A couple of minutes later Jasmine is all dressed looking elegant on her creamy knee length gown with a gold stiletto. Her hair was neatly brushed and was let flaunting on her right shoulder.
Majestically she walked down the stairs with Emily behind her.

Ray choked on his coffee when he saw her. "Hey handsome? Are you OK?". Rosa asked handing him a towel to wipe off the drip of coffee on his chin.

"Yeah,I'm fine. Thanks." He replied flashing her a smile and collecting the towel from her hand.

Emily was now in front leading Jasmine towards the dinning table.
"Cutie,she's ready to go with you as long as you are ready." Emily said winking at her friend and then returning her gaze on Ray with a grin.

"Yeah. I'm... Ready." Ray said still stunned with the sight of Jasmine. He stood up and walk up to her. "I must confess you look breath taking." Ray added while he stood in front of her.

Jasmine smiled at him with a blush and mumbled. "Thanks".

"Thank you Emily for convincing her to go with me. I owe you one." He said with a wink.

"Anytime cutie. Now you two should go have fun not standing there looking at each other in a lovey-dovey way." Emily replied having caught them in a locked gaze.

"Just shut up!". Jasmine said given her friend a playful glare and giggled.

"I'll only be when you two are out of here. My heart is racing... Please Rosy can you get my fiance on the line for me?". Emily said resting her hand on her chest looking touched.

"Emily!". Jasmine warned before Emily raised her hand in surrender winking at her friend.

Ray chuckled. "I guess we should get going already. Thanks once more. I'll see you two some other time." He said referring to Emily and Rosa before heading to the door.

Jasmine followed behind and glanced at her friend who gave a thumbs up before she looked forward at Ray who had open the door for her and gesturing her to do the 'lady first' thing and afterwards he shot the door behind them.

They got out of the gate and Ray did the same thing by opening the passenger seat door for her and then closed it while she was in. He jogged to driver side and hopped in putting on his seatbelt before turning the ignition to life.

They was silence in the first few minutes drive to the express road. Ray cleared his throat and begin. "I...I'm glad you changed your mind and came with me. Thanks."

"Okay. So where are we going?". Jasmine asked.

"Its a surprise. I'm sure you'd love it." Ray said smiling and took his eyes off the road for a moment to glance at her before returning his gaze back to the road.

"Oh. OK. But I hope you're not going to kill me and throw me into the sea?Or maybe you're thinking of kidnapping me?". Jasmine said in askance.

Ray expression changed. "Why do you think that bad about me?",- he questioned but got no answer from her, "-well perhaps I'll go for your second thought. That's to kidnap you and spend some time alone with you for as long as I want." He added in a low tone and took her hand into hers placing it close to the brakes.

Jasmine felt a shiver down her spine. Once more she felt a butterfly in her stomach. The feeling she has whenever he touched her is incomparable. Never had she felt this way for any guy. She stared at him lost in thought, admiring him in all aspect of his body with her mouth gape from what he had said earlier about him kidnapping her just to be alone with her.

"Are you really checking me out now? I've always known you've got hots for me." He said when he caught her staring at him. His smile widen to a grin when she saw her face was redden in an embarrassment.

"Shut up!". She said looking away and removing her hands from his. A smile curved her lips and she removed the strand of her that fell on her face.

"Its true then. You've got hots for me. Of course I'm a handsome guy with good physiques." He teased winking at her.

Jasmine tutted and said. "Sure you do. You're so handsome that there'll choose an ape over you in a modelling shoot." She replied ironically.

Ray laughter filled the car. At first Jasmine was confused why he was laughing but the next thing she joined in the laughter when she realized what she just said. She just threw a joke at him which got him laughing and she loved it that he was laughing because of her.

"Whoa. That was so funny. But wait... Did you just say an ape looks more good than me?"- he asked with a frown after he caught his breath from laughing. Jasmine shrugged with a grin on her face. "-gush,that's so mean for you to say. I feel like crying right now." He added using his left hand to wipe an imaginary tear from his eyes and that motion got Jasmine laughing more.

"Awwn. Ray is such a cry baby. Someone please get a tissue for him." Jasmine said patting his arm to comfort him while she was chuckling.

Ray shuddered when she did that and Jasmine immediately felt it and so she wince from him. Both of them kept silent, all they could hear is their breathing.

Ray decided to change the topic. "Uhmm I'm sorry about yesterday. I was actually at...Sylvia's place." Ray fess up.

Jasmine scowl at that. She open her mouth to speak but words weren't coming out. She felt disappointed and hurt deep down.

Ray saw it all in her eyes when he glance at her. He slowed down on the express road that was filled with trees and bushes on each hand of the road. He took her hand but she flinch from him. Ray ran his hand through his face in before he spoke up.

"I'm sorry...deeply sorry for not showing up yesterday. I never plan on doing that to you. The truth is...well I'll start all over again. I'll tell you how it all happened." Ray continued by narrating how he got Sylvia's place to how he was drugged and only woke up the next morning to find himself on her bed. He saw the fear and hurt in eyes when he said he found himself on her bed.

"Listen Jasmy,I know what you're thinking right now. She didn't do it with me. That was the first question I asked her and she said she didn't touch me while I was asleep. Please..." He trailed off,his voice was becoming husky.

"You believed her?". Jasmine asked quietly meeting his gaze.

"Yes. I do believe her. If she did,she would have said so and I would have...." He didn't complete his sentence when Jasmine placed her hand on his mouth.

"I don't want to hear you talk dirty right now about how you would have seen your sperm on your boxers or..." She trailed off when she realized what she just said. Her eyes widen in shock and her cheek reddened in embarrassment. She could feel Ray smiling through her hand that was still covered in his mouth. Slowly she dropped her hand and her eyes was looking down her dress.

