"So a girl with golden lipstick kissed you at the New Years masquerade dance?" June asked.

"Yes." I confirmed. "But it was amazing.....like nothing I've ever felt before." I grinned.

"And you don't think it's Cece?" April chimed in.

"I know it's not." I choked out.

"Are you okay man?" Sam said.

"Remember? At that time Cece was kissing Cory." I clarified.

"Oh yeah."

"Ouch."

"Sucks to be you."

I heard them say not quite sure what voice came from who.

"It's April." June coughed.

"What?" Everyone said together, including April.

"It's obviously her, Zeke. Long brown hair, brown eyes, and she likes you." June claimed.

"June, your telling me that I went to this dance, kissed Zeke, and came home and acted like nothing happened? Yeah that's not me, especially the kissing Zeke part." April said ever so causally.

Maybe it was her.....no April would not do that. I don't even know if she likes me.

May squinted her eyes at April like she knew some thing.

"Fine, to prove I'm not this 'girl with the gold lipstick' or whatever, I will help you find her." April suggested.

Now I know it's not her! She can't help me look for this girl if it's her.

"Okay. We will start tomorrow." I said smiling.
