"Raym." Was all Jasmine mumbled.

"C'mon, let's get inside so I could show you all that you need to see." Ray said and led her inside his house.

The parlour walls were painted light blue and white. The curtains were deep blue. At the corner was a dinning side that had five dinning chairs rounding the table. The executive chairs was a black mixed tiger skin fabric that was used. Then two throw pillows of different colors was on each chair. There was a glass center table in the parlor. The floor ties was a glittering dark blue. They was a chandelier in the parlor as well. Then we have a flat screen LG TV hung on the wall with speakers on the walls as well.

"I know is not that big,but hope you like what you're seeing?". He asked rubbing his neck nervously.

"I don't just like but I love it. Its so nice. You sure have a good taste of things." She replied smiling.

"Okay... Let me take you upstairs then show you some rooms." He said putting his hand on her waist to lead her upstairs.

They got up and Ray started by first showing her one of the rooms on the left hand side. "So,here's the room for our unborn kids." He said when they got inside the room that was painted in a light purple and touch of white colors,with a normal size bed covered with a pink and blue blanket on it. By the side was a wardrobe and a reading table by the side. Then there was the bathroom.

"Raymond". Jasmine mumbled again while staring at the room.

"I'm sure you like them,right?". Ray asked smiling and she nodded instead of speaking up.
"Good. Now let me take you to our room." He added.

"Our room?". She asked confusedly.

"Yes of course. I've showed you our kids room,so I also have to show you the master bedroom which is ours." He explained.

"But...I thought you're... I mean,you shouldn't have brought me here,this is a place where you and Sylvia is meant to live in after your wedding?". It sort of came as question from Jasmine.

Ray scoff. "No. No one knows about this place. Not even my mum not to talk less of Sylvia. You're the first person I'm bringing to this place and its only you I want to share this home with. Okay?". He asked placing his hand on her chin.

"But..." She trailed off when Ray placed his finger on her lips.

"No but. Now,let's go to our room." He said taking her hand and led her out of the kids room to the master room.

The room was painted pure white. The curtains was deep blue in color and had roses on it. There was a dressing table by the corner of the room. They had their own wardrobe as well. A flat screen medium TV set was hung on the wall facing the king sized bed that was covers with a white blanket and four pillows on it. On both side of the bed was a cupboard. There was also one executive blue chair in the room with a black throw pillow.

"How do you love it my princess?". He asked when she saw her gape at the sight.

"Where did you get such a beautiful idea from?". Jasmine asked after being overwhelmed by the sight.

"Well...just thought of it. And so my architect put it into action." He said with a shrug.

"I take it blue and white is your favorite color, right?". She asked.

"You're damn right." He replied with a chuckle and Jasmine grin with a nod.
"Can you please close your eyes for five seconds?". He asked.

"Uhmm... Okay". She said nervously and closed her eyes living one eyes open.

"Don't even dare to peep because I can see you." He said and she chuckled before shutting her eyes completely.

Ray brought out a small silver box from his trouser pocket and opened it. "You can now open your eyes." He said.

Jasmine opened her eyes and it widen when she saw the glittering silver necklace with a star shaped pendant on it in the box. "Wow. Its beautiful!" She exclaimed.

"I'll take it you like my little present for you. Please turn around let me put it on for you." He said and she turned around and then he removed the necklace from the box and wore it on her neck. She quickly ran to the dressing table to check it out on the mirror.

"Oh mine,thank you so much. I love it." She said with a wide grin running back to him to hug him so affectionately and Ray hugged her back.

After the hug,he went to the window and open it. He looked out to the sky,and saw lots of stars up. He turned and said to her. "Come here for a minute." And she did. She stood by his side and stare at the sky while Ray left her side and came to her back wrapping his hands on her waist.

"What do you see up the sky?". He whispered to her ears making his breath to sweep Jasmine's ear.

"I...I see the stars?". It came out as a question from her mouth.

"Good. The necklace I gave you has a star shaped pendant on it. I want you to see it as a symbol that I cherish you and will always be with you wherever you go just as the stars are everywhere in the universe. Okay?". He asked and Jasmine turned to face him with a blushed cheek.

She gulped and muttered. "Okay".

Ray pulled her closed and kissed her on her forehead. "Its getting late. I don't think we'll get back today. Would you mind spending a night here with me?". He asked.

"Ugh. My dad would be worried by now. Speaking of my dad,I haven't checked my phone since we got here." She said pulling away from him.

"I'll get you your purse from the car so that you can give him a call and tell him you're safe. I'll be right back." He said and then he rushed out of the room and went out to get her purse for her.

In a giffy, he was back. "Here you go." He said handling her her purse.

Jasmine dig out her phone and touched the screen to see 20 missed calls and 3 messages from her dad and Emily. Immediately she dialled Emily first.

"Babe. Are you OK?". Emily questioned as she received the call.

"Yes I'm fine." Jasmine answered.

"Thank goodness. You got me worried. Why didn't you pick up all this while I've been calling? It looks like someone is enjoying her day. Well, Your dad sure looks like he'll call the police and inform them his one and only jewel is missing anytime soon." Emily stated sarcastically.

"Really? Is it that bad? What did you tell him by the way?". Jasmine asked looking perplexed.

