Nico's POV

I saw Makyla get thrown up against the lockers and she hit her head hard.She swing her sword at the empousa and killed it.She slid down the lockers and lifted her hand to her bleeding head.Her eyes started dropping and I killed the last empousa and picked her up bridal style."Get the car, we have to get her to her apartment and then camp half-blood." I said running to the entrance.

Leo's golden car(which is Festus in car form) drove up where I was standing and I got in the back.The others jumped in and Festus drove to Makyla's apartment building.I gave her some ambrosia and Nectar and saw the cut on her head start to close up.

We got to the building and I picked  her up bridal style and walked to the stairs.Percy was walking down the stairs talking to someone on his monster proof phone And was smiling.When he saw me carrying Makyla he stopped smiling and said to the person on the phone,"I'll talk to you later.Love you.Bye." Then put his phone in his pocket.Right when Percy was about to say something,Makyla started to wake up."Wha-What happened?Oh wait.Nevermind,I remember.Please sit me down."She said and I sat her down on her feet.She wobbled a bit and I held her arm.We started up the stairs and to her apartment with Percy following.She opened the apartment door and a middle aged woman walked out of the kitchen and asked,"What happened?You're supposed to be in school."      "Monster attack at the school.Minataur guy said I was a demi-God,blah blah blah.My head hurts,I'm laying down." Makyla said and She sat down on the couch going back to sleep.

"I told you we shouldn't have that many demigods at one school." I told Percy."You have to get her to camp-half blood.She's not safe here.Take the others."The woman said."I'll shadow travel Makyla after she gets her stuff, so I can get her to the infirmary,Percy will the get the other two girls.We have to leave quickly." I said waking Makyla up and she went to get her stuff.She came out her room with a duffle bag.Her mom gave her a midnight black dagger which somehow turned into a charm which Makyla clipped on her charm bracelet.Makyla hugged her mom and then I grabbed her hand and we walked into the shadows in the back of the room and shadow travelled to camp.

I was right at Thalia's pine tree and heard Makyla gasp and fall on the ground."What the HADES was that?!I feel like I just got ripped apart then sewed back together then nothing."She said,shivering."Well it felt like that the first time I shadow travelled." I said holding a  hand out to help Makyla up.She smiled at me when she stood and then her eyes widened and she pushed me out the way.

I looked up and saw a poisonous dagger sink into Makyla's shoulder.I dodged another and picked up the one on the ground and threw it at the empousa that had thrown the daggers .It turned to dust and I turned around and ran to her and knelt down beside her."Well this should be added to list of crazy stuff I've done." She said wincing when trying to sit up. She layed back down and her body was stiff with pain."We need to get you to the infirmary.., NOW!" I said and whistled really loudly.Mrs.O'leary came bounding up the hill and I picked Makyla up.I  got on Mrs,O'Leary and I said,"To the infirmary."And she ran really quickly to the infirmary.Makyla's eyes started to droop and I put my head near her chest.Her heartbeat was slowing down."Help!"I yelled jumping off Mrs.O'Leary and Apollo campers  ran out with a hospital cot and I layed Makyla down on it..I sat down on the bench outside the infirmary and put my head in my hands.I saw Annabeth run up and try to go in the infirmary but was held back."Is she ok?That's all I want to know." Annabeth said."We might not be able to get all the poison out.We don't think she'll live." One of the Apollo kids said then ran back inside where he was needed."Oh gods." Annabeth said sitting down beside me."This is my fault.I should have been paying more attention." I said hanging my head in shame."Nico don't say that.-" "She pushed me out the way."I said sighing.Festus landed in front of us and Percy and two brunette girls jumped off.They had tear stained cheeks.A Sad looks in their eyes.Percy looked at us."Where's Makyla?" He asked."I pointed in the infirmary."It's still not your fault." Annabeth said."What happened?" Percy asked."An empousa threw a dagger at me when my back was turned....Makyla pushed me out the way.It was one of those poison tipped daggers.Hit her in the shoulder."I said."They don't know if they can get the poison out......"I said sadly."She might not live."I finished and saw the brunette girls with looks of worry on there face.."WHAT?!" I heard someone yell from the Hephaestus cabin.A tall,short brunette headed 20 year old guy came running out the Hephastus cabin and toward the infirmary."Nate!" The two girls said running over to him.He was trying to get into the infirmary but the girls held him back."Who are you?"I asked threateningly."Nathaniel Jackson, son of Hephastus.I'm close to Makyla.She's like a sister to me." He said back."I can show them around so you won't have a headache from Kira talking so much."He said to Percy,while the taller brunette girl said,'Hey!'.I layed down on the bench and closed my eyes,falling asleep.After awhile someone shook me awake.I looked up and saw Will and I sat up."The girl..." He started and I held my breath."We managed to get most of the poison out.She'll live,but she's in a coma.You can see her tomorrow.Go eat some food and sleep at least 8 hours." He said and before I could protest he said,"Doctors orders." And I just glared at him and walked to the dining pavilion to eat.
