There's this girl in my school. She doesn't talk much and is always eating alone.I really like her. She has dark hair, tan skin, and has really beautiful brown eyes.Her name is Vanessa Redwood, and I heard a rumor that her dad killed himself and her mom was really distant. I always wanted to ask her if it was true,but if it was I didn't want to upset her. I could tell that she wasn't mean, she's probably just shy.
Anyways I'm Tyler Scarton. I know what you're thinking.Tyler Scarton?You're last name is Scarton? What kind of last name is that? But it's true,I'm Tyler (Rosey) Scarton,and don't tell a SOUL about my middle name. It's embarrassing.If anyone found out I would never hear the end of it. I would be called by my full name till the end of high school. (He's in 10th grade,so is Vanessa).
Moving on, I have 3 older brothers,(from youngest to oldest)Jonas,Hunter, and Chandler.Jonas is 17,
Hunter is 19, and Chandler is 21.I'm 16 and my brothers tease me 24/7.They're a pain in my ass!If I could I would kill them in a heartbeat.Why couldn't I be an only child.I mean come on MOM!

So today at school I decided to talk to Vanessa during lunch. I sat at her table.She of course always sat alone there.I sat next to her with a smile trying to be friendly and said "hi,I'm Tyler."Vanessa just glanced at me and said "I know.""How?"I asked her thinking do I have a crush on a stalker?"You're my brother Cameron's best friend."She murmured.I was still confused,he never mentioned having a sister."He never mentions you,for as long as I remember." "He doesn't mention me to anyone."Vanessa mumbled. I happened to notice that Vanessa kept staring at me. "Well anyway, why are you always sitting here alone?"I asked her.Vanessa just shrugged her shoulders and said "because no one wants to sit by me, I guess." "Well, now you have someone who will. "I told her, she didn't have much of a reaction though."Hey Tyler!"I heard Cameron yelled to me. I turned around and did a hand motion saying 'later'.Cameron then smirked and pointed at me and Vanessa and made a kissing and motion. I rolled my eyes at him, and turned back around. "I won't mind if you go."Vanessa said.I shook my head and told her that it's fine. A few minutes later, lunch was over and I left to get my books from my locker. Right when I was about to leave, Cameron showed up. "What's up? "I said,Cameron smirked and said"nothing much,just curious on why you were flirting with my sister."I punch Cameron hard in the shoulder. "Why didn't you tell me that she was your sister?"I asked. "Because it's too hard to believe that the fun and wild Cameron is the brother of shy and quiet Vanessa."Cameron explained to me. Wow!I thought. What kind of brother is too embarrassed to talk about his own sister?That's just ridiculous. "By the way the rumor about our dad isn't true."Cameron added. "He's just always busy at work like our mom."I nodded, I was hoping that rumor wasn't true, that would just be sad.
