Hollys POV

After my elective, the first this that I noticed was Melissa walking out of the bathroom with puffy eyes. Then I saw the school bullies pointing and laughing at her. A lot of times with Melissa I have big sister instincts but right now, I needed to be her friend. I don't care why she is crying but I do care why they are pointing. They were always talking about Melissa, but by now I have had enough. I absolutely hate how bullies think that it's okay to be mean to people just because they can't stand up for themselves. And by the way, if Melissa could, she would sure as heck cuss them out but she can't. 

I wish people would stop bullying her. Why does everyone have to be so mean. She has already told me countless numbers of times that if she could she would stand up for herself. It's not her fault that she physically can't.

I tighten my purple banana (yes I meant banana. I will get to that later) and walked up to the gang of boys. "What are y'all snickering about? Huh?" The boys shot a look of hatred then for a second guilt. Anyone could have missed it but I didn't. "Oh so you do feel bad. Why's that?" Silence was the only reply she needed.

She stamped her heel hard on the quarterbacks foot. He yelped with pain. I hope he learned his lesson. I think angrily. Unlike them, I don't like to hurt people.