"I told him you went out with a friend. Where did you guys even went to?". Emily asked.

"You wouldn't believe it. Right now we're at obudu. Emi,he took me to obudu cattle ranch. Its such a lovely place." Jasmine said smiling and sitting on the bed,by now Ray was out of the room.

"Really? Wow. That's so sweet. I love him already. Are you guys spending the night in one of the rooms at the ranch?". Emily cooed.

"No-yes. I mean we're not spending the night at the ranch but we're spending the night at his place." Jasmine said sheepishly.

"His place? Does he have a house at Obudu?". Emily asked.

"Yes. That's where we are right now." Jasmine replied.

"Awwn. There's no way you're coming back tonight then because its like 2-3hours drive. Looking at the time,itsn..." Emily trailed off and checked her phone.

"Past 9pm". Both of them said in unison.

"What am I going to do now? What will I tell dad?". Jasmine asked with a pout.

"Uhmm. Give me some minutes. I'll get back to you. Don't call him yet." Emily said and hanged up.

Jasmine huff and laid down to wait for Emily's call. Two minutes later,Emily called back.

"I got you all covered,babe." Emily said with a smirk on her end.

"Ugh. How do you mean?". Jasmine asked quietly.

"Well,I told him you had a call from one of those top actresses to make her up for her birthday,and that she couldn't let you go back home without allowing you to stay and celebrate with her after finishing up the makeup." Emily said.

"Oh boy. You're such a good liar." Jasmine teased.

"For you,babe. Now,relax and enjoy your night with him. Make sure you're satisfied before you ask him to stop." Emily said excitedly.

"Can you just shut up. What are you even saying? In fact I'm done talking to you for tonight. Good night." Jasmine whisper-yelled with a flushed cheek and hanged up before Emily could say something else.
"That my friend is really a psychopath." She huff before dialling her dad's line.

"Sweetie. You got me so worried. How are you?". Williams asked on his end.

"I'm fine ,dad. I'm so sorry I didn't call earlier. I was so busy with my work that's why. Hope you ain't mad at me?". Jasmine said playing along with Emily cooked up story.

"No, not all. I can't be mad at my baby when I know she's doing what she loves. I've heard your voice now so I'm calm. Take care of yourself and don't take much of alcohol, OK?". Williams asked.

Jasmine almost laugh out at that she covered her mouth and recomposed herself before answering. "Yes dad. I won't. Thanks. I love you."

"I love you too,sweetie." He said and hanged up.

"Oh boy. That was...incredible. I owe you one,Emily. And dad,I'm sorry I lied to you." Jasmine muttered out after the call.

"What did you lie about?". Ray asked making Jasmine to jolt from the bed.

"Hey. You startled me. Well...it wasn't my idea but that of Emily's." Jasmine said in defense.

"What idea are you talking about?". He asked with a crossed arms on his chest leaning on the entrance door of the room.

"Emily cooked up a story of me going to do a makeup for a client who is having her birthday today and I was asked to stay and celebrate with them. That's what she told my dad to cover up for me. And I played accordingly when I called him." Jasmine said with a pout.

"Oh. She's one in a million. That means you're staying here with me for tonight, right?",he asked with a huge grin on his face.

She shrugged and rolled her eyes.

"Perfect. I love Emily already", he got a glare from Jasmine, " I don't mean that kind of love you're thinking about. It looks someone is jealous?". Ray teased with a wink.

"Of course not." She replied with a frown throwing a pillow at him which he caught in his hands.

"Its OK. You don't have to admit it. Well... I already ordered pizza, it'll be here in 10-15minutes time. Go freshen up before it arrives." He said walking to the wardrobe to bring out an Adidas short with a grey T-shirt for Jasmine to put on.
"Put this on after you'd have your bathe." He said placing it on the bed.

"Thanks." Jasmine said standing up to go to the bathroom.

"Or should I join you?". Ray asked wiggling his brow.

"If you have a dead wish,then come inside with me." She replied with a smirk.

"Fine." He said rolling his eyes with his hands on the air as a surrender before walking out of the room.

They had the pizza afterwards and watched Jasmine's favorite soap opera before Ray decided to play some songs from his phone and connected it to the speakers with his Bluetooth. The first song he played was 'Slowly by Meddy'.

"Can I have a dance tonight,please my princess?". He said thrusting his hands for her to get up and dance with him and she did. She was backing him,while Ray placed his hands on her hips while Jasmine relaxed her backside on his groin. She stretched her left hand and placed it on his neck,and so they dance to the rhythm of the song. They kept swaying.

The song was finished and 'Everyday by Phil Collins was playing and they kept dancing. Ray sway her and she was facing him. Their eyes were locked and they smiled while staring at each other. Ray raised her up and did a little spinning with her while her hands were wrapped on his neck. Her fell while while he was still spinning her and she was giggling. He placed her down but now she was standing on his foot. She took the initiatives and kissed him this time around. Ray didn't hold back,he kissed her so deep like he never did before. Their French kiss deepened while 'Shayne Ward Stand by me was playing'.

"I love you. I really I'm in love with you. You make me feel so good. I've never felt this way for a long time. I love you, Brandy." Ray whispered after breaking the kiss staring at her with his both hands cupping her face.

"I think I love you already, Raym." Jasmine whispered to him.
