"Markov? Hey guys its little Markov!" One of the men pop out from a fire escape and calls to his brethren.
"For the 80th time you dip, my name is Terra! T-E-R-R-A. Terra. Stop calling me by my last name dammit!"
"Shut up Markov." A large voice says from behind her.
"Hi Duke." This man is a good three-of-her-own-heads tall than she is.
"What have you got?"
"I found her. Name is Raven. She's got purple hair, purple eyes, and grey skin. She's also got this weird gem thing. That feeling you told me about? I felt it."
"That's not the description we gave you Markov."
"I know that, but I think she can change the way she looks. Wouldn't that explain how you guys have had so much trouble finding her?"
"Possibly. Do you have any actual proof?"
"How about when I uncovered that gem thing she got really pissed and her eyes glowed?"
"Hmm."
"She almost pushed me off the bridge without touching me."
"Fair enough. Men! We've found her! Where is she Markov?" Terra groaned.
"She lives with my ex. I can give you the address. There's 3 other people living there. They'll probably be on the beach like everyone else today. They've got their own private area there cause one of the kids' dad's loaded."
"Got it. You'll get your cut Markov. Now leave." Terra jogs away and continues the run she started. "We'll find her at the beach."
"Yeah!!"
