James's smug expression made Brenda's blood boil. "What do you mean, you've already won?" she demanded.

James sneered. "You'll see," he said. "Just wait and see."

Suddenly, Mr. Heart stood up, his eyes blazing with anger. "That's enough, James," he growled. "You're not going to threaten Brenda or me."

James laughed. "Oh, I'm not threatening you," he said. "I'm just stating facts. And the fact is, Brenda is going to pay for what she's done."

Brenda felt a chill run down her spine. What was James planning?

But before she could ask any questions, Sophia stood up, her eyes flashing with determination. "I don't think so, James," she said. "You're not going to hurt Brenda or Mr. Heart. Not while I'm around."

James sneered. "And who are you to stop me?" he demanded.

Sophia smiled. "I'm someone who knows all your secrets, James," she said. "And I'm not afraid to use them."

Brenda's eyes widened in surprise. What secrets did Sophia know?

But before she could ask any questions, Sophia turned to Mr. Heart. "I think it's time we took action, Mr. Heart," she said. "Are you with me?"

Mr. Heart nodded, his eyes still blazing with anger. "I'm with you," he said.

Together, Sophia and Mr. Heart turned to face James, their expressions determined.

But James just laughed. "You'll never stop me," he said. "I've already set my plan in motion."

And with that, he turned and walked out of the room, leaving Brenda, Sophia, and Mr. Heart to wonder what he had planned.

Brenda felt a surge of fear. What had James planned?

Sophia turned to her, her eyes serious. "We need to get to the bottom of this, Brenda," she said. "Can you think of anything James might have been planning?"

Brenda racked her brain, but she couldn't think of anything. "I don't know," she admitted.

Mr. Heart's face darkened. "We'll find out," he growled. "I'll make some calls."

As Mr. Heart stepped away to make his calls, Sophia turned to Brenda. "I think I know what James might be planning," she said quietly.

Brenda's eyes widened. "What?" she asked.

Sophia hesitated before speaking. "I think James might be planning to sabotage Mr. Heart's business," she said.

Brenda's heart sank. That would be a disaster.

But before she could respond, Mr. Heart returned, his face grim. "It's worse than we thought," he said. "James has been secretly working with a rival company to take down my business."

Brenda's eyes widened in shock. This was a nightmare.

But Sophia just nodded calmly. "We can stop him," she said.

Brenda looked at her in surprise. How could Sophia be so calm?

But Sophia just smiled. "I have a plan," she said.

And with that, she turned and walked away, leaving Brenda and Mr. Heart to follow her.

As they walked, Brenda couldn't help but wonder what Sophia's plan was.

And whether it would be enough to stop James.
