Jose spotted Nick, coming out of his class on Friday evening with Alric. Stephen was given the job of isolating Alric from Nick, to keep up the surprise.

Hey! We cannot blame Stephen. That was Hirdh's idea to keep Alric in darkness!  

Stephen called Alric. Alric turned to his side and Stephen asked to help him to write some assignments regarding Psychology and Human reflexes, an elective paper for Stephen. Alric happily agreed and left with Stephen to library. Alric always loved to teach people, whatever may be the topics given and loved to observe people. Meanwhile, Nick heard Jose yelling his name from a long distance. Nick waved him back and saw Jose's friends chatting behind him, sitting under the big tree. He saw Hirdh and smiled looking at his adorable sister. She was laughing whole heartedly along with Sriya and Dharshi. This brought a natural smile on Nick's face. And he joined Jose soon.

They all made high fives and Hirdh was the first to speak up, as usual.

" Hey Nick! How are you bro?" Hirdh said.

"I'm fine.", replied Nick and was surprised to hear Hirdh calling him bro.

He was more than happy to call her his sis as he always wanted a younger sister.

"Where were you in the morning? We came but couldn't spot you." Nick said.

Hirdh, "Oh! I was helping one of my classmates with her assignment. Hey Nick. Here, have it."

"whats this?" Nick

"open it." Hirdh's eyes were sparkling. And Nick knew 'this was it'

He opened up the purple envelope and found a pink invitation. He read it,

On March 3rd  2014 at 7pm.

"And you can bring anyone you want with you Nick" Jose said.

"oh yeah sure Jose. I will bring Alric." Nick said and he saw Hirdh beaming at his side.

Nick thought, 'wow! What a smart girl!'

They waved their byes to each other and Nick headed towards hostel, dialing Alric. He just wanted to make sure that no other girls have already asked him out. Though he knew that Alric would have rejected their proposals, as usual and now, with Hirdh, in his mind, Alric would have definitely rejected their proposals. Full rings went but he couldn't get to speak with Alric. So Nick went up to Alric's room and took a shower. When he came out, his phone ringed and it was from Alric. He smiled and picked up the phone.

Nick, " Hey! Where the hell are you?"

Alric, " sorry! I was helping Stephen! Whats up man? I got 22 calls from you. Where are you?"

Nick, " well thank God! You were at library. It's something really important and I want you to be here in ur room, within 5 min."

When he was about to interrupt, " its about Hirdh, idiot" and he hung his phone.

Alric didn't have any second thoughts and ran to his room. He found Nick laughing. So he knew nothing bad was up. Alric reached his room, within 4 minutes and Nick, was sitting on his bed with some purple colored envelope in his hands.

" whats up Nick?" Alric.

"wow! You have the speed of a thunder. You should try running someday dude." Nick suggested.

" shut up! and say me whats that?" Alric flustered.

Nick handed over the purple envelope to him, saying, " I got this, today, when you left with Stephen. Open it."

Alric was confused, but still he opened it and read,

Alric, " oh this was it huh? But I told Hirdh that I have football match nah? Idiot, I am. I missed my own date." And he slapped his hand on his forehead.

Nick chuckled at him. Alric looked up at him, thinking what's funny.

Nick, " cool Alric. "

Alric, " how can I be?"

Nick, " you can if this is been given to me by Hirdh!" he beamed at him.

Alric, " wow! Really? Hope you didn't invite anyone else."

Nick laughed, " idiot. I want you to come with me. Moreover, this is an invitation for you from Hirdh and im just a tool."

Alric, " wow! That's awesome. Ooohhhhoooo!!! Im on a date... my first ever date." He was excited.

Nick, "Haha! Yeah! My friend's on a date." He beamed as well.

Nick, "Now get set ready". They both laughed.

Alric, "Thank God! I bought a new suite, on my holidays on last sem. Hope I have it with me."

Nick, " yeah dude. You have it and I have few new suits. Lets pick it up and get ready tomorrow."

Nick, " Alric! But what about foot ball match tomorrow?" he knew the answer, that Alric would not miss his chance again. Alric beamed, "match can be played without us Nick!"

They both laughed and high-fived. Nick found a black suite from one of his many suites while Alric took out his new brownish black suite.
