Dear James,
         After all of this I'm pretty sure you've already gotten angry,and went after Owen. I really hope that Grace stopped you because that might hurt our case. What? Did you really think I was going to let Owen get away this? No I hope that sick slime ball spends the rest of his days rotting in a cell. Harsh, but quite frankly I think we're way past forgiveness. Max knows what happened, he walked in on it. I talked to him a couple days ago. I told him that I wanted to go to the police,and he told me that he won't say a word against Owen. So I need you to convince him to testify. This case is going to be hard enough to win without me, but without Max it's going to be even harder. I know you probably don't want to talk to him, but please at least try.
