Nico's POV 

Monday

I couldn't get my mind off Makyla. She was so beautiful and nice. Even her eyes were beautiful.I swear she could be a daughter of Aphrodite she is so pretty.I laid awake on my bed in my apartment thinking  about her. I got up and got ready for school. I grabbed an apple and walked out the door with my bag and to Percy's apartment building.After walking for 10 minutes I get to the building and go to the fire escape ladder and climb up it to Percy's mom's kitchen window to see Makyla there and Percy stuffing  blue waffles in his mouth and I rolled my eyes and climbed through the window silently. I know I know why didn't I just shadow travel? Well Will told me not to shadow travel for the rest of the school year.I walked in silently and leaned on the wall behind Makyla.Percy saw me but quickly looked back at Makyla. "Can you drive me to school?" She asked."Depends,what school?" Percy answered."Goode." She replied." I could drive you if Percy let me drive his car, I go to the same school." I said. Makyla turned around and said,"You scared the shi...z outta me!" And punched my arm."Yeah sure."Percy said still eating his blue waffles." Where are the keys?" I asked."Same place." Percy said. I walked into the living room and went to the tv and looked behind it to see the keys.I picked them up and walked to the kitchen and climbed out the window."You coming?" I asked through the window. She looked at me before saying "Yes."and I helped her climb out the window."Bye Perce." I said."Bye Neeky." He said and I glared at him.I went down the fire escape and Makyla was already at the bottom when  I got down. I walked to Percy's blue car. "Oh my gods does he even have blue seats she asked opening the passenger seat's car door."And he has blue seats." She said unbelievably."Even I,a lover of blue think this is too much blue.I already feel claustrophobic." Makyla said buckling her seat belt. 

I turned the car on and checked the clock right as Makyla was doing so."Styx." We both cursed at the same time and looked at each other like 'What the Hades.' And I pulled out the parking lot and drive fast to Goode high school. When we got there I parked in my usual spot and got out. Makyla just sat there eyes full of worry."Hey." I said,"Are you alright?" I asked bending Down to her window."What if they don't like me." She said tears brimming her eyes."I don't know a lot about you but I can tell you that if they don't like you.They're missing out on the best girl ever to live." I said softly and she smiled. She got out of the car and closed the door. She hugged me and I was surprised for a moment because only Hazel hugs me. I hugged back a little awkwardly. " Thank you." She said against my shoulder.We both power walked in the school. I had to go to my locker and she had to go to the office. I quickly got my stuff and walked to my first class of the day, Greek.I didn't need to try and I got the question right. I sat in my seat in the back. The bell rang right when I sat down."Ok class. You have the questions of the day on the board and your homework assignment." Mr.Brunner (Chiron) said.After he said that Makyla walked through the door and to Mr.Brunner's desk. She handed him a note."Oh, it looks like we have a knew student here today.Go ahead and introduce yourself dear." He said gesturing to the class."Hi my name's Makyla Jackson, I used to live in Virginia but we moved here,to New York just a few days ago,and I have a fasination with greek mythology."Oh really." Chiron said challengly."Who turns people into stone?" He asked."Medusa." She answered."What happens when you cut of a hydra head."He asked."Two more grow back." She answered."How do you kill a vampire?" Chiron asked."There are no vampires in Greek mythology from what I know." She answered."Do you speak Greek?"Chiron asked."Όχι."(Translation: No.)She answered now smiling." Πώς ξέρεις όλα αυτά; "(Translation:How do you know all this)Chiron asked."Ανάγνωση , sir.Although το ήμισυ του χρόνου δεν μπορώ να διαβάσω εξαιτίας της δυσλεξίας μου , έχω μάθει πολλά . "(Translation:Reading, sir.Althogh half the time I can't read because my dyslexia.)Makyla said and Chiron gave a short nod."Ora che la mitologia greca animale può peralyze se la si guarda in uno specchio ? "Chiron said."Sir, not only is the basilisk in Harry Potter, but you spoke in Italian." She said.Everyone was looking at her."How many languages can you speak?" He asked."Three.English,Greek and Italian."She answered." Nice.I'm Mr.Brunner, go ahead and have a seat in the back next to Mr.di Angelo.the questions of the day are on the board as well as your homework assignment."Chiron said and Makyla walked over to my table,sat her stuff down and sat down. She looked over at me and I put my hand up for a high five. She smiled and high fived my hand.Chiron looked at me like,'you know her?' And I looked at him like,'duh'.I answered the questions and started on my homework. 

After I was finished I looked to see Makyla finished too and was reading.That's pretty much what she does after she finishes work. I finished my last assignment and saw Makyla leaning her head on her arms softly snoring. 'She's still beautiful when she's asleep.'I thought looking at her.The bell rang and she was still sleeping."Makyla." I whispered,She didn't wake up."Makyla." I said a little louder,still didn't wake up.I tapped her shoulder and she was at the edge of her seat,still asleep."Makyla!" I said almost yelling.She jumped and fell out her chair."Ow." She said and glared at me."Why'd you wake me? I was having a good dream about Pegasus and unicorns." She huffed."Okay be late to class." I said ,helping her up."Oh shi...z. I have music next what about you?"Makyla asked."Surprisingly,I have music too.Percy's mom wanted me to do it." I said."What about your mom? Or dad? Wouldn't they want you to do it?" She asked and I looked down at the ground saddly."My mother died a few years ago, and my dad... Well,I never knew him." I said a single tear slid down my cheek."Oh I'm sorry I didn't know." She said guiltily looking down. We walked silently down the hall to our lockers. I went to mine and saw that her's was right next to mine.I put my books away,grabbed a guitar pick and walked to the music room.I walked to the music room with Makyla following. I walked in the door, grabbed my guitar, and sat down.