Ray still grinning picked up her hand and said. "Its OK. You're growing."

Jasmine raised her head up to stare at him with a raised brow. She whacked him on his arm and Ray screamed an "ow" rubbing his arm.

"What was that for?". Ray questioned with a pout.

"For being a jerk." Jasmine replied with a smirk.

"But I didn't do anything. I only said you're..." He trailed off when Jasmine whacked him again on his arm.

"Just shut up!" She said given him a playful glare.

"OK. Fine. But I like when you said that so blunt without slowing down." He said with a wiggle.

Jasmine rolled her eyes in disbelief and smiled anyways. "Well, that's by the way. I'm sorry for running into conclusions and not given you a chance to explain earlier." She said in an apologetic tone.

"Its OK. Its not your fault. I do understand why you acted that way." He replied picking up her hands and squeezing it.

"So..what are you going to do about it now? But seriously how could she have the mind to drug your drink in the first place?". Jasmine questioned.

Ray shrugged and said. "I don't know really, well I don't want to worry about that now,tomorrow I'll get to discuss that with her. Right now I just want us to enjoy this moment,I just want you to think about us nothing more. You got it?". He asked and she nodded then he kissed her on the corner of her lips before turning the ignition. "So,let's go for the ride. Tighten your seatbelt because this car is about to fly." He warned and both of them laughed before he took off.

Hours later, Jasmine eyes is covered with a small bandana and she was seated inside the car. "C'mon Raymond,where are you taking me to?". She asked anxiously after the long ride.

"Keep calm,baby. We're here already." He said pulling over to the parking lot.

"Thank goodness. I'm almost dying to see the surprise you have for me." Jasmine said with a huff.

Ray unbuckled his seatbelt and then he did the same to that of Jasmine which almost got him kissing her lips. He swallowed the lumps he was having and adjusted himself before getting out of the car to go open the door for her.

When he got her out of the car he locked the doors before turning her around and her back was facing him. He stood behind her and then he untied the bandanna from her eyes. Slowly she opened her eyes and her eyes widen when she saw "welcome to obudu cattle ranch" boldly written on the entrance way.
"Wow! Are you for real? Please pinch me if this is a dream." She said covering her mouth with awe.

Ray pinched and she screamed "ouch, that hurts", she said rubbing her arm with a pout.

"But I thought you said I should pinch you." Ray said with a wink.

"I was kidding." She said still pouting.

"Awwn. You look so cute when you pout. You should do it more often." He said pinching her lightly on the cheek but he only got a whack on his hand.
"You're so violent at times." He said glaring at her in a playful way.

"Duh", she said and looked around, " wow,this place is beautiful. I've always heard about it but haven't been here before. It has always being in my mind for me to come here someday,i'm glad you did brought me here. Thanks." She added flashing him a smile.

"Its OK. We have all day to tour it. So let's get going." He replied taking her hands into his and strolled around showing her places.

He took her to the pool side,then to the chalets,the mountain villas,he also pointed her the rooms where one can lodge if is needed. He also took her to the great gateway that was beautifully made, then to the landscape.

"There's a water park at the foot of the mountain, if you don't mind I'll like us to take a ride in that cable car right there. OK?". He said pointing at it.

"Wow. I would love to,but I'm scared." She said looking at the height the cable car will take them to get to the other side of the water park.

"C'mon,you don't have to be scared. I'm right here. We'll go up there together. OK?". He assured her.

"Are you sure we'll be safe? What if it hangs and we can't come down?". She asked looking horrified at the thought of it.

Ray moved closer to her cupped her face into his hands. "Look into my eyes,Jasmy", he paused and she did look into his eyes, "don't be scared,I promise you we'll be safe,I won't let anything happen to you,OK?". He assured again and she nodded.
"Very good. Now let's get a ride from it." He said and pulled her to the cable car. After paying up, they got in and it lifted them up high towards the water park at the foot of the mountain.

They got out of the cable car and walked to the water park,it was an amazing sight to see with waters pouring, green plants and flowers were surrounded at both sides of it.

"Wow! Its so beautiful down here." Jasmine exclaimed.

"Yeah it is. It was worth the lift in the cable car. Right?". Ray asked and she nodded with a grin.

"Yes. Please I'll need us-you to take some pictures." She corrected. "With your phone please. I forgot mind in my purse and its inside the car." She added.

"Okay." Ray replied with a smile and brought out his phone to take pictures of her and then he went close to her and took different shots of them.

"The pictures are so beautiful. Look at that smile of yours. So endearing." Ray said zooming the pictures of both of them.

"So is yours. That dimple on your left cheek is captivating." She whispered but audible enough for him to hear her.

At first Ray raised a brow for hearing her fess up to that and then it ended on both of them locked in a gaze. There was awkward silence,the only thing to be heard is the waterfall. Right there Ray felt like kissing her so passionately,he felt like pulling her close to him and wrap his arms around her for long but for a minute he withdrew swallowing the lumps in his throat.

"I... Well... Haven't seen here,how about we go back to the cable car and take a lift back?". He asked and she nodded. So he led her to the cable car and they got in.

When they got high,the cable car was moving but slowly it started hooking. It was as if it was having a crack.

"Raymond, did you hear that?". Jasmine asked in fright gripping Ray's hand.

"Shhh. Keep calm. Nothing is going to happen. Just re...." Ray trailed off when the cable car stopped moving and just got stuck on the air.

"Raymond we're going to die. Look at the height is too heigh,we can't even jump down. What are we going to do? What will my dad do if I die here? Oh God,please save us,please." Jasmine said closing her eyes tight,and tightening her grip on Ray's hand.

Ray pulled her close and hugged her to his chest wrapping his arms around her and rubbing her back. "Its OK princess. Everything will be fine." He whispered to her.
