Parents.
You love them unconditionally. But sometimes you don't love what they do.

After my mom looked as scary as she did, she punished me.
With what?

I have to finish the list. I did get other punishments :(wash plates for entire month, and etc.) But that one's the worst. I get punished with the thing that got me in trouble. Hilarious. However there is “Strictly no flirting” is a definite relief.

Through texting, Ika and me agreed to start the list. ‘The girl code’.
Poor Ika, I was not going to wear a dress.

I honestly expected Ika to wear a dress, she didn't and she wasn't smiling, again.
“Where's your dress?” she asked.
“Where’s yours?”

She turned towards her locker, “Bessy, uh… messy buns are a lie. It looks like poop. I wasn’t going to add a candy wrapper to the bad hair day.” I  laughed. “I'd rather talk about those weak, unmanly boys.”

“So that's what we're doing?”

She hesitated. “Yeah, last period, gym. We share a class with them, so big manly talk.”

“I don't want too.” I whined like a five year old.

“Well, you didn't wear a dress, so… unless you can find another thing to do.” I muttered under my breath. She smiled victoriously.

The day went in Ika's favour and went by in a flash; purely annoying. I even heard someone complain about how slow the day was going. Slow? I barely had time to breathe.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is an understatement.

The moment I had been dreading came too soon. The only class me and Sky shared was physical education; when she heard of the plan, she said that she would happily film it.

After running a few laps, and throwing the heavy ball, we were awarded a break because apparently ‘the day had been too slow.’ We sat down under the shade. For a while we sat in silence in the shade. The ball was really heavy.

And then Sky had to remind us.

“So, when will you do it.” Sky asked.

“Never!” we said at the same time.

“Maybe, all you need is a little push.” she poked Ika in the arm. “Hey Seba-” Ika covered Skylar's mouth.
Skylar bit Ika's hand. “You never mess with a Scorpio.” she whispered, while Ika swore in agony.

“Yeah? Did you call me?”

“Yes, bring your friends.” Sebastian walked away.

“Sky, if you do this, I will injure you.” I said very slowly.

“Hurry up!” she yelled. “How's that for injure?” she said softly to me.

I got up. I was going to run away, and avoid this embarrassment. Sky held onto my leg before I could make a run for it. I tried to shake off her hand while hopping on one the leg and waving my hands in the air. I fell on my butt. I quickly recovered and used my hands to pry off her hands.

“Yeah, what?” Jackson harshly said.

I froze. I looked up to not just see the three idiots, I saw more people I didn't know, but looked familiar. They were snickering. I barely felt Sky let go of my leg. I looked around to see an exit. No, they were surrounding us.

Ika cleared her throat and started. “Ohmgeeee! Did you, like, hear about the, like, great shot that the big manly Brandon scored on Wednesday, like?”

I never heard her sound so… nervous.

They all started laughing. Jackson smiled evilly,  Brandon and Sebastian laughed like everyone else.

“N…ah,” the butterflies were just bad. It was going to explode in my stomach. “Sebas…stian's s…s…lamm dunk was the… one. It wa…was th…th…the man…nly.”

Those sadistic jerks kept on laughing. The tears started to roll off their faces.

“Now what about you, huh Jack? Where's the love?”

I looked at Ika. She was struggling to say something. “Jack,” I cleared my throat. “Was ve… very manly, and b… big… on the bench.”

They all died at the joke. Ika smiled and gave me a thumbs up.

It seems that Thursday repeated itself. Just in a different way. Ika was chasing Sky with a handy ruler and I had to find a way to restrain her. Sure she deserved it but I lost all my energy when I was shaking from all the unneeded attention.

“I will kill you,” huff,“ and bury your bones,” huff, “ in the hottest lava.” huff, “You traitor!”

The biggest mistake was the Sebastian was trying to defend Skylar, which means he was being chased too. Not just by Ika, but also by Jackson.

Sebastian picked up Sky fireman-style and they ran a bit faster.

“You traitor, you're with Jackson!” Sky yelled while on Sebastian's back.

“Stop moving!” Sebastian begged.

“Stop being weak and run faster! I thought you were big and manly!” Sky yelled.

Sebastian put her down and started to run faster. Sky got up and ran. She tackled him and they both fell. She got up and started running from the fury of Ika and her gold, thick ruler. I stopped trying to restrain her and just watched. It was pretty funny.
Brandon was too busy flirting to notice, what an idiot.

This was much better than poop and candy wrappers.