Makyla's POV

I followed Nico to the music room and he walked in a class got a guitar and sat down. I took a breath and walked in the room,to the teacher's desk."Hi,I'm a new student here,my name's Makyla Jackson." I said to the teacher."Well Miss.Jackson I'm Mrs.Lock you're music teacher.Go ahead and pick any instrument you want/know how to play and we'll start class when everyone gets here."The teacher said."Can I bring in my violin tomorrow? I didn't know they had a music class until I got here." I said and the teacher answered with a,"Sure".I walked over to the violins and picked one up. I sat I the seat next to Nico and started tuning the violin.Once I did so I started softly playing 'The Imperial March-Star Wars'

A few people closest to me looked at me,Including Nico.I sat the violin in my lap and held the bow in my other hand.The people clapped and one girl with a violin glared at me.After they stopped I saw Piper walk in with a flute case and Hazel walk in with a cello case and Piper sat next to me and Hazel sat on the other side of Nico.They took there instruments out the case and Piper put the flute together, and sat it in her lap."Hey." I said to Piper."Hey." She said and then noticed I was there."Oh I didnt know you went to this school." She said."Well I didn't until today." I said.Nico turned his head at me."Star Wars? Really?" "Duh.Sherlock finally found out!" I said and Piper had to stifle a laugh making her snort which ended up with me,Piper and Hazel rolling on the floor in laughter which made everyone look at us weirdly."Ok class,today we're getting into groups like a band and deciding on a song you're going to play on Friday.Since there are 24 of you then we'll have 6 groups of 4.But one student is not going to be here until tomorrow so we have 23 today."The teacher said and looked at us as we got up trying hard not to laugh but failed and fell back on the floor laughing."Girls." Mrs.Lock said while looking at us."Yes." We replied at the same time and started laughing again. "Ok..... I'm calm." I said as the others took a breath to calm themselves.I cracked a smile at Piper and Hazel and we started laughing again."I... Can't... Breath...." I said in between laughs."Can...I...go...get some...water so...I can stop laughing?" I asked while laughing."All three of you girls can go." Mrs.Lock said quickly.We got up and walked to the water fountain.They got water and walked slowly back to the class.I drank some water then splashed some on my face and dried my face with my hoodie sleeve. I put some water at the tips of my fingers and power walked to where they were walking slowly and flung water in both of there faces. I walked in the room with a smirk on my face and Piper and Hazel walked in the room while wiping there faces off and playfully glaring at me.I walked to my seat and saw people in groups. Piper,Hazel and I were the only three left so we made a group."Ok.What song are we going to do?" Hazel asked."Beyond the veil by:Lindsey Stirling?" I asked."That could work out." Piper said while Hazel said,"What's that?" "You have so much to learn,young grasshopper." I said while taking my iPod and earbuds out and going to the song and playing it. I gave Hazel the earbuds and she put them in her ear.After the song finished she looked at me."Yes." She said.It took most of the class period for the rest of the class to think of a song that nobody else thought of."So anyone not have a full house or apartment?" I asked."I think Hazel's apartment might be good." Piper said to me."But your house is bigger!" Hazel said and pouted."Ok.Fine." Piper said and rolled her eyes.We had lunch next so when the bell rung I ran to my locker and grabbed my stuff for next block and put my stuff in the classroom and walked to lunch.I got in the line,got my food and looked for a place to sit. I saw Piper,Jason,Leo,Hazel,Frank,and Nico sitting at a table talking.I saw an open seat in between Piper and Nico and walked over to the table."Hey Pipes.Hazel. Is anyone sitting here? Cause I want to sit here and you guys are the only people I know in this school." I asked them."Go ahead." Piper said and I sat down.While everyone was in there own conversation, except for Piper I asked,"Hey Pipes.I never got your last name." I said."Mine is Jackson." I said and her eyebrow raised."McLean." She said."Cool." I said.

                                    TIME SKIP TO END OF THE SCHOOL DAY

Makyla's POV

I skipped to the car and opened the passenger side door. I put my stuff in the floor board and sat in the seat,putting on my seatbelt.I started playing Subway surfers on my iPod and got a new high score."You're Nico's girlfriend." Someone said unbuckling my seatbelt and putting something cool against my throat.I noticed it was a knife."No! I have a boyfriend ,and it's not Nico." I said calmly.The person pulled me out the car and held the knife across my throat.I saw Nico running around the corner and stopped dead in his tracks when he saw the knife held against my throat.His eyes darkened with angriness because he couldn't do anything.I smirked at him and stomped the person on the foot,kicked where the sun don't shine,and judo flipped him over my shoulder,holding his arm behind his back where it hurt.I held the knife against his throat and said,"I don't care who you are,but don't mess with me son.I can make your life a living hell....Well if you have one left after I'm done with you."and hit him with the handle of the knife in the head and he passed out."What the Hades was that?!He asked me if I was your girlfriend!I told him 'No I have a boyfriend.Just not him.' And he still put a knife on my neck!"I yelled at Nico."Get in he car. We have to get you home."
